About: I’ve cared for my own dog for the past year, and I’ve also pet‑sat for my family members’ dogs whenever they’ve needed help. Those experiences taught me how to be patient, attentive, and consistent. I’m responsible and dependable, and I always make sure pets get the same level of care and comfort they’re used to at home. I’m a college student home for the summer, so I have plenty of time to give dogs the attention, exercise, and affection they need. About: Growing up I have always had dogs and other animals, and I am always the go to when our friends or family need a pet sitter. I love to take care of animals like they are my own. I am currently a college student finishing up my last semester, I do not have a full time job and wanted to spend time with animals when I am not doing essays or studying. I have an open schedule. “This review is overdue! We first booked Shellby a few months back on very short notice. It was a very last-minute request, and our usual walker/sitter was unavailable. I contacted Shellby and she got back to me very quickly. I was worried because I usually do a "meet and greet" any time we have a new sitter, but in this instance, it wasn't an option. Shelby was an excellent communicator leading up to her walking/feeding my dogs, and put my mind at ease. My dogs did great with her and the care they received was excellent. I've since rebooked Shellby and plan to do so again. I'm so glad I've found this great new dog walker. Definitely recommend her services!”

About: I grew up with dogs and currently have 2 cats. One of my cats is a senior (almost 20 years old) so I do have experience caring for a senior pet. I love animals and will treat yours as my own! I would prefer dogs who are kid friendly. About this sitter: My name is Tessa and I'm a stay-at-home mom of 3. I love animals and have 2 cats myself! I would love to make your dog a part of our family for the day or longer! Regarding my cats: I am able to keep my cats separate from your dog, if you are concerned about that. I think it’s best to keep them separate to avoid any issues. I put my cats in my primary bedroom upstairs along with all their stuff and they are perfectly fine! But if your dog is cat friendly, I don’t mind letting them interact a bit. My senior cat is just a little freaked out by high energy dogs but she calms down after a bit. My younger cat is probably more open to dogs, she’s very friendly and mellow. Either way, I’m happy to accommodate! I drop my 3 kids off at school Monday-Friday and I am done with that around 8:30am. I pick up my youngest at 1:40 and my middle child at 3pm. So I will have about 4 hours each day until pick up my youngest. I am also available most weekends. Just message me and will do my best to accommodate your schedule. We live in a 4 bedroom condo and I have a fenced in patio and plenty of walking space throughout my neighborhood. Your dogs will feel safe and right at home! I will also make sure that your dogs are safe and cared your dog is in my home!

I recently graduated from UCSB and moved back home, where I live with my own one-year-old Goldendoodle Willow (who I’ve raised since she was 8 weeks old) and my mom’s two dogs—a sweet Goldendoodle and a Husky. All three love hanging with new dogs of all sizes! I’ve always been an animal lover and truly enjoy caring for dogs of all sizes and personalities.
