She made an effort to show me and the dogs around her home and yard for our first visit, and made sure we were all comfortable with the stay. Joann has a larger dog that is very friendly. When I expressed concerns about leaving our dogs unsupervised with her dog, Joann immediately offered a suggestion to prevent that from happening. We finished our errands early, and called to see if we could pick up our dogs before the arranged time, and Joann was more than accommodating. When we arrived at her house, we found the dogs to be relaxed and feeling very comfortable. Always a good sign! Thank you, Joann!”
