About: While I never had pets growing up, I was lucky to be able to pet sit for friends and family growing up. I am most comfortable with cats but I am also comfortable with caring for dogs! I currently work full time but have most evenings and weekends free! I have two cats at home who get plenty of undivided attention and enrichment activities - I'd love to give the same to your pets! I live in an apartment with a second floor patio so I feel comfortable supervising my own pets for outdoor activities. I believe in pets setting the tone for the visit so I'm in tune with animals telling me what they're comfortable with and acting accordingly to their wishes.

About: I am a huge animal lover and have owned many dogs my entire childhood! Sadly, I own none as an adult, however, I do own 2 in indoor cats. I have trained all my pets as service animals, as well as teaching them fun tricks! You can trust me to take care of your pet and ensure they feel right at home. 🏡😻🐕🐰🐢🐦 My partner and I currently work from home, except on Mondays and Thursdays I go into the office. My full-time nursing job makes me comfortable administering medications and certified in CPR/first-aid. I am available to 1.) stop by your home for long walks up to twice a day 2.) check-in for 30-60 minutes at your home twice daily 3.) dropped off your pet at the farm for day-care and boarding needs. All new pets must first complete a meet and greet with me to verify its a good fit for everyone, before I accept the booking. Existing clients do not need to complete this and may schedule as normal. I live by a large park and farm with no fence. Your pet would get lots of time to walk on a lease or run on a tether supervised. We own two indoor cats who are separated by upstairs and downstair because they don't get along. My downstairs cat is comfortable with dogs and your pet would get free range the entire downstairs. I do not use a crate unless owner prefers.

About: My name is Hunter and my wife’s name is Hope, I am 25 and she is 24. We absolutely love animals. We both have several cats and dogs of our own. I’ve grown up in a family that have had lots of pets as well. I’ve been dog/ cat sitting for about 4 years now and I really enjoy doing it as a side hustle. I am able to give meditation and take your dogs for walks as requested by owners. I work a full time job during the week from 6am-2pm during the week. I have off on Thursdays and the weekends which I can be at your house anytime before or after then. I am able to do two drop in visits per day. I always make sure nothing is left out or down that pets can accidentally get ahold of. I also always supervise pets whether they are in the house or out in the yard.

About: I’ve owned dogs, cats, and horses my entire life. I’ve been dog sitting for others for 7 years. I’ve owned dogs with behavioral issues from resource guarding to fear reactivity towards other people and animals and medical needs like Degenerative Myelopathy, ACL tears, dental disease, and an enlarged heart requiring specialized attention and care. I am a lead volunteer trainer of new volunteer dog handlers at the Harrisburg Humane Society. When I’m not training new volunteers, I handle dogs of all ages, sizes, breeds, behavioral, and medical needs. From the end of August-middle of June I primarily have hours after 4 and through the evening during the week. While I am on breaks throughout the year and during summer, my availability is open during the mornings and daytime as well. I can be flexible on weekends depending on the time and day! I will meet every need you have for your dog or cat. I am reliable, patient, and consistent. I can work on things your pet is struggling with like impulse control, commands, leash walking, etc. I am comfortable crating and separating pets as needed. If your dog has reactivity with new people or other animals - I have an extra soft spot for them as my own pets have struggled with that. I will do slow introductions to make sure your pet is building a relationship with me that is safe and comfortable at their pace. Consistency, patience, and structure is key. I can provide a mix of walks and play time as well as enrichment if the weather is bad. I do not mind the weather changes or daylight changes as their needs come first. Even if your dog wants a quick walk and cuddle time, we will do what they need. I will also communicate with you each time by sending a detailed pet update or report card so you know how they are doing.

I love keeping dogs mentally and physically stimulated, so car rides, errands, and controlled socialization are a regular part of our routine. I do not work a traditional job, so I am fortunate to be able to make loving and caring for your pets my priority without the rush! I take the safety and security of your pets and home very seriously, I treat your home with the utmost care and respect during visits. I tend to be pretty on top of communication, and I love sending owners picture and video updates of their pets. I know how upsetting it can be when you're missing your pets, and my goal ultimately to reduce the stress and uncertainty of both you and your pet while you're apart. I prefer to care for pets in their home if they are typically distressed outside of their normal environment. However, if you would prefer your pet be taken care of in my home, that's not a problem! I have a fenced in yard with lots of places to walk and parks nearby. We have a friendly Australian Shephard to keep your pets company, as well as plenty of activities and toys for enrichment. I strive to keep your pet on the same routine they have at home and add plenty of activity to reduce the distress they feel in your absence. We do have a cat who is more reserved and tends to stay in his room, as well as three kiddos, all around age 10 with unlimited energy and love for your animals. As far as transportation, I have an SUV with a doggy hammock and seatbelt for safe transport, as well as many different size pet carriers.
