About: Hi there, I’m Carissa! My deep love for animals began at a young age, as I grew up sharing a crib with a lively orange tabby who was always watching over me. Right now, I have a sweet tabby boy named Torito. My beloved childhood dog, Pepper, passed away last year after a long battle with heart disease and I'm learning to adjust to her absence day by day. I’m eager for more furry companionship and have lots of love to give!  ° 𐐪𐑂 ♡ 𐐪𐑂 ₒ 𐐪𐑂 ♡ 𐐪𐑂 ° Over the years, I've cared for stray and feral cats in my backyard, as well as cats and dogs of all ages, some of whom have had various health conditions such as heart disease, arthritis, thyroid disease, anxiety, deafness, blindness, and mobility issues. I've rescued and rehomed stray dogs to loving forever homes on multiple occasions. As a teenager, I volunteered as a weekly cat tender at PetSmart and Petco for two years, which gave me a ton of great experience working with cats of all ages and personalities! I understand trusting someone with your cherished companion can be difficult, which is why I'll provide you with regular updates, including plenty of pictures and videos, so you can feel connected to them while they're in my care. Your pet’s safety and happiness are my number one priorities, and I can guarantee that they’ll be in the best care with me ૮ • ﻌ - ა⁩ ⟢ Please note: I only service dogs under 50 lbs, non-reactive/non-aggressive animals, and fixed animals! ⟢ Hablo español. I’m currently doing Rover part-time so I have a fairly open schedule…weekdays or weekends - I’m your girl! I typically work part-time Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday but can accommodate your request before or after my shifts. I have full availability on Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday. My inbox is open and attended to from 8am to 7pm. Please don’t hesitate to reach out and ask about my availability as it can vary! I would love to get to know you + your furry friend and make them feel happy and comfortable while you’re away! ₊˚⊹♡ ⟢ For drop-ins/house sitting: If you have specific covid precautions, please let me know and I’ll be happy to accommodate. Meet-and-greets must be scheduled PRIOR to booking to ensure that we are a good fit for one another. As a safety concern, I am not comfortable with indoor cameras and request that you disclose of any prior to booking a house sitting. I also water plants and make sure packages/mail are brought inside safely. ⟢ For walks: I prioritize safety with leashed walks and only take dogs to fenced areas for off-leash play when asked. I work with one client’s animals at a time rather than doing large group walks so your pup will have my full attention!

“This review is overdue! We first booked Shellby a few months back on very short notice. It was a very last-minute request, and our usual walker/sitter was unavailable. I contacted Shellby and she got back to me very quickly. I was worried because I usually do a "meet and greet" any time we have a new sitter, but in this instance, it wasn't an option. Shelby was an excellent communicator leading up to her walking/feeding my dogs, and put my mind at ease. My dogs did great with her and the care they received was excellent. I've since rebooked Shellby and plan to do so again. I'm so glad I've found this great new dog walker. Definitely recommend her services!”

About: I know how to groom all type of dog hair if you like. They will love all the adventures we will go on. They will always feel welcomed and cared for at all times. I will shower them if you ask. Would love to take care of any dog. I do not mind picking up after them, that is my job. I always have treats and chew toys with me. I will always be available for them when you need me there. Holidays included as well. Will play with them for as long as they want(tummy rubs included). Planning to go to college to learn more about taking care of dogs full time soon. Will always go home satisfied with a full tummy and with a smile on their face. I am currently working a part time job. I do not work much so my availability is very open. My job fluctuates week by week but will always let you know ahead of time. I have a fenced home. My home is also pretty big so very spacious for any pets. I also live in a quiet neighborhood so they will not have to worry about loud sounds.

Our dog is currently taking medication that makes her extremely thirsty and urinate frequently and Makenna was on top of her care. I currently have open availability with a flexible schedule, allowing me to check in on your pets up to three times a day and spend as much time with them as they need, whether that’s a quick visit, extra playtime, or simply some companionship while you’re away. I care for pets in the client’s home so they can stay comfortable in their familiar environment and routine. During visits, I follow all care instructions including feeding, fresh water, litter box cleaning, walks, medication (if needed), and any specific routines. About: I’ve cared for my own dog for the past year, and I’ve also pet‑sat for my family members’ dogs whenever they’ve needed help. Those experiences taught me how to be patient, attentive, and consistent. I’m responsible and dependable, and I always make sure pets get the same level of care and comfort they’re used to at home. I’m a college student home for the summer, so I have plenty of time to give dogs the attention, exercise, and affection they need. I have several dogs in my family and have regularly dog-sat for friends and relatives since I was a kid. About: I, of course, love dogs!! I strongly believe that pets aren't just pets but family. I have had dogs all of my life. Right now I have 3 dogs ( Cocka poodles) which are my heart and soul. I will not treat your dogs any less love than I do my own! I have a very flexible schedule and I am experienced with large and untrained pets. I trained some of my own dogs before. I have dog sat my friends and family dogs before so I am experienced with handing dogs. I am very energetic so keeping up with your dog will not be a problem. About: I’ve had three cats almost my entire life, and have watched friends’ and neighbors’ cats so I am well versed in making sure they have the care they need! This past year, I got a handful of dog sitting gigs including two hyper golden retrievers and a senior terrier. About: I’ve grown up rescuing kittens from the streets and healing them to health. I have two healthy cats at home that I take care of every day. They are fully vaccines and healthy. I have a passion for cats, so I am always doing research to get a better understanding of how they may think. I'm currently working full-time from home, so I have plenty of time to take care of pets. I get many breaks during my working hours. I love my two cats, I never discipline them by yelling. They are allowed on the furniture and have a tree house to play in and many toys all throughout the home. I work from home so I'm always around and I rarely go out. I like being home. I also get breaks to go out and do any drop ins. I live in a three bedroom apartment. There is one bedroom dedicated as my cat room, which has a cat house, scratch post, wooden home and many toys and tunnels for play. I have toys for them everywhere and constantly buying new toys. My cats love the their playroom. Right outside the window is a tree where some birds and squirrels pass, they love to lay on the hammock and look at the window.

About: I’ve been a veterinary assistant going on 8 years now. I am comfortable caring for senior pets, administering medications, including injections and I don’t mind exotics. I am currently working so i will be able to work around schedules and my classes are online for now so I can definitely plan my classes around your pets’ schedule. In general, I believe all living beings deserve to be treated with love and respect. Therefore, I will make sure their bowls are clean, they have clean water, access to comfort and safety checks before I leave.

About: I grew up surrounded by animals and was a pre-vet major, so I’ve got over 15 years of experience caring for dogs, cats/kittens, rabbits, and more! I’d love to help out with your pets and provide them plenty of walks, play, or company as needed :) I’m currently in school part-time and would love to use my free time to help out with your pets! I’ve been missing time with animals, so it’d be a win-win. I am very warm and friendly, but also calm and cautious when meeting new critters to make sure they’re as comfortable as possible when we meet. I’ll be sure to arrive on time to any scheduled walks and will happily provide company for any drop-ins/sitting as works best for your schedule!
