About: I've loved caring for pets my entire life! My mother was a vet tech who taught me everything I needed to know about caring for animals. I have two senior dachshunds adopted from rescues and have rehabilitated them to be sweet socialized canine citizens. I love dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes. I work a hybrid office job which gives me some flexibility for assisting with your pets! I can walk or visit with your pets in the evenings on weekdays, or anytime on weekends. Your pet will receive care according to their unique needs while I'm visiting with them. Play, feeding, affection, or exercise defined by what you would want to be doing for them yourself.

“Kelsey was great with our 2 year old, high energy Samoyed while we went on a two day bike trip! She proactively asked to do a home visit first, which we were grateful for and it helped relieve some stress for us before our trip. It was clear Kelsey read all the info we prepared to help her have a fun stay in our home, and she sent lots of photos and updates. We were fully able to enjoy our time away as a result. She had great judgement about walking our double coated dog in the heat and rain. Our home was as clean as we left it upon our return. We’ll definitely book with Kelsey again!”

About: No kids or pets of my own and a big Jeep means my outdoorsy lifestyle is open and flexible for your fur babies. I'm experienced with dogs from all walks of life, from your social butterflies to your shy guys, your runners fetchers swimmers and wrestlers, you name it, I'm down for it. I have calm and confident experience with reactive dogs and big breeds especially. I'm a part time barista, working mostly evenings, so morning and mid-day walks work best for me. I am available for night walks after work as well, if that works for your schedule. Weekend boarding is best with advance notice, as I occasionally pick up Friday and Saturday shifts at the coffee shop. I live on the second floor with access to a fenced in backyard. Hardwood floors in home. No kids or other pets of my own. I do have houseplants if your dog is sensitive to soils, fungus, or has a history of plant eating. Crating is an option I'm comfortable with if that's what helps your furry friend feel safe, though my ideal set up is to share my whole space and enriching lifestyle with your pup, or to visit them in their home where they're already comfortable. I'm mobile with the Jeep as well, so we don't have to stick to my neighborhood if your dog is reactive and needs some extra space.

Throughout the trip, Ashley reached out with check-ins and photos reflecting how well she was being taken care of. I specialize in giving insulin if needed, medication/pills, and telling your cat/dog how pretty they are. Feel free to ask me to water your plants, feed your fishies, or bring in the mail/packages while you’re gone! Very flexible, wide open schedule right now! My schedule was limited to cat visits but now I’m open to pups now that my puppy isn’t as demanding of my time I have two very nice dog friendly cats and a crazy puppy!! I also have an empty room that fully set up for cat boarding! Tons of windows and couches, a cats dream
