About: Expecting a baby June 2026 so I’ve blocked off the next few months but PLEASE don’t hesitate to book and reach out. I am taking my regulars if I am available and feeling up to it, pregnancy wise ☺️☺️☺️☺️ Scroll through my photos to see the backyard your pet will get to run around in! I have 2 years experience volunteering and fostering pets at my favorite pet rescue organization and the humane society. I have 5 years of experience caring for my brothers 3 shar-pei’s (ages 1-3) whenever they’re away, which is on a regular basis. I also have experience caring for my sisters senior stray cat that she took in and adopted. I have experience in potty training puppies and will wake up in the middle of the night if needed. I also have 4+ years of nanny and childcare experience with one family of 3 children so you know I’m also trustworthy with housesitting and with children as well! :) if you have any questions, please let me know! I am currently a stay at home wife with no children. I currently moved here because my husband is in the military so I have all the time in the world for your fur babies. I like hiking and going on walks to play Pokémon go so taking dogs on walks would fit right into my schedule! I love playing fetch, cuddling and teaching tricks when I spend time with pets. I verify that the floor is clear or debris and small objects to avoid a choking hazard, thus I often sweep because safety is a priority of mine. I live with my husband who also loves animals and constantly have his support and help. I encourage gentleness in dogs and always give them affection.

About: Hello! Please note (I do not take payments through the rover app anymore due to past payment issues. I accept Venmo or in person payments). I have been caring for all types of animals and saving them if in need, my whole life! I love and care about all animals personalities and only want to make them happy:) I am very understanding to all animals (even sassy ones haha), I will take time for their needs. I have cared for senior animals, puppies and kittens, as well as given animals medication. I would love to watch your pets and would make sure they are safe at all times! And of course update you with pictures on text while you’re away! (Prices- $13 per hr for pet sitting, if other service fee questions feel free to message me, thank you!) As of now I can pet sit on most weekends, as well as most mornings and afternoon/early evenings on weekdays! I will care for pets by taking them on walks if they are able to, play with them, give them treats, nap time, plenty of potty breaks, or anything the owner asks or requests. I am in between jobs right now and have extra time this month to watch pets! Send me a message and we can find a time that works best! When I’m a client’s home I can play with your pet, brush them, feed them, or just give them some company. And I will never leave a mess behind, if the pet has a potty accident I am sure to clean it and clean any spilled food or litter!

About: Hi! I’m Addy — a lifelong dog lover who recently moved to Freeland, MI. I share my home with Kahlua, my sweet and friendly Pomsky, who loves making new dog friends. I know how stressful it can feel to leave your pup with someone new, and my goal is always to give your dog a safe, calm, and happy experience — full of warmth, playtime, and love. Whether you need a walk, a drop-in visit, or a cozy place for boarding, your dog will be treated like family. I’m patient, responsible, and very attentive to each dog’s personality. I’ll always keep you updated with photos, messages, and honest communication. Hablo español también, si prefieres comunicarte en tu idioma. ❤️ Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine. I’m currently working only Thursdays and Sundays afternoons, which allows me to provide regular walks, playtime, and consistent supervision. I build my schedule around the dogs I care for, making sure they get attention, potty breaks, and exercise at the times they need it. For boarding or drop-in visits, I’m very flexible and can adjust to your dog’s normal routine — whether that means early morning walks, midday check-ins, or evening playtime. Your pup will never feel rushed or left waiting. My goal is to keep your dog’s day feeling predictable, calm, and comfortable. Safety and comfort are my top priorities. In my home, dogs are always supervised and kept in a calm, clean, and secure environment. I follow each pet’s usual routine so they feel comfortable and at ease. I provide fresh water at all times, regular potty breaks, safe playtime, and a cozy place to rest. I make sure doors are always closed, and I only introduce dogs to my Pomsky, Kahlua, if both pets are comfortable and it’s a good match. For walks and drop-in visits, I use secure harnesses or leashes, stay alert to surroundings, and follow the owner’s instructions closely. I keep a slow, steady pace and avoid unsafe areas or interactions with unfamiliar dogs. Whether in my home or yours, I care for every dog with patience, structure, and attention. My goal is for your pup to feel safe, loved, and relaxed — and for you to feel fully confident while they’re in my care.

