“There are dog sitters…and then there’s Carmen! She was a fantastic choice for my two pups. Her communication is amazing, she was extremely flexible when my travel arrangements were delayed and I was unable to pick up my puppies in time. She really went the extra mile to make sure our puppy with special needs was well accommodated (he’s quite shy and warmed up to her very quickly). I’ve been on this app for quite sometime and I don’t think my dogs have ever had as much fun as they did when boarded with Carmen! I look forward to booking her again!”

She kept us informed with fun pictures and was excellent at communicating with us. I have used Rover before, but this was by far the best experience I have ever had. “patty is amazing! she’s just so sweet and goes the extra mile to make your pup feel at home. i dropped off my yorkie and he hadn’t been groomed in a while because we were in the process of moving. patty helped us by taking him to the groomer while she was taking care of him. my dog also has separation anxiety and made sure to cuddle him at night and make him feel safe. 10/10, 100% recommend, and definitely will be booking with her again.”

He accommodated and took my dogs in right away, and during the week I spent in the hospital it was a joy to know my babies were very very well taken care of.
