About: I really enjoy being around dogs or just animals period. I don’t have any pets of my own right now but I plan to adopt one when I have the space. I’ve been looking after my neighbors, friends, and family pets my whole life. I’ve looked after so many dogs & cats, I really think that’s the second reason I don’t have any pets right now. It’s like I have over 10 dogs of my own already. 😂 But all jokes aside, just know your fur baby will be safe with me. 🥰 Side note: I used to volunteer at the Animal Shelters all the time. Unfortunately I haven’t lately. 😔 I plan to start back soon. With that being said, allow me to look after your pet(s) while you enjoy your vacation, business trip, or just simply need a break etc. 😊 I look forward to seeing your precious doggo! 😍 P.S. Some of you may recognize your pets on here. I’ve looked after your pets with a family member that has an account. I really enjoyed loving on ALL the fur babies that came into her home. I’m currently working full time 6am-2pm. I could most definitely spend my evening by looking after your precious fur baby, take them on a walk & play with them. I have plenty of time on my hands after work. I’m available around 11am on my off days Tuesday and Wednesday. I’m willing to adjust my hours on them days just let me know what works for you. I will care for your pets by loving, playing and cuddling with them. Most importantly making sure they have a safe environment and feel loved.
About: Hi! You just found your dog’s new favorite auntie◡̈ I’m currently a student and working from home and love dogs to my core. I have an 8 year old toy poodle named Mason. He’s so sweet & playful and he’s always looking for another puppy to play with. I have had experience with dogs my entire life, but in college I decided to get one of my own and I have no regrets yet! I will make sure your pet receives endless love and affection, long walks, loads of fun and trips to the dog park to mix and mingle. Safety & happiness of your pet is my priority so there’s no need to worry while they’re under my watch. I aim to create a stress free and fun environment for everyone. I understand how stressful it can be to find someone you trust with your baby, so I will be sure to keep you updated throughout our day. I enjoy taking photos of my dog and nature so expect pictures updates as well. I am super flexible so for whatever you need, don’t hesitate to ask. I can’t wait to meet you and your pet! I’m available for daily walks, drop in visits and boarding. I work from home so I have the time and flexibility to care for your pet and give them the attention they need throughout the day. I am very respectful of your space and your dog and their’s. Making sure only do what I am advised to and anything outside of that I’d check with the owner prior.
About: I’ve had dogs throughout my life. Small, medium, and large sized dogs, young and elderly dogs, dogs with low energy levels and dogs with high energy levels. I used to pet sit for my neighbors as well, including one neighbor who had two mastiffs and a dalmatian, and another neighbor with a chronically ill dog prone to accidents. I loved them all! I work full time, but I primarily work nights, so I’m available while most people are at work. I also love to go on walks during my free time, so I’d love to walk to visit your pet, or take them along with me. We have a specific room with toys, a bed, and plenty of attention from me that’s designed for your pet to have a great stay. We have a water fountain for cats, and a large water dish for dogs, and plenty of treats and love to provide.
“Bre did an awesome job keeping me updated with everything and anything she did for my dog Bulleit. She made it really easy to go out of town and not have to have any worry or concern on how he was doing. Will be booking again!”

“Maciyah was so great with my dogs and they were instantly comfortable with her during our meet and greet. I also hot tons of pictures during her stay and came home to a super happy dog, I highly recommend!”

“Nicole is the absolute best! She has been so patient with my anxious dog Louis, and he has so much fun hanging out with her. She follows my instructions to a T, spends time doing enrichment activities, and sends detailed updates during her stay. She happily agreed to stay longer than planned when my flight home got delayed. You won’t regret booking with her!”

“Nicole did a wonderful job house and dog sitting Louie, our 12-year old English Bulldog. We met Nicole beforehand and she was kind, professional, and a great fit in taking care of our old pup. We needed a couple things looked after in the house and Nicole was really accommodating. Both house and pup looked fantastic upon our return. We hope to work with Nicole again!”

“Liz was so sweet, personable, and attentive. Liz fed my dog, took her for a walk, and even sat on the floor with my dog to ease her anxiety. If you ever need a dog sitter in the Detroit area, I highly recommend Liz!”

“Areatha was amazing with my girls! She accepted the job pretty last minute (late request by me, not a late response by her) and kept me up-to-date with photos. Even cleaned up a few litter messes! Highly recommend!”

“My cat, Bailey, is an extremely active, playful, affectionate and SPOILED 2 year old who had never been separated from me. His breed is known for separation anxiety. So the idea of me being gone for 10 days in Europe and not knowing how he would do was a major stressor to me. As soon as we met Alex, my fears were alieved. . Bailey took to Alex right away and even brought a favorite mouse to be thrown back and forth. I knew Alex was the right sitter for my little guy. Alex is very chill, very personable and detail oriented. I had a book of notes to make the stay/sit more comfortable. Alex sent daily pics, videos and texts, showing Bailey’s adjustment to a stranger and the relationship they subsequently developed. It was both sweet and very comforting to me. If Alex did have a question, a text would be sent. When I came home, my home was completely spotless, as I expected it would be. Bottom line, I could not have asked for a better sitter for the little love of my life than Alex. When the time comes again, I will again request Alex.”

Medical Center pet parents share their Rover experiences
Lukis took fantastic care of my cat, an almost 8-year old sassy orange tabby. This was over thanksgiving week, and Lukis was extremely communicative, kind, and caring. Thank you so much for your fantastic care - I will definitely be booking with you whenever I am in Detroit area!!

Zaria was such a gift! She went above and beyond caring for our three cats—two of whom are on medication—with so much love and attentiveness. The house was spotless when we got home, and the cats were relaxed, happy, and somehow getting along even better than before we left. She’s kind, reliable, and just a joy to work with. We honestly can’t recommend her enough!

Murat watched our 4 dogs and house while we went out of town. The dogs bonded with him and loved the games he played with them in the back yard. He made sure they got a lot of exercise. Upon our return the house was in good order and the dogs were happy. We will definitely use Murat again in the future.

Olivia was great! One of my pets is extremely anxious but she still took care of him and he seemed to warm up to her. We had sick pets and she took care of them. I was a little worried bc as much as I love my pets, I know they are not easy to take care of so the fact that Olivia and my babies got along tells me how great she is.

Lauren is an amazing house sitter. Our original plan was for her to only be around during the day, but while I was gone my pup had some stomach issues and Lauren made sure to stay with her nearly 24/7 while I was away. 10/10, can’t recommend Lauren enough!!!

Finding someone to care for your home and pet-family, especially a young kitten, can be nerve-wracking, but Victoria was great. She provided just the right amount of updates on our cats, which gave us peace of mind. We came home to a clean house and happy pets. There's no doubt in our minds we’d use Victoria again.

Ashton was fantastic, couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. Our pets adored her immediately, even our very shy cat felt comfortable with her right away. She left our house clean and our pets so happy. I would recommend her to anyone in need of pet care and would book her again in a heartbeat. Thank you Ashton!

Abdullah was a great sitter for my old pup, had prompt communication and pictures, and followed the notes for feeding and walking times. My dog is older in life, about 75 lbs, with limited use of his hind legs and takes daily medication. Abdullah was able to maneuver him into his wagon, help him while outside in the grass, and take care of any accidents. It was a great experience working with Abdullah from initial communication about the booking to post trip follow-up.
