“I had Carolina do some dog sitting in my home while I was out of town and I could not be happier. She took great care of my senior dog, Joey. He had plenty of exercise and walks, was well loved, she kept him great company and treated him like he was her own. Joey has some medical issues and requires medications throughout the day and she was very diligent about following his schedule. She gave constant updates, pictures and videos, which was much appreciated. Carolina was extremely respectful of my home, and pretty sure my place looked better than when I left. The next time I need someone to look after my old guy, I hope Carolina is available, I highly recommend her.”

About: I have 3 cats & a dog who I treat as if they were my biological children. One of my cats & my dog are medically “blessed,” so I have experience giving meds & sticking to dietary restrictions. They are also anxious creatures, so I’m more than experienced in the world of patience. I foster for a cat rescue who saves stray cats & have experience with getting cats/kittens to trust me. I work full-time but am available weekday evenings for drop-ins & walks. I am available for boarding & house-sitting on weekends or over holidays. My weekends are flexible, so I can also accommodate medication schedules easily With a fenced in yard, dogs can enjoy time outdoors safely. I live in a quiet neighborhood that allows for nice walks. My dog & cats are very laidback. For other dogs, after a proper introduction, my dog loves playing with other dogs & is cat savvy. Since I foster, I also have a separate room where I could keep any cat guests.

About: No kids or pets of my own and a big Jeep means my outdoorsy lifestyle is open and flexible for your fur babies. I'm experienced with dogs from all walks of life, from your social butterflies to your shy guys, your runners fetchers swimmers and wrestlers, you name it, I'm down for it. I have confident experience with reactive dogs and big breeds especially. I'm a part time barista, working mostly evenings, so morning and mid-day walks work best for me. I am available for night walks after work as well, if that works for your schedule. Weekend boarding is best with advance notice, as I occasionally pick up Friday and Saturday shifts at the coffee shop. I live on the second floor with access to a fenced in backyard. Hardwood floors in home. No kids or other pets of my own. I do have houseplants if your dog is sensitive to soils, fungus, or has a history of plant eating. Crating is an option I'm comfortable with if that's what helps your furry friend feel safe, though my ideal set up is to share my whole space and enriching lifestyle with your pup, or to visit them in their home where they're already comfortable. I'm mobile with the Jeep as well, so we don't have to stick to my neighborhood if your dog is reactive and needs some extra space.

She stayed in my home for 6 days and looked after my nervous, skittish dog so well that I actually enjoyed my trip and never worried about him or the house while I was gone. She kept my dog on his meal, med, and walk schedule, made adjustments based on a dangerous heatwave, and kept him company while giving him the space he needed to relax. I got photos and updates everyday and Kelsey was always quick to respond to any communication. I came home to a healthy and happy puppy and a well cared for house. About: Frequent walker that would be happy to have a dog join. I also have a backyard that I maintain all of the time for use. I do not have a dog of my own and typically only watch one dog (or two if you have two) at a time leaving your dogs needs at the priority! I work remote so will always be able to be responsive when sitting. Also have a 700+ day 10,000 step streak so doing lots of walking currently! Handle and escalate and concerns to owner when appropriate and I feel any sorts of hesitations. Thoughtfully, decisively, and neutrally investigate Trust & Safety cases with high complexity and high sensitivity while maintaining customer satisfaction! As a reminder I do not have a fenced in yard so all outside time will be through walks!

“Excellent communication from the start. Came for a greet and meet and easy to be with and obvious knew dogs well. Ended up a friend of mine knows Alissa so a double excellent reference. She communicated with me constantly throughout the stay. My dog is a senior and she did well with him and when I returned he kept roaming into where she was staying in my place.
