“Rylee was such a dream! She was able to take care of our dog who was at a cabin airbnb while we were out of town on Christmas Eve. She was wonderful and sent us many pictures and updates. Definitely book her! ?”

About: I’ve had a cat and a dog and have provided senior care to both. If I care for your fur baby they will be spoiled rotten! I am currently working part time, but plan to be home full-time if I have enough work through Rover. We have two dog parks in the community where I live so your pup will get plenty of walks and playtime. I also have a cat catio for your feline fur baby. I have a large front porch with a doggie door that goes out onto a long side porch that is covered. At the end of the porch there are steps that goes into a fenced in area with Astro turf for your dogs potty needs.

About: Hi there! I’ve grown up my whole life taking care of & loving family dogs, cats, lizards and birds. I have my own 2 fur babies at home, and have extensive experience caring for and handling most animals. Ever since I was young, I’ve always had a deep passion for the unconditional love only they can give. Whatever they need, I assure you I can provide - whether they be elderly or one year old. I’ll be sure to give them ample snuggles, constant affection and more than enough walks/nature time! Right now I’m only working part-time (self-employed) so I will have so much quality time to spend with your baby! I’m home most days and nights. I will follow their schedule you’ve made for them, feeding them on time, letting them out to run/walking them, plenty of playtime and exploring, potty breaks as needed. I also update frequently with photos & videos of your pet, just so you have peace of mind and know they’re getting all the love and being well taken care of. 🥰

“Caitlin is wonderful! She was so quick to respond especially on such short notice. I really appreciated how thorough the visit card was. Communicative and punctual, I would definitely ask her to sit my baby again!”

About: My family and I have been fostering dogs for the past 16 years of my life, so I was born and raised around a wide variety of dogs, specifically German Shepherds. At 9 I began a “dog walking company” in my neighborhood for dogs of all ages and sizes. With my mom being on the board for a German Shepherd Rescue, I frequently went with her to help dogsit dozens of different pets. Through her knowledge as a medical coordinator I was also able to learn how to care for puppies, those with medical issues, and senior pets. At any given moment we have 2-4 large dogs in our home, each of which is loved and cared for constantly. I am currently a student at Appstate and only have classes on Tuesday and Thursday from 8am-2pm but Wednesdays I do have meetings from 12-3pm. Besides that my schedule is very open and I am available anytime day or night. I am very conscientious about what it means to enter another persons home. I recognize the importance of keeping doors shut/locked, maintaining a clean space, and loving your pets. I love to spend as much time with pets as possible so being able to feed, walk, and play with them not only helps them but also helps me!

About: I work as a middle school PE and Health teacher in Henderson County. I’ve been an educator and soccer coach for 10 years. I graduated with a degree in Psychology and Health/PE from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. I have grown up with dogs my whole life and am a proud dog mom to Piper, a chocolate Labrador Retriever, and Toby, a Golden Retriever. The three of us are all very active and love going on long walks at the greenway and hikes on the mountain trails! My dogs are both very friendly and get along very well with other pets, regardless of their size and age! If you choose me to care for your pet(s), whether that be walking, sitting, or having them here for an overnight stay, my goal is to make sure to treat them as if they were my own- with plenty of love, attention, and exercise that I believe every dog is entitled to. If you would like for me to keep your dog overnight, the only request I have would be that you provide a crate and that he/she gets along with other dogs! I work full time as a teacher, so my availability for pet care in addition to taking care of my pets, is limited to the weekends until the end of May. Over the summer, I will have full time availability. Pet care is a regular and rewarding part of my daily routine. I make time each day for walks, play, feeding, and one-on-one attention, and I plan my weekly schedule around the needs of my pets, and the pets in my care. Whether it’s early morning walks, midday check-ins, or evening cuddle time, I’m flexible and committed to keeping pets happy, healthy, and well cared for. Whether caring for pets in my home or a client’s, I create a safe, comfortable, and loving environment. I follow each pet’s routine closely—feeding, walks, playtime, and any special needs—while giving them plenty of attention and affection. In my home, pets have space to relax, play, and feel like part of the family. In a client’s home, I aim to keep things calm and consistent so pets feel secure in their familiar space.

“Super helpful, great reports on the critters and lots of pictures. Brianna is definitely going to be hearing from us again!”

About: I’ve had dogs and cats all through my life. I can do it all. I can bathe, walk, and feed them. Hope to play soon. I’m available everyday. I can even do overnights. My children are teenagers and care for themselves. Yay! Dr appts would be the only reason to leave the home. I will feed, bathe, walk, and cuddle. I will be sure to give your pet all the love. I can even clean up a bit.

