I am currently a stay at home wife with no children. I currently moved here because my husband is in the military so I have all the time in the world for your fur babies. About: I love walking and running. Being outdoors as much as I can when it’s nice out! 🌞 I pay a good attention to details and often like to double check things. I do whatever is asked of me. I always do my best and with honesty. Accept same day bookings as long as I don’t already have something planned of course! Don’t have kids or personal pets of my own. Just family pets. If I have to be gone for more than what the dog is allowed to be alone. Then I will go back and check on them and let them out for a quick potty break. I’m also looking for a full time job right now. So I’m not booking anything for more than 2 weeks out. Sorry for any inconvenience. Right now I’m flexible and my job is flexible. I only work 2 days a week in the summer. During the school year, I will be trying to substitute teach more base on the need. But I would be gone no more than 8 hours. I walk the dog on side walk or on the road if it’s a busy neighborhood. I feed and give your dog water. Also medication if they take any. I also play with your dog if requested or I see the need.

About: Ever since being a young little girl, I have cared for dogs and they have a special place in my heart. I grew up with a yellow lab and took great care of her. As an adult I am the go-to pet sitter for my family and friends. I have watched small family farm taking care of goats, horses, dogs, and outdoor cats too. I have more experience with mid to older dogs than puppies, but I have also helped take care of puppies too. I am currently searching for a full-time position; therefore, I have flexibility for during the day for potty breaks or walks, evening care, and overnight stay at your house. I am unfortunately renting currently and have a no pet policy so I cannot board at this time. Your pet is to be treated like my own. I follow the owners lead but I love playtime, indoor or outdoor, walks by leash and harness, and cuddles and loves. I only give treats if that is what the household wants. I wish to keep the routine as similar to what the animal is used to.

“Lucilla was a life saver! We had someone cancel on us last minute, and she was willing to jump in to help make sure our fur baby was taken care of. She is great at communicating and flexible. Highly recommended her!”

About: I've taken care of all the family dogs growing up, we had chihuahuas and a mix of larger breed dogs as well. I have also had a pit bull for six years and now I have a very energetic labradoodle that I am mostly responsible for. I do majority of his training and all his care, 100% he is a momma's boy. I currently have no job and am looking for ways to make money and also enjoy my time. I absolutely love dogs so being able to walk your pup, or do a drop in to make sure they are happy and fed is the perfect opportunity for me! I am experienced with big dogs that pull, so I can handle pullers. I can also do drop in visits to your home to feed and/or take your dog out. I am honest and trustworthy, and will always treat your dog and house with respect and love.

About: Hi there! I bring a lifetime of experience caring for all kinds of animals - from horses and chickens to cats, dogs, birds, and pocket pets. During my 13-year career as a veterinary technician, I developed deep expertise in animal care. Now that I work remotely, I have more flexibility to share my passion and knowledge by helping other pet parents care for their furry family members. At home, my husband and I have our own little menagerie: a goofy Rottweiler and two sweet cats (both of whom found their way to us through my work at veterinary hospitals). I absolutely love spending my free time taking long walks with our Rottie through the beautiful parks around Midland and Freeland, and playing with her in our backyard. I'd be thrilled to provide that same dedicated care and attention to your pets too! I own my business which is ran remotely so I’m in control of my schedule:) I am able to be flexible on my daily routine to make time for your pet. I’ll follow your guidelines on how you want your pet cared for and handled in your home and on walks. During the warmer months, I’ll offer off leach time, with my friendly pooch in our 1/2 acre fenced yard as well if this interest you and your pet is social & enjoys playing outside.

“Max took great care of our dog, Jax. Spent time with him inside and played with him outside on a rainy day, and took him on a nice long walk in better weather! Good updates and photos of our dog. Would love having Max see him again when we need it!!”

