About: I’ve been around many types of animals all my life including exotic, farm animals, and house pets like cats and dogs. I love them all equally and would be happy to care for any pet! I currently work full time but typically have 3 days off a week. I will be going back to school in the fall but will still have availability. I am very responsible, punctual, and professional. I have 15 years of providing professional dog sitting and dog walking services, as well as car sitting, and pet boarding. I can also administer oral medications, groom, and wash your dog. I have a very flexible schedule all days of the week and weekends! I am a grad student, and my schedule is very light right now. When I care for pets for extended stays, I am actively engaging with the pets all the time. I stay home with them a lot so they don’t get lonely, take frequent walks, have lots of play time, respect their feeding and sleeping schedules, and most importantly have a ton of fun. I have spent my whole life around animals - I grew up in a house with two cats, a dog (chow chow), and a multitude of fish; I worked for a stint on a farm as a teenager; and as an adult I have two sweet cats! I have been pet sitting for family and friends since I was young, most recently caring for a variety of cats and dogs for friends during work travel, vacations, and weddings. I have experience with cats of all life stages, giving medications, and walking both small and large dogs. I am a PhD student, which means that my schedule is very flexible! (It also means I always welcome study breaks to hang out with your furry friends!) I am available mornings, afternoons, and evenings, including during weekdays and normal business hours. Because I have two cats of my own, I am not able to offer services in my own home at this time.
