About: Have fostered, owned, and cared for dogs most of my life. Work from home in a townhouse and am flexible with any size dog care. I work from home, so out of home walks I schedule before/after work and/or at lunch time. Dogs being boarded, walks are more frequent/flexible. We can go to a dog park after work time (if allowable by owner). Your pet’s safety and happiness are my top priorities! About: My entire life I have always had such a love for all animals. I love to be very sweet to them and know ways to not look dominant or intimidating when meeting a new pet. I love animals; I have worked in dog shelters and also have had a few pets, including my 14 year old beagle who I love dearly. My friends and neighbors have asked me to watch their pets or walk their dogs and I always enjoy doing it and feel comfortable! I have plenty of time that I have available during the weekday and weekend. I am a very flexible person that is able to switch up my schedule when needed. I love to keep pets entertained by playing with them, being sweet, or just being loving to them. I feed my pets at home on a schedule and whenever I have watched people’ pets I feed them exactly how I am instructed. I make sure pets are safe and happy and feeling comfortable with me.

“I can't recommend Zosha highly enough. I scheduled daily visits while we were on vacation for our cat Chloe to be given her medication and some love - and Zosha did such a great job at both! He went out of his way to give her plenty of affection and even treats on her puzzle toy. Everything was clean and left in great shape, Zosha was super communicative, and sent lots of pictures! I’m absolutely flexible trustworthy and respectful of all animals. I just lost my dog from cancer so I will spoil your fur baby with love. I have a beautiful huge back yard that’s fenced. Inside lots of space too. It was used for a daycare once it’s very Very safe.

About: I have had dogs all my life, big and small, that I have been able to create unbreakable bonds. I currently have a Doberman Lab mix named Duke with my boyfriend. One of the most important things I believe every animal should have is enrichment time and activities. This helps with reducing stress and increasing a healthy mind and body. I have extensive experience training dogs in enrichment activities that have grown intelligence and obedience. I also have considerable experience with walking and sitting all sizes of dogs and am confident in my skills to keep the animal safe and out of harm's way and build a trusting relationship with them. Lastly, with the experience of my own animals aging, I am familiar with handling and loving on older and disabled dogs who might need daily medical attention. I currently work from home with a very flexible job that allows for a healthy work-life balance! I usually take meetings and calls during walks or other activities. Safety is my number one priority with any animal. An animal must feel safe in an environment to live comfortably and ensure the safety of other animals and humans. I have experience gaining the trust of dogs who have been in unfortunate prior situations, and the number one thing is to remember to have patience. Creating a relationship or bond with an animal should be on their time and terms to avoid any backtracking in progress. As for the environment, I believe a calm and enriched space is essential for the body and mind of a dog.

About: Hi, my name is Michelle! I am a current medical student at George Washington University. While I don’t have any pets of my own, I have loved and cared for the pets of my friends and family since high school. They have relied on and trusted me to walk, feed, and pet/house sit while on an extended vacation or just a weekend getaway. I live in an apartment complex with a dog park but our neighborhood is also walking distance from a paved trail. I am pretty flexible on costs and cancellations since I am new to Rover and would be doing this for fun and a little extra income during my free time. Since I am a student, I am able to walk/drop-in on your pets on certain weekdays from 10 am to 3 pm or anytime on the weekends. I make sure to keep an eye out on the pets at all times, making sure they are safe and getting the attention they need. I follow walking/playing/meal schedules provided by each owner strictly and make sure all pets get enough TLC while I'm with them.

About: I adopted my first cat, Marshmallow, in 2018, and my second cat, Sesame, last year in 2024. Although I don't have a dog of my own, I love dogs and have some experience walking and dog sitting small and medium sized dogs. My first experience dogsitting was for my in-laws' corgi, and have since also watched and walked dogs for friends. Through Rover, I now have a recurring weekly doggy daycare booking, with walks every 2-3 hours. I work from home most of the time, which gives me the flexibility to watch or walk your dog, or play with my cats, or to drop in and visit your cat. I would love to drop in to play with and take care of your pets, or offer doggy daycare to your dog. For a first day, I would take the day off work to make sure everything goes smoothly, and I would keep my cats separate from your dog via closed doors or pet gates, unless they demonstrate that they are friendly. I don't have experience yet with dogs over 40lbs, but would be happy to meet and take care of any smaller or medium sized dogs! I work from home most week days, so I can take care of your dog or cat while home! I would just need a day or so advance notice to make sure I don't schedule on a day I'm not working from home. I don't have a car, so I mostly rely on public transit or ride share, or, if needed, zip car or rentals I have a condo with two bedrooms, and a living room. I would separate my cats from your pet unless they get along (in which case they could socialize but supervised). I would walk your dog or play with your cat at intervals throughout my day, as my schedule tends to be pretty flexible when working from home. And I can feed your pet(s) on whatever schedule they require.

About: I’ve taken care of pets since I was a child. I was never really the kind of kid to offer to mow neighbors’ yards but I did walk dogs and pet sit for neighbors and family. I think pets are family members and enjoy helping make sure your furry family members are safe and happy and looked after if you are away. I currently am in school and have an open schedule and I’d like to use that time to hang out with some new animal friends I have a fenced yard and plenty of space and a friendly 10lb Yorkshire terrier named Bear. Plenty of space for a kennel/crate so your pup can be comfortable and have access to activity and play

About: First of all I am deaf and I wear a cochlear implant on my right ear. I am late deafened so I can speak and I use the hearing aid very nicely. My family has always owned dogs and I'm the type of guy who will just sit in my chair quietly and the dogs like to lie down at my feet, I have a calm vibe. I completely understand how important a good, long walk is to a healthy happy dog. I provide endless belly rubs and ear massages, but I know when to be firm and demonstrate that alpha leadership (usually a firm "no" in a solid voice does the trick). Dogs are our best friends, but they also know who is their best friend when you treat them that way.
