8. Megan E.
About: Give me all the dogs, please! I grew up with small dogs and eventually began rescuing my own. (2 big, 1 small currently) It took a lot of training to get mine where they are today, but now we enjoy adventuring, having play dates and watching friends all the time. I left my job as a teacher to work from home because I couldn’t bear to be away from my puppies so much (and daycare is expensive). I’d be happy to discuss caring for your pets! I work from home with a pretty flexible schedule so I can drop in our your pups throughout the day, or I’m also happy to host your pups at my home. My dogs are very friendly and respectful of new dogs, but I have plenty of options for separation if needed as well. I work from home with a pretty flexible schedule. If I can't accommodate your needs and or dates, I likely know someone who can help! Safety is #1. I often work with foster and rescue dogs and have extensive experience with dog behavior and interactions. My dogs get along with pretty much any dog, but I am very careful with new interactions and will do what is best for the animal in all situations. I also have a very securely fenced in yard for play if appropriate.

9. Holly V.
“We have no in Holly for 15 years wouldn’t trust anyone more with our beloved dogs and her. Always there always communicating and I will always call her first.”

10. Lydia M.
“She is very good with taking care of my furry babies. She walked my dogs and even boarded my babies with her she bathed them and she sent me pictures of my little babies.”

11. Analisa D.

“Barbara is a caring person who's love and connection with animals is surpassed only by her competence. She is reliable, intuitive and very good at tuning into the needs and personalities of the animals under her care. My dogs have always been happy and well cared for while with her. Tails wag overtime when they hear the name "Auntie Barbara"!”

About: I am available for pet-sitting and dog-walking in the Rutherford County Area! I grew up on a small farm, and lived with dogs and cats all my life. I currently am the pet parent to one spoiled Netherland Dwarf rabbit named Patchouli, and I help my parents care for their three dogs, three cats, and two goats. In the past, I have worked at a doggy daycare/kennel, a pet vaccination clinic, and have volunteered at two veterinary clinics and a wildlife rehabilitation center. I currently work a part time job, and I can easily fit in petsits, drop-ins, and walks in my off time. I can complete petsits with animals that require more full time care (e.g. cannot be left alone for 8+ hours) but I will need at least a two weeks notice and my sitter prices will double to compensate for the wages I would essentially be losing. I am very attentive to pets' body language and signals. I am very gentle with pets and consistently allow them time to get to know me and feel comfortable. I will request information about each pet's comfortablity with other humans, pets, and separation from owners, and plan accordingly.

13. Cheyenne L.
“Cheyenne is amazing with all animals. She had a huge heart and is very patient. She helped me find medication to help with my dogs itchy skin and he is much happier. I would trust her in my home to take care of my animals and could 100% guarantee your animals will be very well loved and taken care of while with her.”

14. Jacqueline S.
About: I have four of my own dogs and spend majority of my home time making sure they are fed, happy, and loved. I have experience with administering medications orally and topically. I have worked with puppies by teaching special skills such as (sit, shake, and lay down) to working with adult dogs who have anxiety and require additional attention/care. I am an owner of two bigger dogs and two dachshunds (which has taught me a lot about the importance of joint and spinal care). I also have experience with resource guarding, breaking up the occasional tiff between dogs, and walking with dogs who pull a lot. I work a partial third shift, which gives me the ability for a morning and afternoon visit. If necessary, I can also visit at night before I head in to work. I have a fenced in yard, gates in my home to protect pets in my space, and crates in case of overnight stay or special needs.

16. Leah B.
“Leah is amazing with my dogs. Big labs or my little 5lb dog. As far as simply letting them out or watching them. Always takes them on all the walks which they love too!”

17. KARINA D.
“Karina is one of the most loving and responsibly pet sitters you could ask for! Not only does she have a huge heart for all animals, but she will make sure your pet gets the best pampering of their lives - lots of cuddles, walks, attention. Karina has looked after my dog many times, and I feel completely secure that Sammy is getting all of her needs met - and then some! Highly recommended. ”

18. Wade W.
“Wade is a true animal lover! He is compassionate and willing to dedicate 110 % of his time to his pets or yours. He is responsible, gentle, and kind to all animals and patient with them until they understand what he wants them to do! He exercises them, plays with them, and gives them attention as if they were his own! He grew up with animals so knows how important dog sitters are to pet owners. If his labs could speak our language, I am sure they would convince you of all these attributes! Trusting another to take care of our pets is hard, but with Wade it is just like they are part of his family!”

19. Hilary C.
“My dog can be intimidating, but Hilary eased in to get my pooch comfortable. She believes time with animals can be therapeutic and it shows in every interaction. I suggest trusting her with your pet too.”

20. Taylor N.
“Taylor looked after my boy Sid for about three weeks while I was out of the country. She took care of him like he was her own, and sent regular updates on his appetite, his mood, and how he was settling in. He’s a nervous little guy, but he felt safe and happy with Taylor. Highly recommend her care!”
