About: I grew up caring for pets of all kinds, and for the past six years have cared for a behaviorally complex (but wonderful!) rescue pup. Our journey has taught me a ton about training, and about patience. As a result, I am very understanding of dogs and other animals that deal with reactivity — we are a shame-free household! I work full time, but my schedule is flexible on my work-from-home days and on weekends, which gives me plenty of time to care for and love on your pets. As a detail-oriented, attentive person, I will be sure to follow any instructions you have for your pet’s care. Otherwise, I will use my best judgment and careful attention to the safety and health of your pet to make all other decisions while they’re in my care.
About: I’m a lifelong animal lover with experience caring for pets of all kinds—dogs, cats, bunnies, and more! I’ve administered medications and eye drops, cared for elderly pets, and provided therapy support when needed. I grew up on a dairy farm, so I’m comfortable with animals big and small. I have two cats of my own and treat every pet like family. Available for dog walking, drop-ins, overnight stays, and all-around loving care. I’m pretty much free Thursday after 4pm through Sunday! During the week (Monday through Wednesday) is a little harder for me schedule, but I’m definitely still open, just let me know at least a week in advance so I can plan ahead😊 I provide gentle, loving care in your home, following each pet’s routine for feeding, walks, playtime, and medication. I’ve cared for pets of all sizes and ages, including elderly pets and those with special needs. I’m also happy to house sit if desired, keeping both your pets and home well cared for while you’re away. Every pet gets attention, affection, and a calm environment, so you can relax knowing they’re in good hands.
“Kylee is so wonderful! My cat absolutely loved her and she always sent detailed notes on how everything was going and tons of pictures. I will rebook her in a heartbeat! ♥️”

“Nate did a great job taking care of my very skiddish cats for a couple of days and was sure to provide them with everything they needed without overcrowding them or stressing them out.”

“Stacey is the best cat sitter I've ever used! I had to leave the country for a month, and she took excellent care of my cat. I received several pictures daily and detailed updates, which reassured me he was in good hands. Even during a building fire alarm, she visited him to ensure his safety.”

About: Oh my, I'd love to take care of your fur babies! I have extensive experience in caretaking, both for people and animals. I am technically a social worker for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities by trade, and I've found that helping others is the only rewarding way to make a living. I am not currently working and am currently interested in pet care only! I have experience with mice, rats, hamsters, ferrets, degus, fresh water fish, dwarf frogs, dogs, and cats. I have managerial experience and earned my bachelor's of science in Healthcare Management while working for Epic Systems, where I was hired on at just 19 years old. I'm now a mother looking to fill some of my time by helping others with their fur babies! I'm not currently working and can do short visits, drop ins, and walks throughout the day and night. I may also be able to do an occasional overnight visit depending on the circumstances. I am a very nervous pet owner when it comes to leaving them in the care of others, so I understand how important it is to follow your wishes! I'm happy to leave notes about visits and send text and photo updates.
“Jolie has been super helpful. She loves animals and cares about them. She also respects and meets pet owners' needs. I couldn’t be happier with booking her. She is taking care of my babies, and I will definitely work with her again in the future.”

“Alexandria was amazing she went above and beyond for our family while out of town. My dog Indy looks forward to her visits and she took care of my hens too. Amazing.”

“Ellena has been a fantastic daily walker for my two pups, rain or shine, and through the bitter cold of winter. Her updates and photos from each visit were great and she was attentive to each dog's individual needs. Great communication and care all around!”

