About: I have been having pets pretty much my whole life. I grew up with two cats and two dogs. I now have 3 dogs and 2 cats now. I love my babies they are my world. I do work full time. I feed my cats twice a day. Once in the morning and then once in the evening. They also get snacks throughout the evening and during the day when I’m not at work. I have a fenced in yard. My cats are inside cats but of course my dogs go in the back yard. I do have bulldogs so they don’t stay out long, it’s too hot for them in the summer. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats myself and they all get along.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, caged pets since I was old enough to walk. I have cat, dog, and farm sat for family and friends for years now. I am able to devote lots of time and attention to your pet and I’m excited to get to know their personality, quirks and all! I am very familiar with shy pets that require more patience and with high energy pets that need frequent enrichment and play. I also am great at doing medication routines and taking note of behaviors. I will make sure your pet needs are seen and met. I promise to treat your critter with respect and so so much love! I’m currently in graduate school and I live very close to campus, so I have plenty of time and opportunities to come check in at home and I do a lot of my work remotely already! I am great at morning and evening (even midday) feedings. I love talking walks and I am also very good with needy pets who demand loads of attention. I am also very patient and recognize when pets have lots of boundaries and let them lead the relationship. Weekly, I have 3 classes spread out Tuesday and Thursday, but only 1 for MWF, and my weekends are very available! I have a fenced back yard and a very walkable neighborhood to explore with your pets! I also have a crate for up dogs up to medium size. My household has 3 cats, one of which LOVES dogs (the other two are a bit shy) who would love to play fetch with your pet. We have wood floors and a bed that is open for cuddles and a very cozy couch. I will also take/send pictures of your furry friend for you while you’re away (I know I always miss my friends when I’m out of the house).

I do have 2 corgis so for any boarding in my house it is important that your furry best friend likes other dogs and an initial introduction is paramount for a long term stay. About: I am My family had had dogs since I was a kid and I have been incredibly active in taking care of all of them. I’m currently taking the prerequisites for the vet-tech program at Delgado and I have over 6 months of experience as a kennel tech at a veterinary hospital. I’m experienced with taking care of all varieties of dogs and cats as well as administering needed medications. Additionally, I have my own dog, a 1 year old doodle who’s been with me since she was 8 weeks old. NOTE: I can only take dogs up to 70 lbs due to the size of my space I am currently a student at Delgado, and I am free in the mornings before 9, and after 12/1 depending on the day. My schedule stays pretty consistent but I’m good with making adjustments. I live alone off Broadway by Tulane in a duplex. I’m right across the street from Luca Eats (dog friendly breakfast place) and I have a small grass area next to my back patio for my dog to go to the bathroom.

Our dog can be anxious around other dogs and has had some issues in the past, so we usually look for someone who has no animals of their own and only takes one client at a time. Being a last minute booking, there really wasn't anyone else available so we took a chance with Stella knowing she has a cat and we were unsure of how Obi would do with that. I was honest with Stella about Obi's past and uncertainty about how he would react to a cat, so we arranged a meet up to see how the animals would do. After meeting her and her cat, we both felt comfortable to move forward with the booking. During the the 3 days we were gone, Stella was super responsive and sent regular updates including photos. Although our dog and her cat did not end up being couch cuddlers, they kept a respectful distance and Stella was very observant and responsible, making sure to supervise them and keep everyone happy and safely apart. We would definitely use Stella again! We were able to enjoy our family getaway and not worry about our fur baby. Thank you Stella!

Olena, Anya and Francesca took great care of Lotus! I was sent pictures and videos throughout her stay and she looked very happy and comfortable. I have never seen her actively play with other dogs, but she was having fun with their corgi. I will be booking with them again!
