About: Hello, my name is Jalyn Krueger! I have been pet sitting for 4 years and have worked at a doggy daycare and boarding facility for about 2 years! I have 2 dogs of my own. They are pitbull terriers and are sisters from the same litter!! I am currently working 30 hours a week at a daycare for children!! I am in school to be an elementary school teacher! I am free in the late afternoon and all weekends!! Throughout the week I am off on tuesdays and fridays! I have been dog sitting for 4 years, most of the time I have stayed in my clients home. About: I work as an ICU RN and even though this primarily entails humans, I extend my knowledge to animals. It allows me to identify and problem solve health and behavioral issues, with the tools to create solutions. I also work at the Kneading Kitty Rescue. I genuinely offer compassion to all animals, not just cats/dogs. I will give my time, respect and patience. I have taken care of all kinds of pets; different species, breeds, sizes, temperaments, and needs, ever since I was a child. My childhood home was always filled with an abundance of animals (& also reptiles, aquatic life and arachnids). About: Growing up my family owned a welsh springer spaniel. He was one of my best friends. I felt the same excitement he did when I walked in our front door to his excited jumping. After 13 years, he passed away of old age. Since then I have wanted to get a dog of my own, but I’m waiting until my husband and I get a house to take that step. In the meantime, I love caring for other family dogs. This is a super fun side job for me. I love all types of dogs, have experience with senior dogs, and am happy to care for more than one pet from the same home (whether they be cats, dogs, hamsters, fish, etc.). If your dog is nervous around new people, I will make sure to give them the care, attention, and space that they need. I always give frequent potty breaks, feed them at their regular time, and am very careful around doorways (so no one runs off on any solo adventures!). I always do an initial home visit with my husband so I can meet your pets before setting up a first booking with a new customer. I send great picture updates, so hopefully you won’t miss your dog too much. You will undoubtedly love how passionate I am about keeping your pet in a safe, loving environment while you are away. I am currently working as an 8th grade teacher. I am able to get to your home between the hours of 4pm-10pm on weeknights. I am available all day on Saturdays. I am available Sundays after 10:30am. I am available to do home visits to feed your pets, groom with a brush/bath, play their favorite games, go on long walks or runs, and spend the night if you need a house sitter. I can also take care of other pets including cats, hamsters, fish, chickens, etc. If you need someone to water plants while you are away, I can take care of that too!
