Availability
I work for the school district in the mornings and afternoons, I have plenty of time in between to look after a pup, as well as plenty of time in the evenings. I'm usually occupied from 6am to 9am and 1pm to 4pm. So I can comfortably look after your pup in between and in the evening. I also do plenty of excersise in between and can incorporate your pup in my excersises. Weekends are fully open to look after pups, drop in visits, or walks/runs.

Drop in visits would entail whatever the dog needs. Food portions, daily routines, poop breaks, medicine applications etc. I wouldn't mind some play time for the dogs amusement and daily activity. If there are boundaries in their home, obviously that's to be respected. When it comes to walks, they would be walked around the neighborhood, always vigilant to stray dogs and offleash dogs. If the dog is not dog friendly, I wouldn't put it in a state of anxiety with another dog. I try to learn about the dog I'm caring for, their habits, likes and dislikes and over all temperament. Every dog is different and I take the time to learn about the dog.
Information John M. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know ahead of time how your pup reacts to other dogs around the environment, and if the doggo is food driven. How the dog reacts to people, if its ok with people, kids, other animals. If the dog requires any special food diets, or care it would be important to know that ahead of time to prep. I ask a lot of questions to better care for your dog.
A typical day
I enjoy taking my dogs out on a walk or a quick run. If its a small dog, I run with the dog to get it to burn off energy. If its a bigger active dog, then I enjoy riding my bike with the dog beside me. I also like to work with the dog in basic commands to stimulate its mind. Apart from physical exercise, mental stimulation is important as well. I make the learning experience enjoyable for the dog. I work within the temperament of the dog I watch, I look for the activities that the dog enjoys, and go from there. My dog loves to pull on a rope and I find he gets super tired after that, allowing for a much calmer and responsive dog.

Pet care experience
Years of experience with dogs, big and small. Every dog is different and they require their own special attention. Dogs feed off your energy, so I put off a positive and genuine one. I've handled big dogs and small dogs before. From puppies to senior dogs, I'm comfortable with all. I've trained young dogs in basic commands and taught them to walk with a leash. I'm pretty active and I believe excercise is important for a dog's mental and physical state. It's also important to let a dog be a dog, sniff their environments and leave their marks, under supervision of course. Each dog has their own personality and it's important to work within those boundaries. Over all, I have a passion for dogs, I try to go above and beyond for them. Message me for alternate pricing on multiple fur babies and other details.
Reviews
John was very good with Remy. He’s a great handler. I will definitely book again. My husband would like to wait till after the holidays, but I was very happy with his services..

John was awesome. Showed up on time, took care of all the fur babies, updated me in a timely manner and sent pictures. I will definitely be using him again.
I honestly can’t think of anyone better to care for pets than John. He just has this natural way with animals — dogs seem to love him right from the start. John’s helped with my dogs a few times, and he’s always so reliable, patient, and genuinely kind. He really pays attention to each animal’s little quirks and routines, and it’s clear how much he cares. Whether it’s long walks, playtime, or just keeping them company, John always makes sure they feel happy and safe. Any pet parent would be lucky to have him!