About: I have been dog sitting since before I could drive! From continued training to daily walks, big dogs to small, your pup will be in good hands with me. I am currently a full-time medical student on a break from school, which gives me a lot of availability both during the week and on weekends! With all of my dog-sitting experience, I am confidently able to comply with any training, crating, or schedules needed. I currently have no pets myself, so that will not be an issue.

About: My name is Emily. I've owned dogs and cats and pets of other sorts all of my life. In my adolescent years I was in 4-H. I showed small pets but helped my friends with their livestock. Ive spent time volunteering on horse ranches as well. I currently have 3 dogs, 1 cat and a lizard who are all very spoiled. I work full time in retail and would like to be able to help local friends with their pets. We are fortunate our dogs don't spend much time alone in the house as my husband and I have opposite schedules. Due to our fortune I'd like to give you the peace of mind knowing your fur baby has potty breaks and attention when they need it, while you're on vacation or at work. Since I work full time, and it's retail my schedule fluctuates alot. I'm often available first thing in the morning and then in the evening. On my off days which also fluctuate my schedule is open. As far as boarding goes. I have a 3200 Sq ft house. Split into an upstairs and a down stairs. I have had to keep my mom's dogs separate from our dogs when she visits and it's never been a probably to rotate the dogs in and out, etc. I am confident in taking great care of your loved one and also taking care of mine. The basement door stays shut with access for the cat via kitty door. I personally have a fenced in large yard. I'm very loving, however am willing to use my dog mom voice to ask pets to sit, or lay down when necessary. I stay aware of the amount of time my dogs are outside and the weather conditions, sympathizing to their paw needs. Our pets get treats, snuggles and praise often. The biggest thing we make sure to do is to be aware of our pets body language. How their ears sit, if they seem agitated, if they do or don't want play time, etc. This allows us to give them what they need and prevent any kind of hostilities towards one another. In the 4 years we've had our current 3 dogs this has proven to be very successful.

About: Hi, I’m Emerson! I have been a volunteer for the Humane Society for a few years before starting on Rover. The first time I started was when I was 12, and now I do it at 22 when I have free time. I have always been surrounded by animals and pets. I had my first dog when I was 3 years old, his name was Banjo! My family has owned seven dogs since then. Due to my parents' busy schedules, I take care of the dogs every day, including feeding, watering, walking, and potty breaks. Over the years, I have pet sat for several people, and love to do it. I have had the opportunity to meet dogs and cats of all different breeds and personalities at the Midland Humane Society and through Rover. From aggressive dogs to the tiniest puppies, I've dealt with them all. I have experience with injected medicine and oral medicine for dogs and cats as well. My knowledge of pet care is extensive. I will make sure to send you lots of photos of your pets while they’re with me. I am currently working part time and go to school at SVSU. I am very flexible with my schedule, and I am willing to work with yours! My availability is always reliable. Even on holidays, I am readily available and have a lot of time on my hands. In addition to a fenced backyard, I have crates, toys, food, etc. I have plenty of experience and am a reliable caregiver. I would treat your fur baby like my own. In the past, I have house sat and pet sat for many local residents. Having my background checked here was a welcome experience for me as I have never been in legal trouble. My promise to you is to treat your home and pets as if they were my own. I understand how hard it can be to trust someone with your pets.

About: I grew up taking care of my neighbors’ pets which was more like a zoo. They had dogs, cats, rabbits, lizards, fish, and even a ferret. I have been an animal lover all of my life and have continued to pet sit for friends and family over the years. Additionally, I have volunteered at multiple animal shelters and have a lot of experience cleaning and providing care for multiple animals at one time. I also have owned cats my whole life and have a lot of experience taking care of dogs as well! I am currently between jobs so I have a lot of free time and am super flexible! During this time, I am able to care for your pet as much as possible :) I am very big on giving animals lots of love and affection! I know oftentimes pets can get anxiety when their owners are away, so I follow a routine the animals can depend on so they know they are getting their needs met by me everyday. I get a sense of what their normal routines are and try not to stray from these as much as possible so there is still consistency in the animals’ lives.

Abi is great walking our dog Liza. She always sends a summary of the walk and a photo. She really takes her time walking. I have a tracker on Liza and have found that previous walkers took her out for 10 minutes or less just to go to the bathroom- with Abi she is out walking for at least 30 minutes!
