About: I lost my sixteen-year-old fur baby in October, 2018 and find myself missing that special energy only pets can bring. I have been caring for various pets for my friends and family for about 20 years and have done drop ins and overnight visits. I do have a full-time 8-5:30, Monday-Friday (and many Saturdays) job however, and am not available to provide constant care for pets. I do have more than enough time to devote myself to the love and care of your fur baby. In my home, in my life, dogs and cats are family and deserve the same love, care, and respect that human beings deserve. Perhaps more. While I have more experience with dogs I haven’t met a cat I couldn’t win over. Rest assured that if you place the care of your beloved pets in my hands they will be well loved while you are out of town. Your home will be cared for as well. I do have a “regular” 8 am to 5 pm job. My evenings and nights are free. Weekends are also more flexible for me when it comes to spending quality time with your baby. I am not able to provide constant care. I live in an apartment complex so I am more than happy to visit your fur baby in their own environment. I want to make sure your pets are as comfortable as possible so I’d prefer to maintain the schedule and comfort they’re used to.
About: I love all animals! I have a calm and loving demeanor that helps build trust between me and the animals. I've been a dog parent for 12 years, a cat parent for 9 years, a cat foster parent for 10 years, and a life long animal lover! I work as a stage manager, meaning I'm typically at rehearsal in the late afternoon to mid evening. This means I can spend mornings, early afternoons, and overnights with your pet. My warm and calm demeanor with an emphasis on understanding and positive reinforcement builds trust and affection between me and the animals in my life. I can adjust what I do based on your animal's schedule and needs. I'm an attentive and careful dog walker.
