As for the communication that was definitely the best part, I didn’t have to ask how he was doing because she gave me updates throughout each day provided me with plenty of fotos and videos. This was my first time using Rover, I did a few meet & greets and felt right away that Michelle & James are very kind and great with animals. I had a wonderful experience dropping off and picking up. Cara did very well in Rita's care. I got a photo every day showing her relaxing in the house with Rita and her little dog. Rita was very sensitive to the old girl's limitations. Great, quiet neighborhood and good shady walks. I will definitely use her service again when Cara needs a dogsitter.

Danielle is the best! She is friendly, kind & hospitable. We did a meet & greet a few days before my dog’s scheduled drop off. She welcomed us in her home with her dog and we got acquainted. Her home is cute and comfortable. Danielle was a great communicator and even sent me a couple of photos during my dogs stay with her which helped alleviate some of my kids apprehension about our dog being with a new sitter.
