About: As a couple who have navigated the frustration of finding competent sitters who truly understand pets with individualized needs, we decided to become those sitters! Our experience shapes how we care for dogs today. Our expertise: Managing reactive dogs, including leash, barrier, and dog-to-dog reactivity. Providing enrichment through scent work, recall games, interactive puzzles, and structured mental stimulation. Administering medical and specialized care: medications, bland meals, post-surgery recovery, chronic conditions (cancer, Cushing’s, allergies), hospice, and end-of-life support. Handling behavioral quirks and routines that require close attention and creativity, including crate rotation, individualized schedules, and constant care for separation anxiety. Using positive reinforcement as the foundation of all interactions. We thrive on pets who require extra attention and genuinely enjoy crafting care that respects their unique needs. If other sitters have balked at your 36 pages of instructions, you’ve found your match! We are not trained in e-collars, prong collars, or choke chains and are happy to provide a harness or martingale collar during visits and walks in alignment with our skills. Your pets are our full time focus. We genuinely love spending our days with them. As a true buddy system, having two person availability leaves us able to provide constant, attentive care. Your pet's schedule is our schedule; our time is their time. *A meet + greet is required before the first visit, so we can get to know your pet and you can see how we interact.* We provide care exclusively in your home, following every instruction you provide, whether it’s specific feeding times, medication routines, or supervised potty breaks. From our own experience struggling to find sitters who truly adhered to detailed instructions, we understand how critical consistency is for pets with unique needs. We pay close attention to behavioral and body cues, adjusting interactions to ensure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and understood. With two caregivers, your pet has constant supervision, companionship, and engagement throughout the day. At the same time, we respect your home, keeping it secure, organized, and cared for while maintaining routines and boundaries that your pet relies on. We provide regular updates, check-ins, and photos, so you can see that your pet is happy, safe, and thriving while you’re away. We are not trained in e-collars, prong collars, or choke chains and are happy to provide a harness or martingale collar during visits and walks in alignment with our skills.

About: Hi there! I grew up with cats but l'm also a dog lover. I dog sit my friends’ corgi and husky sometimes so I decided to join this platform. I also love going to the dog park and think it's the happiest place on earth! I have worked remotely since 2020 and I love that dog walking is built in exercise. I also am more than happy to drop in and dog sit. I live in a secure, pet friendly apartment building with a fenced in track area for dogs. It’s conveniently located in midtown Detroit, Michigan with safe places to go for walks.

About: I lived in a small family farm for 20 years of my life which led to me being a die hard animal lover! My parents would always adopt and foster both cats and dogs (along with some farm animals!) so I have experience taking care of many different breeds of dogs, from chihuahuas to basset hounds and huskies. Unfortunately my landlord does not allow pets in my residence, but helping families with their pets while they’re gone fuels my pet withdrawals while making sure their furry friends are well taken care of! I’m available in the morning and evenings, and am able to leave work during breaks to do a quick check in on pets! Weekends are completely open. My schedule is very flexible and I am able to work with families to make sure their pets get the attention and care they need! Although I grew up with dogs on the couch and in bed I will always respect the owner’s house rules. Multiple walks a day, respecting scheduled feeding times, and most of all giving all of my attention to your furry friends!

About: I am a former teacher and I love dogs as much as I love kids. Dogs are creatures who need attention, affection and lots of kisses! I live in the heart of Downtown Detroit and is walking distance from Comerica Park, Ford Field, Campus Martius Park, Fox Theater, The Filmore & Little Caesars Arena. I live in the heart of downtown Detroit and I enjoy walking my dog several times a day. We go to the doggie parks that are in close proximity to the apartment, and we have a dog park at my apartment complex that’s great for meet and greets with other dogs. I would care for pets in someone else’s home by respecting the area in which the dog is most comfortable meaning changing pee, pee pads, making sure their food and water bowls are full. And I will make sure that their dog is treated as if the owner were at home with lots of belly rubs. I care for my dog in my home the same way I make sure it’s a clean environment a safe environment, where my dog feels comfortable.

