About: I’ve been the resident animal lover my whole life. I started as the caretaker for the family dog at 11 years old and have my own dogs as well. I’ve raised, trained, pet sat, and boarded dogs (and the occasional cat) for 20+ years. I have experience with toy to giant breed dogs as well as all energy levels. My home is a mixture between calm and energetic but I always make sure we make adjustments so that pets can feel the most comfortable while they are here. I am home all day during the week and most weekends. I will step out for up to 2 hours at a time for school pick ups/drop offs and errand runs. I have a 5ft fenced yard with locking gates. There are currently 2 dogs living in the home — a 1 year old lab mix and a 10 year old golden retriever. I have a separate dog area from my kids so that they have a place to escape from grabby hands and loud noises.

About: I’ve lived with large and small dogs and cats my whole life. Even as a teenager I took care of our house cat for years and she lived in my room. My parents own one little one now (the one listed on my profile) who I don’t live with but still consider them to be my own dogs because I love them so much! I am currently working free-lancing gigs remotely while I study for my PMP exam so my schedule is flexible when I am in Ardmore. I do have a very active lifestyle so I love taking dogs on walks and hikes in my free time! I will keep them on a consistent feeding schedule. I’ll take them on multiple walks a day. About: I have been around dogs my whole life. I can’t remember a time when I didn’t have a dog in my care. I have had many years of experience watching and taking care of mine and others dogs. I have watched my family’s and close friends dogs many times throughout the years. I have dog sitted and had multiple doggy sleepovers up to a month before. I have watched dogs as small as Chihuahuas all the way up to German Shepherds. There is no task I can’t handle! (: I can’t wait to meet your baby and becoming their new friend! I am currently unemployed but looking to make pet care my full time job. I have more than enough time available for dog care. I spend most my time with my own dogs and or family members and friends. I have a great back yard where dogs can run around and feel safe. I am pretty minimal when it comes to furniture but do have plenty of room for dogs to lay around. Dogs are free to roam as they please and can freely go outside. I wash all couch covers twice a week, sweep & vacuum everyday, and mop as needed. I am very big on keeping poop picked up and making sure things are regularly cleaned up, like toys or trash that might be out. Bathroom doors stay closed and cleaning supplies are locked up. I do my absolute best to ensure the safety and comfortability for any animal in my care.

I am available Monday- Saturday mornings, afternoons, and nights. As well as Sunday mornings and nights. I offer dog walks and drop-in visits! I am able to work with your instructions on caring for your pet! I have had animals that need to be walked, or can only get outside time in their yard. I have cared for pets on bed rest with stitches, as well as having to administer medications throughout the day.

“I had to leave last minute to Phoenix to help take care of my mom while my dad was away for work. Since the stay home order has been really hard on everyone, I didn’t think I would be able to find someone to take care of my dog. He’s very skittish, and gets stressed out and scared around men, so not many people I talked to could take him. Vicky was AMAZING. She sent me pictures 2-3 times daily and updated me on how he was doing. She even sent me a few videos! I was so scared to leave him with someone he had never met before, but he adjusted so well to Vicky’s kind and gentle nature and let him have exploring time in her home. I will forever be deeply grateful for what Vicky has done for me and Magnum, and her genuine kindness and passion she has for this work! I will be coming to Vicky for any dog boarding I need for Magnum! Honestly, I think if you’re reading this review that you should too.
