“Berenice was great with our pup! She quickly gained her trust with treats and wiped her paws off after walking in the snow. She was on time and respectful of our home. Will definitely use Berenice again!”

About: Throughout my life, I’ve grown up with cats & dogs and have learned to care for all their needs. I love making pets happy! I am interested in taking care of dogs & cats. I am open every morning from 7am - 11am. Afternoons from 2pm - 4pm & again in the evening 6pm - 8pm. I will make it a priority that your pet is cared for while you are away. I enjoy taking them on walks, giving them play time and extra love! Each morning, I take my dog out for a walk or play time for about 20 min. This gives him a chance to go potty. I take my dog out every 3-4 hours. I always make sure my pet has food and water throughout the day. Depending on the weather, and if I have to be gone for 3-4 hours, my dog gets to go to the dog park for more exercise later that afternoon. I will always make sure your pet has fresh water, good exercise, and enough potty time too. Making sure your pet is taken care of & feels loved while you’re away will be my priority!

My pup is skittish about new people but even on our first meeting, Roxy didn't take long to warm up to Devon. She's quick to respond, friendly, and accommodating. I would recommend her to anyone!”

“Mary has been so helpful and supportive the last two weeks. I had a couple of deaths in my family and Mary was able to walk my dog and check in on her when I had to fly home for a funeral. She’s so sweet and thoughtful and it was so great to know my pup was being so well taken care of! She’s the best ❤️”

About: I've always grown up with dogs and have a sweet dog of my own. I am the go-to pet watchers for all of our friends, and would love to care for your pup while you're away! I work a flexible job with remote/WFH capabilities most days of the week. I am available most evenings and weekends to care for your dog. They will be treated like part of the family! I have a mostly fenced in yard to allow for backyard play, convenient access to walking trails and am always happy to take your pup for a walk depending on their schedule/preference. I have a playful, energetic dog of our own that loves all new friends. Your dog will be treated like part of the family while they are in my care!

About: I grew up on a hobby farm, so I've been taking care of animals since I was the age of 10. I was in charge of feeding, walking, and generally taking care of dogs, cats, horses and pigs. In college, my family often relied on me to watch the family dogs when they were out of town. The dogs would either come stay with me in my apartment, or I would drive home to stay with them there until my family returned. This trend has not only continued but expanded in adulthood. I have dog and cat sat for many clients, colleagues, and friends. I am now a proud cat owner of a charming, but sickly cat. Because of this, I am well versed in giving medications and caring for animals that require a little extra love and attention. I have a full time job during the work week, but I can be available before or after to visit your animal. Additionally, I may also be available to stop and see your animal during lunch depending on the distance from downtown Milwaukee. I am more than happy to come to your home to take care of your pet or give them a walk in your neighborhood-- whatever you prefer! As an active 27 year old, I have plenty of energy and time to give to your baby so they feel loved, happy, and safe while you are away.

“Sent great pictures, and communicated quickly to help book last minute.”

About: I’m a kind, reliable animal lover taking a break from the corporate 9-to-5 to do something that actually sparks joy—caring for pets and helping people. As a natural caregiver (and long-time resident of a household full of kids, cats, and formerly, guinea pigs), I know how to keep things calm, clean, and cuddly—even when chaos is part of the package. While I don’t have dogs of my own—my small living space is already fully booked—I absolutely love them and have plenty of experience giving them the care, attention, and belly rubs they deserve. Whether your pet is energetic, anxious, aloof, or just plain weird (no judgment—I live with a cat), I’m here to give them safe, loving care while you're away. Let’s make sure your pets are happy and your house is still standing when you return! I have a wide open schedule other than 2 hours in the afternoon while I pick my kids up from school! I can do late nights, early mornings, and *almost* anything in between (I'm picking kids up from 2:30 to 4:15 every day) Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, I focus on creating a safe, stress-free environment where your pet feels comfortable and loved. I stick closely to your routine—feeding schedules, walk times, play, and any special instructions—so your pet experiences as little disruption as possible. In your home, I’m respectful of your space and keep things clean and secure. In mine, pets get a cozy, supervised environment with plenty of attention, enrichment, and cuddles (if they want them!). My goal is to make sure your pet is happy, healthy, and well cared for while you’re away.

About: Hi! I’m Kat, I live in Milwaukee since 2002, moved to the States from Poland. My job gives me flexibility, I am a professional photographer based here in Milwaukee, and since I have a true passion for animals( all of them!) I can share it with others in need. I love dogs and cats and would love to help with taking care of your pets if you want me to! I’ve had cats all my life( literally, my parents had cats before me!) and have dogs for most of my life. Can’t imagine living without them! I am responsible mom of two human kids( all grown) and a dog and a cat. I know how to take good care of the pets. Please, let me know if you have any questions for me!

About: Daily walks and playtime are basic necessities and essential for your dog’s well-being. With human schedules getting busier and busier, our beloved, furry companions that once had a job and purpose are stuck at home for 8+ hours a day leading to boredom and behavior issues. I understand how challenging it can be to juggle it all but I’m here to help! I have also discovered through the years that although people know their dogs need more walks, they are embarrassed to reach out because their dogs aren’t as well behaved as they’d like them to be. However, these are usually the dogs that need the most exercise. Did you know that providing more exercise and enrichment for your dog can actually improve their behavior and your relationship with them? I have experience helping dogs with all types of personalities and behavior issues (I included a little more info about that experience below). Asking for help is the first step so you’ve come to the right place! A little more about me: My first dog was a Boxer puppy we named Elwood. I read every book I could find about Boxers, puppies, dog training, etc. The day we picked him up I fell in love and that’s what started it all! Shortly after, we adopted a Scott American Bulldog, Jake, so that Elwood could have a brother and playmate. I was absolutely intrigued by the ways they communicated with me and each other. I quickly realized the importance of learning their language and not just expecting them to learn human communication When the compliments started rolling in about how well behaved they were, I decided to put my skills to the test and adopted a behaviorally challenged Pit Bull, Peter. He was dog aggressive, toy aggressive, couldn’t walk on a leash and more. To make things more interesting, shortly after I adopted him I found out I was pregnant with my first child :) Long story short, it took a lot of patience, work, and time but he became a full member of the family, never wanting to be without his new brothers. A crucial part of this was walking - twice a day for an hour or two each. He spent his final years blind and deaf, relying on Jake for cues. Elwood had passed years prior to cancer. It was beautiful experience! After allowing myself some time after they had all passed and having another child, I adopted a Johnson American Bulldog and a Pit/Lab mix, Iroh and Zuko. Iroh is the epitome of a couch potato and Zuko is my hiking buddy. I cannot imagine my life without a dog ever again. I have had numerous friends and family ask for help with their dogs after seeing how I communicate with mine which lead to referrals to other people and so on. Until recently, my career limited the amount of time that I was able to spend doing this but I’m now ready to dedicate my time to something I love… dogs! I recently left my career to take care of my nephew and that has opened up the opportunity to do something I am passionate about - working with dogs. My nephew is a pretty easy going toddler who loves dogs and walks but I also have time outside of me watching him for doggy adventures. A happy and well-balanced dog is a key ingredient to a happy and well-balanced life. Let me help you accomplish that! Any size, any breed, any personality! I’m able to give them the time, love, and attention they need. I look forward to helping you and your dogs!
