“Did a great job walking our dog! Destin loved her.”
2. Madison S.
“Good communication and reliable. Madison has been taking excellent care of my doggo 🙂”
3. Emerson V.
“Emerson took care of my Terrier/Chihuahua 4 x a day for a week while I cared for a family member who had surgery out of state. My dog is kind of a handful because she needs medicine twice a day and she takes a while to get used to people. But right away as soon as I met Emerson and saw how she interacted with my dog, I felt like she had the experience and skill to care for her. Because I need someone that will care for her and walk and feed her. And as the week went by and I received her daily check-in‘s, I thought more and more about my son‘s health and didn’t worry about my baby girl doggy at home. This was a big relief for me so I’m very grateful to Emerson and the Rover.com app which makes it easy to see when she was fed, walks and other daily activities.”
4. Shannon O.
“Shannon's love for animals is unconditional, she loves them as if they are her children. If you want your pet to be loved and cared for and have the peace of mind knowing your pet will be in good hands while you're gone, then Shannon is the sitter you want! She treats animals with respect and gives them more attention than her husband!”
5. Maggie M.
“Maggie lovingly cared for our two older cats when we were traveling. She took special care to know their habits and preferences and kept us up to date while we were away. Highly recommend!”
6. Brendan T.
“I have been Brendans partner for over a year now and have been Sammie’s dog mom ever since meeting them, as he adopted her just a month before meeting me. She was a rescue, and a very timid and emotional girl, but I have watched her come out of her shell and build confidence under the guidance of his leadership and love to her…it’s truly heartwarming to have witnessed this sweet girl who is nervous of anything find joy and playfulness again (or maybe for the first time) because of the safety she now feels from her leader.”

About: I have taken care and owned dogs and cats since I was 5 years old. I have always loved animals and have experience with all sizes and ages. Friends and neighbors have relied on me to watch, feed and check on their pets while they are away. I always make sure their pets are safe, happy and getting everything they need! I have had senior dogs and more recently puppies as well, so I have trained and worked with all ages. I am a mom of 3 and I currently have 4 pets, so I am used to caring for others. I started my own photography business in Midland, so I get to make my schedule and hours from home. A flexible schedule allows me to be open for drop-in visits. As a pet owner myself, I understand how important it is to have a safe environment for your pet when you are away from the home. Pets are family and I want to help keep them safe, happy and cared for while you are away. If you have any special needs or a pet needs extra attention, let me know so I can give them the care they need!
8. Madeline F.
“Madeline has always been enamored with animals. She has had pets her entire life. She tends to her animals with tender, loving care. She’s had birds, fish, cats, a bunny rabbit, dogs, and treats them well. At one point, Madeline wanted to be a veterinarian. I’m not sure if that will happen, but I do know that animals will always be a part of Madeline’s life.”

About: My former home has been a make-shift cat refuge for 15 years: my love of those independent characters has been sated by 3 of the greatest felines known to man. I love all animals, just haven't had the opportunity to have a dog in our family. My current domicile does not permit nonhuman animals, so I'm on a mission to pass on my affection for all animals and create a new job at same time. I cannot think of a better way to spend my free time. I'm a stay at home mom with a 16 year old who is way too independent. I'm looking at this new found free time as less melancholy- inducing but rather a new opportunity. Lemons/lemonade situation. I have availability to drop in if local, or house/pet sit. I can make a house sparkle, pets exercised ( cats are a little reluctant:), and fed/watered on regular basis. I run/cycle/walk, so easy peasy. I am moving to Midland 4/15/24, so should be ready to take on new pets by May. I will also be volunteering; I can juggle both easily and look forward to meeting new furry friends. I am unable to board animals currently. I can however, stay at your hone with your pets. Beginning in May 2024. Look forward to Midland!
10. Faith K.
“Faith has dropped in on my cats several times while I've been out of town and she is so great to work with. She is dependable and kind and always sends me pictures of my cats which I appreciate. I would recommend her to anyone.”
11. Daniel S.
“Daniel is a great caregiver for pets! He has a Bernese Mountain Dog he is raising and training. He knows how to have fun with larger dogs such as his own, but he also knows how to be gentle with smaller breeds like the Maltese/Shihtzu mix he will occasionally care for. He puts in the time to make sure his pets get what they need, whether it be a particular way of feeding or just giving a long walk. Daniel would be a great choice for your pet’s needs!”
12. Lindsey M.
About: I love all kinds of dogs! I have a maltese shihtzu mix that I have been taking care of for 9 plus years. I love the outdoors! I am used to taking dogs outside to use the restroom, and I also have experience with pad trained dogs and dogs who are still being house broken. The only dogs I cannot watch are rottweilers, and dobermans. Unfortunately, on average the risks are higher with these breeds. I am a teacher. Since I do not teach during summer vacation, I am highly available during the summer, morning to night. During the school year (Sept-May) I am available to walk your dog and house sit early in the morning before school (5-7 am), after school is let out (4:30 pm-late), or all day/night on weekends. I love to give lots of snuggles to keep your furry friend happy and feeling loved! I am a big advocate for routine and a pet’s emotional/mental stability, so you can rely on me to be timely whether that means house-sitting, feeding, or going on walks with your dogs.
13. Lauren R.
“Lauren was great, it was a last minute need for our dog as we had a previous walker request cancel. Lauren was very reliable, gave a nice report of her visit/ walk, and I felt I didn't need to worry about our pup.”
14. Brett N.
About: I have been trained by professionals throughout my time as kennel staff where I had hands on training with many types of dogs, big and small. I was responsible for feeding, walking and taking the best care of over 28 dogs at one time while on kennel staff. I work part-time so I will have plenty of time dedicated to taking the best care of the clients pet! I am flexible with my schedule and I can make anytime work! Keeping your pet safe is my top priority! I make sure that if my client has a fence, that it is closed. If my client does not have a fence, I will make sure that their pet gets time outside to go potty while on a leash.
15. Hannah S.
“Came on time and kept me updated. Was very friendly with my interactions with them and interactions between my dog.”
16. Austin U.
“Austin is able to handle anything the pooches throw at him. My Victor is a ball of energy but Austin made him super calm and chill right away. I trust him.”

About: I’ve had dogs as a part of my family since I was five. Currently, my furbaby is a two year old mini schnauzer named Natsu (from “Fairy Tail”). From puppies to elderly, minis to giant breeds, I have experience with them all! While lesser experienced with cats, I adore them and have cared for them previously. Life can dish out unexpected plans to your schedule. I’m committed to providing flexible availability Monday-Sunday to be there during those unexpected plans or that vacation you’ve been looking forward to all year! I am comfortable with most dog temperaments. Please advise me in advance for skiddish/shy, aggressive, etc. pets and I will approach them accordingly. I treat each pet as if they are my own! I provide walking services, feeding, playtime, check-ups, etc. up to three times per day.
18. Emily W.
“Did not see the time or inquire what time to go, but as soon as I asked her if the dog walk was over, she was quick in her response and in getting to my house to walk my dog. Quick in her communications/responses too so that was nice”
19. Nicci K.
“Punctual and very friendly. Pepita wanted to go home with her.”