About: Hello! My name is Annie. I love animals so much, especially dogs. I travel for work as a flight attendant so I am unable to care for an animal full time by myself unfortunately. That being said, I would love to help you take care of your animals when needed! Throughout my life I have had many cats, dogs, and other animals. I've been walking and helping take care of dogs as a paid service for a few months now and I absolutely love it! I'm typically available most weekdays. However, occasionally on a Thursday or Friday I have to work my other job flying around the world. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. I am looking forward to helping you out with your fur children :)

“Jessica was wonderful with our girl! I have never used Rover before and I would absolutely leave Jubilee in Jessica's care again. She stayed in communication often and provided updates with photos throughout the stay at our place. Couldn't recommend more.”

“Olivia was great! One of my pets is extremely anxious but she still took care of him and he seemed to warm up to her. We had sick pets and she took care of them. Amy & Raymond H.
“Amy and Ray were able to care for our Australian Cattle Dog over a period of 4 months while my wife was hospitalized. They also watch him in our home now as needed. In 2023, they took Monty into their home at times, but mostly cared for him in our house. He quickly became comfortable with them both, but especially with Amy. He is now very loving and protective of her, even to the point of threatening Ray! They both seem to be well equipped to handle such behavior, but when Ray comes by himself, he seems to have no issue with Ray at all. I would definitely trust them at any time with our dog and in our house. They are both professional and loving toward Monty. If I tell him Amy and Ray are coming, he runs to the front window and barks in anticipation until they arrive!”

Hanaa Z.
“Hanaa has been our go to dog sitter for years. She’s incredible! Communicative, responsible and deeply kind. She has always gone above and beyond to ensure our corgi is happy and healthy. I’m reasonably sure he loves her more than us but definitely sure that she’s his (and our) favorite sitter.”

Madrona P.

“Great communication, and the dogs seemed very well taken care of when I got back. Also, house was in order - would recommend to anyone!”

Hannah O.
“Hannah was an amazing pet sitter for my two dogs and cat! She stayed at my house for almost a week and my dogs absolutely adored her. She followed all directions, and kept the house tidy as well. I would hire her again!”

Tajuana L.
“Tajuana is a loving caring sole of children and dogs. As a former teacher and dog mom, she loves dogs and is a wonderful caretaker. She was wonderful with my Aussie Doodle Puffy and treated her like her own. Would definitely use her again in the future for vacations.”

Annie J.
“Annie is a dedicated and responsible pet-owner. She has always taken very good care of her animals and clearly has a lot of love for them, as they do for her. Annie has spent a lot of time with dogs in particular, and I have no doubt that any dogs left in her care would be happy and well cared for.”

Jess K.Star Sitter

“Jessica was wonderful with our girl! I have never used Rover before and I would absolutely leave Jubilee in Jessica's care again. She stayed in communication often and provided updates with photos throughout the stay at our place. Couldn't recommend more.”

Lauren is an amazing house sitter. Our original plan was for her to only be around during the day, but while I was gone my pup had some stomach issues and Lauren made sure to stay with her nearly 24/7 while I was away. 10/10, can’t recommend Lauren enough!!!

Finding someone to care for your home and pet-family, especially a young kitten, can be nerve-wracking, but Victoria was great. She provided just the right amount of updates on our cats, which gave us peace of mind. We came home to a clean house and happy pets. There's no doubt in our minds we’d use Victoria again.

Ashton was fantastic, couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. Our pets adored her immediately, even our very shy cat felt comfortable with her right away. She left our house clean and our pets so happy. I would recommend her to anyone in need of pet care and would book her again in a heartbeat. Thank you Ashton!

Abdullah was a great sitter for my old pup, had prompt communication and pictures, and followed the notes for feeding and walking times. My dog is older in life, about 75 lbs, with limited use of his hind legs and takes daily medication. Abdullah was able to maneuver him into his wagon, help him while outside in the grass, and take care of any accidents. It was a great experience working with Abdullah from initial communication about the booking to post trip follow-up.
