At the last minute, I had to run out on a quick Military assignment and I didn’t know what I was going to do. I contacted Allyn last minute and she quickly responded to my message. She was very professional and she was able to get to my apartment and take my Milo outside while I was gone. She also sent me a picture. I so appreciate Kyra for helping with our difficult little terrier with such equanimity! I was visiting my sister and had to bring Owen with me, and needed someone to be with him so that I could be sure he was okay the evening we were scheduled to go out to see a show. Owen is a very timid rescue with a fear of new people and novel circumstances – and as a Jack Russell mix he can be very feisty, so I had a lot of trepidation about how he would behave (I had visions of him either crying at the door all evening, or terrorizing the sitter). He did bark a lot at Kyra when she arrived, but she knew exactly how to handle the situation so that he could relax and rest while we were gone (which he did – whew!). Kyra texted me many updates which completely set my mind at rest... I am so grateful for her expertise and composure!
Wen is an incredible cat sitter! My cat Pumpkin is noticeably more calm and happy after Wen visits her. She sends me pictures and videos, and I'm so happy to see Pumpkin purring and playing. It puts my mind at ease to know she's so well taken care of when I'm gone
