Carina and Santiago's two daughters also help with the pet care. Felicia even made Sandee a couple handmade flowers for her collar. So sweet! They also offer for a small additional fee pick up and drop off of your pet if needed. They treat their Rover pets as part of the family. :) We will be regulars with them!!”

But let me just say how incredibly comfortable, Ashley made him feel,( as well as me! ) She constantly sent daily videos and pictures, along with updates! It made me feel so relaxed and I was able to enjoy my vacation! James has special-needs, and he is elderly, Ashley was so accommodating to his needs! She has given me great advice on how to care for him once he got home. her expertise and experience with special needs dogs is very helpful and I trust her knowledge . Sooo great! Penny was well taken care of, she got so much attention and playtime! I also got updates and pictures. I'll definitely be taking her back! Wish I'd switched to her sooner.