About: https://www.rover.com/sit/kaitlr39001 I have about 4 years of experience with medically fragile dogs as my dog is a diabetic and takes insulin and requires a prescription diet with frequent potty breaks as well as one other dog who is on daily medications. I currently do part time work from home so I am almost always available to pet sit or board or in home pet sit or even walk your animals. I am a HUGE advocate for animal safety regardless of breed. I love all animals and would never put my dogs or any other animal in harms way.

“Bella seemed very happy and well taken care of while we were away. Thanks Holly!”

About: I have years of experience taking care of dogs of all sizes, horses, cats, and even the occasional ferret! An animal lover since an early age I have had many friends, family, and later clients ask me to care for their four legged friends weather it be for an afternoon or multiple days. I am a graduate student so my schedule is flexible but variable. Please contact me to find out if my schedule works with yours and what your pets needs are! I am happy to stay at your house to care for your pet. If overnight care is not needed I am happy to stop by and take your pup for a walk and provide additional care

“Great experience with Brighton - she followed instructions well, visited at agreed times, and gave our spunky 6 month old kitties lots of love and playtime. Will definitely call on her again.”

About: I've owned dogs and cats for all of my life, and friends often rely on me to take care of their pets by feeding them, walking them, and playing with them! I’m a college student at Furman University, so my schedule varies. I will prioritize pet care as needed, whether that is to come check on your pets once or multiple times per day. I plan on caring for your pets exactly as the client requires, and of course I will play with your pets and give them lots of love as well as their necessary care!

About: I want to share the love that I have for pets so their owners don’t need to be concerned when they leave town or are away at work. I will treat your furry companion just like my own. One of our labs, Dooley has an occasional seizure from time to time so we have learned and adapted to give him the best life he could have. I am willing to pick up your pets waste and learn to take care of your horses too. I will be true to my word and will exceed your expectations! I currently work from 7 am to 1 pm Monday to Friday so I am available to care for your four legged friend from 2 pm to 7 pm! I will work with you directly on whatever service you are needing. Meeting one on one with you before I care for your pet to make sure you are satisfied and feel comfortable with me before offering any services!

About: I’m a software development student and bartender with management experience looking to fill some free time and make a little extra money. I can’t think of a better way than to spend time with your fur baby! My family has had dogs of all ages and sizes as far back as my memory goes. I am not a dog owner currently, seeing as my schedule does not allow for the full commitment of ownership each pup requires! I do have two cats and live in a two bedroom, so your pet will never be alone and will have space to roam about. Outside of work and school, I love camping, hiking, reading, and live music. I would love to take your pup in a neighborhood stroll, or have a companion for a short hike!

About: I am available for pet-sitting and dog-walking in the Rutherford County Area! I grew up on a small farm, and lived with dogs and cats all my life. I currently am the pet parent to one spoiled Netherland Dwarf rabbit named Patchouli, and I help my parents care for their three dogs, three cats, and two goats. In the past, I have worked at a doggy daycare/kennel, a pet vaccination clinic, and have volunteered at two veterinary clinics and a wildlife rehabilitation center. I currently work a part time job, and I can easily fit in petsits, drop-ins, and walks in my off time. I can complete petsits with animals that require more full time care (e.g. cannot be left alone for 8+ hours) but I will need at least a two weeks notice and my sitter prices will double to compensate for the wages I would essentially be losing. I am very attentive to pets' body language and signals. I am very gentle with pets and consistently allow them time to get to know me and feel comfortable. I will request information about each pet's comfortablity with other humans, pets, and separation from owners, and plan accordingly.

“Can’t say enough about how great and reliable Megan is. Our third time booking her and we already have a fourth coming up. Highly recommend.”

“I can't say enough good things about Heather and her partner! They take wonderful care of my rather difficult, mildly aggressive big dog. Highly recommend”

About: I have extensive pet care experience, having worked in a grooming facility where I handled a variety of dog breeds, sizes, and ages. Anna M.
“Anna is my daughter and she takes care of our in home pets on a daily basis. Many of our friends and neighbors use her as a pet sitter because she is mature, reliable, and trustworthy. She loves animals and cares for all of them as her own. She does more than just walk and feed them. She will sit for hours and spend time with them when their humans are out of town. Anna has also worked with local pet rescues and plans on continuing this endeavor in college and beyond.”

Wade W.
“Wade is a true animal lover! He is compassionate and willing to dedicate 110 % of his time to his pets or yours. He is responsible, gentle, and kind to all animals and patient with them until they understand what he wants them to do! He exercises them, plays with them, and gives them attention as if they were his own! He grew up with animals so knows how important dog sitters are to pet owners. If his labs could speak our language, I am sure they would convince you of all these attributes! Trusting another to take care of our pets is hard, but with Wade it is just like they are part of his family!”
