Whether your pet needs a cuddle buddy, a patient walker, or just someone who truly gets animal quirks, I’m your person. I’m hybrid so office m-w. On office days I can do drop in’s before work at lunch and after work. On Thursday-Sunday I’m happy to hang out at your place if needed, as long as there is Wi-Fi :) I live in an apartment so my dogs go for lots of walks, to the dog park near us and have lots of toys. They get a ton of snuggles and attention at home. We just got a new kitten who fits right in and she has taken over the house with toys. So as a result I've decided to come on rover and show your dogs some love while your not home, get them moving and keep them happy. I have administered oral medication to pets & am adept at making sure your fur babies are comfortable and loved while you’re away. I am self employed & have time during the week & evenings to walk your pet and make sure their needs are taken care of! Weekends available on a case by case basis. I have my own senior cat to care for, so overnights are not an option. I can come by your home to check on your pets, provide basic care, offer them love and affection, and walk dogs. I do not offer care inside my home.

About: The first jobs I ever had were caring for children and pets. I am comfortable with big dogs, small dogs and everything in between. When I got my own dog, Luke, we enrolled in a 12-week professional obedience and training course. This really helped me to understand canine body language and different breeds needs. Over COVID, we fostered dogs as a way to help the shelters. To this day, friends and family will ask to drop their precious pup with us for trips and holidays and knowing their furry family member is in good hands (and paws.) Luke and I get out for some exercise every morning and night. On days I am not working, we will pack up my mountain bike or longboard and hit the road in search of a fun trail. I live in a 2bd/2ba home with plenty of space in a fenced-off backyard. If separation is best, the opposite sides of my house can be fenced off on either side of the kitchen entrances. As well, I am familiar with use of a crate for dogs that are more comfortable in one when supervisors are "away." I don't keep anything out or accessible that might lead a curious pup into harms way. (Luke trained me that!)
