She was very good and attentive to Pluto. However, I did specifically ask for a photo every other day and only received it on the second to last day of the 6 day visit. Other than that, would recommend.

We booked Raychel for pet sitting while we were away and were grateful to return to a clean home and pets who were well taken care of. It’s clear she was responsible with the basics, and we appreciated coming back to a spotless house. That said, communication was a challenge during the stay. We didn’t receive any updates unless we asked, and responses were often delayed, which made it difficult to relax while we were away. As pet parents, especially when traveling, regular updates and prompt replies go a long way in providing peace of mind. With some improvement in communication and proactive check-ins, I think Raychel could become a great sitter on Rover. Wishing her the best as she continues to grow her experience on the app.
