“Absolutely amazing. We were coming from out of town and Andrew kept our dog for a few hours so we could enjoy our time with family. It made our Thanksgiving relaxing, wonderful, and we had peace of mind. Thank you!”

About: As a mom of four and an empty nester, caring for others comes naturally to me. I’ve had dogs my whole life and am completely comfortable with pets of all sizes and personalities. I currently spend my time caring for seniors, so patience and attentiveness are second nature. I speak both English and Spanish and treat every dog as if they were part of my own family. I spend Monday through Wednesday at a senior home but have a flexible schedule and reliable transportation. I’m available for pet care the rest of the week (and Monday-Wednesday, as needed) and can adjust as needed for your pet's routine. I live in a clean, pet-friendly apartment and am very comfortable caring for dogs in smaller spaces. I make sure pets get plenty of walks, attention, and love.
“Yolanda was so good to Archie and Millie! She was communicative and sent pictures. She went above and beyond. They seemed very calm and happy in her presence. We've already booked for more walks. 🐶”

About: Hi! Thanks for reading my Rover bio. I care for smaller dogs in my home, most under 30lbs. (Rover says up to 40lbs., but that’s not accurate). I work from home, with a large, fenced yard. I love dogs & cats but only have a dog right now. 🐾 I’ve always had a home with pets & yours will be treated as one of our family…😊 I will send you pictures & sometimes videos too! 📸 I’ve also had a special-needs dog in the past… Happy to help you with your dog's needs. Send me a message & let’s see if we’re a good fit. Your fur-baby will be loved here!! Thank you for your time. 🌸 Some additional info: - Optional ‘Meet & Greet’ charge $30 (30 mins.) - Pick up & drop off services $45 round trip -or- $25 each way. - For walks your dog will need a good, fitted harness. I work from home most of the time. I am on Rover to provide fun for my dog, and yours too. I hope your dog can come over and stay and of course play! 🐾
About: I’ve been around pets my whole life — caring for dogs and cats has always been second nature to me. At home, I have two rescued cats (ages 10 and 2) and a happy 3-year-old Golden Retriever, so I’m used to all kinds of personalities — from playful puppies to calm seniors. With over 10 years of experience, I know how important it is to follow your pet’s routine and keep them feeling safe and loved while you’re away. Whether it’s feeding, walks, playtime, or giving medication when needed, I’ll make sure your furry friend is cared for like my own. ❤️ I work from home full-time and have a very flexible schedule, so I’m around most of the day to keep pets company. Whether it’s playtime with toys, cuddle breaks between work, or going out for walks, I love having furry friends as part of my daily routine. It’s easy for me to adjust my day around their needs — making sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and love. I live in a single family home where pets have plenty of space to play and relax. We have a secure fenced yard, perfect for safe outdoor time and fun walks. I also walk the dogs 3–4 times a day (they never get bored!) and always keep fresh water out, changing it twice daily. I have two friendly, social cats and a gentle Golden Retriever who loves making new friends — they’re all very dog-friendly and happy to keep your pet company. I don’t usually use crates for my own pets since they’re free to roam and feel comfortable at home, but I can absolutely crate your pet if that’s part of their routine or helps them feel safe. My goal is to make your pet feel at ease and cared for, just like they would at home. 🐾💛

Pet care is a meaningful part of my daily life. I live on a mini farm property with plenty of space for playtime. I structure my days around the needs of the pets I’m caring for. Whether pets are staying in my home or I’m caring for them in theirs, my priority is to make them feel safe, comfortable and loved. If your pet has specific needs, like crate training, medication, or anxiety care, I’m experienced and happy to accommodate.

About: I have grown up with dogs and currently share custody of a senior yorkie who I love with all my heart. I have experience puppy sitting. Because I have a senior dog (no teeth and arthritis) I have experience gauging senior dogs energy and needs. I work from home on Fridays and have flexibility. On the weekends I can commit fully to pet care. I love dogs and often dog sit for friends who know I am reliable. I have a high fenced yard and a sliding door that I generally keep open during the day. I live near the Circle in Orange and love to walk there for lunch with a dog. Dogs are allowed wherever in my apt, it’s a little under 600 square feet.
About: Joseph is my best friend & professional colleague. Both of us grew up with family dogs and Joseph’s family has always had cats around the house. We are dedicated animal lovers, with years of experience in dog walking, playing, and general loving care for friends and family’s pets. We both live in Joseph’s family home with two cats & two dogs. We both feel strongly that animals need to get sufficient play time in order to feel properly nourished in their lives. We also have experience with senior dogs & dogs with special needs. We have been house and pet sitting across the country on & off for the last 5 years. I am an entrepreneur & work from home. My schedule is flexible & I can almost always adapt to your scheduling needs. Joseph’s schedule is more fixed & so his availability is less than mine. I will always be the main sitter & Joseph will offer support when he’s available. Joseph and I have been on Trusted Housesitters for over 4 years with excellent reviews and experiences. We have also house and pet sit for many friends and family. Given our large resume of experience, we figured it was time to start on Rover to get paid for the excellent care that we offer. While staying in your home, we will treat your home like our own. Keeping all spaces clean and tidy for you to come back to. If you have any boundaries in your home please let us know, so we can be sure to respect all house rules. We are comfortable sleeping with animals on the beds or off. We would love to explore your area and take any pups who need exercise on some beautiful hikes and adventures!

“Working with Shellby was fantastic! I had a very last-minute request and she was able to help us out with such short notice. Very responsive and a fast communicator. Great job walking my dogs and sending us photos letting us know that everything was okay. We will definitely be reaching out again for her services.”

About: I've had cats ever since I was little, so I'm familiar with the caretaking like cleaning the litter box, feeding, and playing. I am also familiar with their calm and introverted personalities, and as a patient person, I hope to gain their trust. Although I've never had a dog myself, I've walked and fed my neighbor's dogs. I have a part-time job working with kids with special needs, but other than that, I am mostly open. I work M-F but weekends I have complete availability. Because I live in an apartment, I won't be able to bring pets into my own place, but I am willing to come to my client's home. I will make sure to respect your space and, of course, your pet.
