“Patricia was amazing. She took my pupper on daily walks and notified me of any problems promptly. My dog seems to like her a lot and enjoys going on walks with her. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a daily dog walker”

“Yuriko is so kind and helpful. She took care of my dog well and they had a good walking together. Also, she sent me photos and videos in time. I definitely will book her in the future if my dog needs another walk)”

“Thank you so much again for taking great care of my baby! She is starting to get a lot more comfortable, so she has been sniffing around a lot more with me as well, she thinks it’s her neighborhood now 😆 thanks again as always!!”

“Olivia was great with my new rescue. We are still learning his personality and quirks, and she quickly made friends. She sent me multiple updates and pictures. Most importantly, she was able to troubleshoot on her own. She was quick to respond to my initial message and kindly guided me through my first Rover exchange. No notes. Highly recommend.”

About: I’ve worked with companion dogs, sport dogs, and service animals for most of my life. I‘m especially experienced with raising puppies. I’m currently raising my fourth, Pancake, a beautiful German Shepherd, whom I’ve raised since she was 8 weeks old. I’ve personally crate-trained, housebroken, and potty-trained Pancake. I’ve also taught her reliable leash manners and basic commands (sit, down, heel, place, recall, leave it, stay). Additionally, I’ve exposed her to a wide variety of social environments, and as a result, she gets along well with everyone. With that said, I know how much time and dedication it takes to raise our canine family members. I’d love to help care for your companion in any way I can! I work my main job at home. Since I make my own schedule, I can accommodate a wide range of scheduling needs. Please don’t hesitate to discuss with me any scheduling details! A pet’s safety and well-being are my top priorities. I give every pet under my care my undivided attention: I’m always assessing a pet’s emotions, behaviors, and environments to ensure everyone remains safe and happy!
“Bailee has been wonderful to my two senior dogs! She is professional, kind, and very communicative about my pets. It gives me peace of mind knowing that my boys are in such good hands. I 100% recommend Bailee to anyone looking for experienced, reliable, and compassionate pet care!”

About: Who better to watch your pup than a professional tiger trainer! My love of animals led me to my career as a zookeeper which means I have direct and professional experience with daily animal care and training. Ive worked with animals from manatees to monkeys so I am comfortable caring for any size or age animal and am more than willing to accommodate for any special needs! Also be sure to let me know if you are in the process of training your pup as I can help you to keep up those behaviors during the walks/stays. I am also a certified veterinary assistant so you can rest assured that your pet will be safe and loved with me receiving the best care possible. Long term sittings are my fav and I can also be available for last minute bookings. I do work full-time as a zookeeper so my hours are a little bit different than the typical person. I’m usually out of the house from 6:30am until about 3:30pm. Whatever you do for your pets is exactly what I do for them. I will always follow that same routine to the best of my ability to make sure they are the most comfortable they can be.
About: Hi, I'm Valerie! I'm new to Rover but not new to pet sitting. I grew up with animals and have over 15 years of hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats, including my own, as well as those of family and friends. I’m a lifelong animal lover and currently a proud cat mom to three floofs (ages 2, 7, and 9), so I truly understand pets as family, not just animals. I currently work part-time from home, making my schedule very flexible. General availability for drop-in visits is 8 AM–8 PM on weekdays and 9 AM–9 PM on weekends. I’m dedicated to making sure your pets feel happy, safe, and loved while you’re away. From playtime and enrichment to cuddles and a clean, secure space, their comfort and well-being always come first.
About: I’m a military veteran and full-time student with a lifelong love for dogs. Caring for animals is something that brings me genuine joy, and pet sitting allows me to support my studies while doing something meaningful. I’m dependable, patient, and committed to providing a safe and loving environment for your dog. Your pup will be in great hands! My schedule is fully open during the holiday season, and I’m available for dog sitting, walks, and check-ins. I’m happy to accommodate last-minute or extended bookings. I keep your pet’s daily schedule consistent—feeding times, walks, playtime, potty breaks, and any specific habits they’re used to. This helps reduce stress and keeps them feeling secure.
“We have used Darius twice with our dog Lyanna. He does very well with our big girl who just loves to pull on walks. He is also very prompt and communicates well! We will continue to use Darius!”

“Sarah was heaven-sent this last week while my husband was in the hospital, and I was unable to do our daily walks. We have a VERY strong Great Dane who is dog reactive, and she handled him beautifully. Our other dog is a Chihuahua mix and is also dog reactive, so walking them together can be a challenge. Sarah came over for a meet and greet and that went so well I had no concerns about her ability to take over for the rest of the week. Plus they LOVE her! Thank you Sarah- Happy Holidays and see you in 2026!”

About: I've taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 16. And I love them as to why I got one for myself her name is Dumpling and she a miniature goldendoodle who is loving and playful and kind. I'm currently not working but studying for my college degree, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pups! I'm available for boarding on weekends and weekdays at any time since all my classes are online or hybrid. I live very close to Hermann Park, so I can take your pups to walk around the park as long as she is satisfied. I may not have a backyard or any yard, for that matter, but I do have a community yard. I have a shared yard with my apartment neighbors and one friendly puppy named Dumpling to keep your fur baby company. I can easily crate your dog if needed or train your puppy if desired. I do photography as a side hobby, and if you'd like, I would love to take beautiful photos of your pets.
“Timothy was awesome! He responded super quickly even though it was a last-minute request, and everything went really smoothly. He took my dog Theo on a great walk, and I could tell he really cared. Highly recommend!”

“When she is available, Graciela is an awesome dog walker! Follows instructions, sends a very detailed and cute “report card” from each walk. She is very communicative of any concerns. Use her M- Fri and my pup and I are very appreciative.”

“Gabriella helped us out for a last minute walk and was responsive, on time, and gave a thorough report after. We really appreciated her flexibility and will be booking her again! Thanks so much Gabriella!!”

Medical dog parents share their Rover experiences
Rosalinda was great! She walked our dog who was staying at a family member’s house while we were on vacation. She was great about communicating regularly with him to arrange the best time to walk our dog. She provided photos and updates on each walk. We would definitely book with her again!

Our dogs love Sarah! It is the highlight of their day when she arrives to walk them! Sarah is punctual, caring and fun. She definitely speaks fluent “dog” if their love for her is any indication. Both dogs are other dog reactive and she handles them like an expert. Thanks Sarah!

I have a 6 week old and it’s hard for me to get her and my dog out right now. Thankfully Tatianna was able to walk my dog today. My dog really enjoyed the walk came back tired but also very excited ! The dog park was a bit wet and muddy so she went the extra mile and took my dog around the front. Would definitely book again!!!