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and absolutely love them! My dog Mickey is totally spoiled, and yours will be too. One thing to know upfront: I work 8–5 Monday through Friday, so your dog would be home alone during those hours on weekdays. If that works for you, Mickey would love the company! Evenings and weekends I’m completely free and will give your pup all the attention they deserve. I work full time, but I spend my weekday mornings and evenings taking my dog to the park and playing. Weekends are always open and I would spend the whole time giving your pet all the attention!! I have a spacious apartment and make outside time a daily priority! Mickey and I are regulars at a nearby Dane County park — your dog is more than welcome to join our evening routine for some space to run and explore. If parks aren’t really their thing, I have a large outdoor area right by my apartment where they can get fresh air away from other dogs.
About: Eric and Rachel share a love for their beloved Aussie-beagle Lilo and fostering rescue dogs together. We know that it is never easy to leave your beloved dog with someone new, and in a new place. As our own Lilo has struggled with separation anxiety before, we know how important it is to have a pet sitter who is present, patient, and able to cater their care towards a dog’s specific needs. Rachel has taken care of 6 different family dogs growing up, including a border collie, golden retriever, Boston terrier, 2 mixed breeds and a silky terrier. Eric has taken care of his family dog (chihuahua mix) since birth till now (9 years old). Together, we have fostered 12 rescue dogs these past two years, ranging from high energy Great Pyrenees to 3 Border Collie puppies all at once, to a completely afraid and anxious Beagle mama and Shiba Inu mama that are recovering from very difficult situations. We have also looked after a Rhodesian Ridgeback and an American pit bull. Our own dog is a 2.5 year old Aussie-beagle. We both have lots of experience working with dogs of all kinds of temperaments and needs, especially high energy dogs who require a lot of attention and care, and administering medication to dogs who have special needs. Rachel also loves cooking her home cooked meals for her dog, and can do that for yours too, if you need! We both work from home and have all weekends free. Our flexible schedules together allows us to bring dogs regularly on walks and to look after them consistently. We follow instructions really well, and can take care of your dog according to your requirements. We allow dogs to roam and sleep freely in our home, but we can also crate your dog easily if you prefer. We know how to work with your dog with lots of gentle care and love.
“Amazing duo! So grateful for them watching my pup, they took such good care of her, were super communicative and my dog loved them!! Can’t wait to have them come back”

“Keezieng's assistance was a lifesaver this holiday season. His politeness and kindness when meeting us and our cat Olivia was reassuring and he did a great job of updating us during his visits while we were away. We’re so grateful for the excellent care provided!”

“Amy was great! I could tell see really cared about the cats. She did an amazing job catering for my more shy cat, making sure she got food even though she was hiding.”

“Vanessa really has a way of putting me and the cats at ease. She was very professional during the meet and greet, took notes while I explained the feeding routine and asked relevant questions. I left for my trip knowing the cats would be in good hands. She also takes great pet photos. I felt like she really respected each of my cats and their individual boundaries. I highly recommend Vanessa to anyone needing cat care.”

“Isabel is extremely reliable and patient with our new puppy. She comes over when she says she’ll come, and she takes lots of pictures and notes during her visit, which we really appreciate. She plays with our dog inside and outside and makes sure he gets some good attention while we’re away at work. Would highly recommend her!”

“My cat is very skittish, and Sierra did a great job meeting him where he's at!! She took care of him and sent pictures while respecting his space :) I'll definitely book with her again!”

Moorland-Rimrock pet parents share their Rover experiences
Sierra left such cute notes and pictures and was very thorough with her care of our animals! I am definitely a nervous pet parent but my dog and cat did so well and I felt so comfortable with them in her care. And her prices are great!! But that’s just icing on the cake.

Gillian was amazing with my cat, Umi! She went above and beyond by staying for a while and sending photos. Umi can be nervous around new people, but she warmed up to Gillian so quickly and seemed really comfortable with her. It meant a lot to know she was in such good hands. I’d definitely recommend her and have her take care of Umi again!

Nate was wonderful, there's nothing more I could've asked from him. Nate was consistent and took great care of my cat while I was away. He even took care of a package I had that arrived while I was out. Overall, Nate was dependable, professional, and reliable. I would absolutely rebook next time I am in need of a Rover sitter.

Olivia was a great pet-sitter and made sure that my cat got food, love, and playtime while I was out of town for a week. Her veterinary background made me feel especially confident knowing that if there was any sort of medical issue she would be well-prepared to deal with it.

Gabrielle was fabulous!! She was so attentive and took great care of my pup while I was out of town and made sure to send me pics and updates each time she checked in. I also appreciate her being available on such short notice. I would 100% recommend her to anyone needing a sitter!