About: Hi there! I'm an experienced pet care professional with years in the industry — including managing a busy pet resort — and I would be thrilled to care for your furry family members! Your pets will enjoy a cozy stay in my home, with access to the entire home, complete with a dedicated “dog room," cameras in every room of the home for 24/7 surveillance and a large 6-foot privacy-fenced backyard for safe outdoor play. I’m Pet CPR Certified and a Fear Free Certified Professional, trained to recognize and respond to signs of fear, stress, and anxiety in pets. I provide a peaceful, low-stress environment where your pet can feel safe, relaxed, and loved. I have experience with dogs and cats of all ages, breeds, and temperaments — including seniors, shy pets, high-energy dogs, and those with anxiety or aggression. I'm also comfortable giving: -Pills and tablets -Injections (including insulin) -Inhalers and specialized care ✅ Dual Insured: I carry private pet care insurance in addition to Rover’s protection, so you can feel 100% confident that your pet is in safe, reliable hands. 🩺 Vaccination Requirements: Dogs: Rabies, Distemper (DHPP), Bordetella Cats: Rabies, Distemper (FVRCP) Puppies/Kittens: Must be current on age-appropriate vaccines I highly recommend flea/tick/dewormer prevention for all pets. Please upload or send a clear photo of your pet’s vaccination records when requesting a booking. To keep things safe and low-stress for everyone, I do board multiple dogs at a time and have a few requirements in place: ✅ Dogs must be: Crate trained (see below for details) Up to date on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccines Why crate training matters: I use crates for short, structured times—like during meals or if I need to step out of the home briefly. It’s a key safety practice that allows me to separate dogs calmly, securely and safely when needed. Each dog has their own designated crate space during these short periods, made to feel cozy and familiar. Private boarding option available: If you’d prefer your dog to be the only guest during their stay, I offer the option to book a private retreat—meaning no other dogs will be scheduled at the same time. To reserve the space exclusively for your pet, you’ll need to book all (4) available boarding spots for those dates, as this ensures I can block off my calendar to honor your request. This is ideal for dogs who prefer more one-on-one attention or a quieter setting.

I have a fairly flexible schedule on the weekend. I own a cat, a snake and a horse. I live just outside of Chesaning. I’m very patient and loving with client’s pets and treat them as my own. I also make it a point to stay tidy.

About: I have had several dogs and cats since I was about 10 yrs. old. Owner of 3 dogs in the last 35 yrs. We have also cared for 3 stray cats that wandered on to our porch! They became family! I watch and take care of our grand dog-Millie. She is a Bernise Mountain dog! 🐶 I have recently retired from full time work. Looking to work part time doing something fun! Visiting with, feeding, playing with and walking your pet would be the perfect job for me! 🐕🦺 I will care for your pet as if they were my very own! Always looking out for their safety in-side or out-side of your home.

About: I would be happy to keep up with your energetic dog or snuggle with your lazy one. Looking forward to helping you care for your dog! I have plenty of time to give your pet some extra attention when you are busy or out of town. I can be flexible to help out when you need it! I will come to your house to take care of your cat/dog. I can help with feeding, walking, playing, giving medicine, and most importantly snuggling.

About: I've taken care of all kinds of animals all my life. I totally understand that your dog is you child. I have 2 of my own. Just moved to the area and wanted to try Rover. Something different. So as of now I'm doing only Rover. Open schedule as of now. I have a fenced in back yard on 20 wooded acres. You cannot see my house from the road. I also have an extra large crate if needed.

About: Hi, I'm Lexie. I am high-masking autistic, which for me means that I look and sound pretty "normal" but my brain is structured differently. My special interest is dogs! Mainly behavior but also history, breeds, care... Anything dog. I am a dog-trainer-in-training currently pursuing certifications that will help me teach dogs with behavioral issues that the world is ok! I am experienced with multi-dog homes that need "crate and rotate" care, "hands off" care, puppy care, and if you leave instructions I could do just about anything- I am not bothered by reptiles, amphibians, non-flying (pet or feeder) bugs, although I am nervous of birds. I'm very detail oriented. My background in home healthcare ensures that your home and pet(s) will be respected, and I am comfortable administering oral or topical medications. My availability is from 9am-5pm Monday-Thursday, Fridays from 8am-3pm. On Fridays, my 5 year old is home with me and will likely accompany me to drop-ins. She is dog savvy (for her age) and is respectful of dogs and cats, but since she is small I can only visit cats and well-mannered pups! I am a fan of cooperative techniques. I would rather spend 15 minutes strategizing how to entice "Fluffy" back in their crate than try to force them. For potty visits, I prefer to clip a long drag line to the dogs harness or collar- just in case they don't respond to a recall from me, or if there is any chance at all they might make a break for it! That way, we can still play and have fun, but with a safe guard in place. For walks, I will always want to specify if you are wanting a structured walk or a sniffari, or a combination. Structured walking is only available to dogs that already know how to walk on a loose leash. If you are interested in loose leash walking, that is something we can work on! For feeding or medications, I will need exact instructions! How much food, what you use to measure it (example: 1 full scoop with the blue cup on the counter, 8oz raw thawed in fridge, fill up the black kong, etc), and amount of supplements or extras. For oral meds, please specify if it needs to be "hidden" and what to hide it in (wet food, pb, etc.)
