My dog had such a great time with Beatrice and her dogs! My dog was very anxious and shy upon arrival, but she made sure Buttercup felt welcomed in her home! She got to play and cuddle with the other pups and I look forward to working with her again in the future! ☺️

About: Hi there, welcome to my page! Its such a pleasure to have the opportunity to work with you and get to know you and your pets! About me: I grew up with animals since I was a child and know the ins and outs of the needs and wants of every dog and cat. I have a dog of my own named Buttercup, Ive had her since she was a puppy. Not only that, i also have experience caring for a litter of puppies, rescued stray kittens and nursed them back to health until I found them a new home! I worked previously in a doggy daycare as a manager at a small business. I have knowledge of understanding a pet's body language, how to handle animals, recognizing bad behavior and approaching them with care. I can easily follow detailed routine, have experience with grooming, gland expressions, and no problem with cleaning up after them. Be assured that my top priority for all pets is their health and safety, and will look forward to meeting you and your fur babies! If you have any questions please feel free to ask. I take care of my dog every day. I can easily fulfill their needs before and after work so it wouldn't be a problem with scheduling! I have alot of free time and would love to spend it with the pets! My home is fenced in with a good sized backyard to play and run around in! You're welcome to come have a tour for a meet and greet or ask for pictures. I have one small fur baby who would get along with other people's dog. She would love to play and keep your fur baby company. However they do need to be gentle and friendly since she's small and a little shy, but she'll warm up eventually. I can do drop ins to check in on the pets or dog sit and make sure they have food and water and take them on walks and do play time or snuggle! And I'll throw in a bonus to pick up any messes left behind and help tidy up the house a little bit upon the request of the owner!

Kyra was absolutely amazing! My dog tends to bark at people—even if they’re just walking in our direction—but she didn’t bark at all when she met Kyra. She immediately warmed up to her, and I knew right then it was a good sign. This was our first time using Rover and our first time with a dog sitter, so I was a little nervous at first, but Kyra made the experience incredibly smooth. She was very communicative, which I really appreciated. She sent updates and photos, and I could tell Tokyo was in good hands and genuinely enjoying herself. If I could give Kyra 10 stars, I would! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, attentive, and great with dogs. I’m so glad we found her and will definitely be using her again in the future!

Yun Yun’s first time at daycare with Rowena. She did a wonderful job taking of him and sent us so many nice pics of him all during his day. All the pics, he looked so happy playing with the other small dogs in the house. She said he adapted to her very quick. This was very reassuring to us. We are so happy with her and we will definitely use her in the future. Thank you Rowena for a wonderful play date for Yun Yun!

About: I’m a shelter volunteer & have been fostering and volunteering for 4 years. I have worked with all kinds of dogs & behaviors. I can safely host a dog that cannot see/be around other dogs as well. I love doing training sessions (I’m not certified but I have rehabilitated a non-dog friendly dog to live with other dogs 🫶🏼. I have 2 personal dogs & a foster dog — all are very chill & mind their own business. I work remotely so I will be home during the day. I am flexible and love to have snuggle & outside breaks throughout the day 🥰. I am committed to having a safe and playful environment for all pups :) I am experienced in dog behavior/body language and know when things need to be diffused. I am able to host reactive dogs who cannot see other dogs as well. I have experience in reactivity/dog aggression.

Since I’m home all day, your pet gets tons of attention, couch snuggles, and a cozy spot in our pack. We share our home with two friendly dogs and a cat, and we love making new friends! Whether they’re playing with our mountain of toys or napping by my side, your pet will be safe, happy, and totally spoiled. About: What sets me apart is the personal attention, patience, and genuine care I give to every pet. I treat each animal as if they were my own and take the time to understand their unique personality, routine, and needs. I’m comfortable caring for dogs of different ages and energy levels, including playful puppies and senior pets who may need extra patience and attention. I’m also happy to follow feeding schedules, medication instructions, exercise routines, and any special requests from owners. My goal is to make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, loved, and happy while you’re away. I go to college on Mondays and Wednesday one hour, and come back. Then I am always in my house. Your pets will be in great hands. I have a fenced yard, it’s quite big for the dogs to run around, well go for walks in the quiet and green neighborhood. Your dogs are going to be safe at all times.

Shamareya was extremely communicative and very understanding of my dog’s specific potty training challenges, which I know many others may have been hesitant to take on. Her home is beautiful, spacious, and offers ample indoor and outdoor areas for dogs to enjoy. My dog came home exactly as I dropped him off, which reassured me he was in great hands throughout his stay. Highly recommend Shamareya!!

She took wonderful care of my pup! And her kids are so sweet with him, they even made him a card~ She also took wonderful photos of Jay to keep me updated. I was very grateful that Sylvia was super lenient with the last minute push-back pick up time. When Jay got back home, he was so tired and went right to bed. I'm sure he spent an awesome time playing around and being well taken care of~ 10/10 would recommend!

Leaving our two dogs with Liron during the day on July 4th was a huge blessing because we had a large family gathering at our house. Liron has a great set up for dogs who visit, and she was intent on learning what our dogs might need during their stay. Liron gave our diabetic dog her pill on schedule, which she texted us about when complete. During the stay, Liron sent a sweet photo of the dogs happily sitting with her, and then later she sent a video of the dogs playing. When we arrived for pick up, both dogs were contentedly settled down on the couch with the family watching World Cup. Such a sweet sight. Needless to say, our dogs had a great time, and we will not hesitate to book with Liron again in the future. It's clear that Liron loves dogs, and she works hard to provide a wonderful service to dogs and dog owners alike.

As of September 2026, there are 2,130 sitters on Rover offering Doggy Day Care across Mission Bend. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.

Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later pick-up to match your Mission Bend commute.

If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.

Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.

A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.

Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:

  • For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
  • For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
  • For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.

Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.

Many sitters in TX ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Yes, Rover is well-suited for finding sitters who can care for your pet within 24 hours. With 2,130 sitters in Mission Bend, 86% respond to messages in under an hour.

You can message multiple sitters simultaneously to find the fastest available match. If you need care today or tomorrow, you can look for sitters with a "calendar last updated" notice on their profiles.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
