“Patricia was amazing. She took my pupper on daily walks and notified me of any problems promptly. My dog seems to like her a lot and enjoys going on walks with her. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a daily dog walker”

“Yuriko is very professional and a great dog walker! She’s super accommodating and goes out of her way for my dog everytime. I would definitely recommend her to everyone.”

“Brenna was awesome! She was very communicative to let a nervous dog dad know exactly how my pup was doing, took great care of my dog, and made me feel much more at ease while I was at work. We will be having her come back for sure! Thanks again, Brenna!”

“Karlie takes such good care of Otis walking him. Really appreciate the attention to detail and willingness to work with the behavioral needs of our large dog who can be excitable.”

“Annie is very kind, professional and always greeted the dog and me with a smile. After fostering so many dogs, she really understands their needs. She actually taught us a little about our dog! She was like the dog whisperer to our 67 lbs husky. Although they only met a couple of times, Yuki was excited to see her every time. I would highly recommend Annie to anyone who needs help with their fur baby.”

“Sarah was heaven-sent this last week while my husband was in the hospital, and I was unable to do our daily walks. We have a VERY strong Great Dane who is dog reactive, and she handled him beautifully. Our other dog is a Chihuahua mix and is also dog reactive, so walking them together can be a challenge. Sarah came over for a meet and greet and that went so well I had no concerns about her ability to take over for the rest of the week. Plus they LOVE her! Thank you Sarah- Happy Holidays and see you in 2026!”

About: **PLEASE ALWAYS MESSAGE BEFORE BOOKING** I have always been an animal loving person since a little girl. I have lots of experience with dogs when I used to help my mom out at a dog boarding company where I would bathe, feed, and clean kennels and dog bowls. I also rescued young 4 week kittens and returned them safely to their mother in May. I’m a proud cat mom to my 9 month tabby Sage. I have plenty of credentials for my age to make sure your fur baby is in safe hands! PLEASE READ: I currently don’t have a car, but this still doesn’t stop my passion for taking care of your fur baby! I am available 24/7 for any pet needs just always request to schedule me beforehand! I can’t have pets at my place because 1.) I have an apartment, and 2.) I have a cat who isn’t the best with getting a long with others. I do not inboard house any pet, but I will go to your house to visit, check, or even stay if needed.
“Sama is an absolutely fantastic pet sitter! She is incredibly reliable, always on time, and communicates regularly with updates, which gives me great peace of mind. My dog adores her, and it’s clear she has a natural way with animals. She also handles all pets with care and professionalism. I highly recommend Sama to anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving caregiver for their pets!”
“Bailee was kind enough to stop by and meet Cooper before her first official walk! She took the time to navigate the building and to learn about Cooper’s quirks and needs. We are so excited to book with her and I’m relieved to know he’ll be in good hands!”

“I don’t trust just anyone with my dog, she’s a rescue with a history of abuse and she’s sensitive. Olivia made Piper feel like they were best friends and piper was always happy to have Olivia come over and spend time with her. Olivia always made sure to send lots of updates and pictures and tidied up any messes Piper made. Olivia is truly the best and any dog would be lucky to have her walk them or check in on them”

About: Who better to watch your pup than a professional tiger trainer! My love of animals led me to my career as a zookeeper which means I have direct and professional experience with daily animal care and training. Ive worked with animals from manatees to monkeys so I am comfortable caring for any size or age animal and am more than willing to accommodate for any special needs! Also be sure to let me know if you are in the process of training your pup as I can help you to keep up those behaviors during the walks/stays. I am also a certified veterinary assistant so you can rest assured that your pet will be safe and loved with me receiving the best care possible. Long term sittings are my fav and I can also be available for last minute bookings. I do work full-time as a zookeeper so my hours are a little bit different than the typical person. I’m usually out of the house from 6:30am until about 3:30pm. Whatever you do for your pets is exactly what I do for them. I will always follow that same routine to the best of my ability to make sure they are the most comfortable they can be.
About: I always loved animals, particularly dogs. My parents had an "outside dog" and my college roommate had a Yorkie. I didn't get to fulfill my dream of having my own until I was in grad school. Being said I've had my Lola girl, a four year old maltipoo, since she was a puppy. I promise your dog will be safe and have fun. I will send plenty of pictures and updates :) Currently my job is hybrid. I go into Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10am to 3pm. I work from home Tuesdays and Thursdays. If your plans require that you leave extra early on a day I go into the office (e.g. Friday), you can bring your dog that evening before after 6pm (e.g Thursday). No extra charge. As mentioned my apartment complex is gated, but I will keep leashes on for safety, unless you indicate your dog is good without a leash. If you crate train I will happily accommodate. I'm always down for meet and greets. I’m on a hybrid work schedule, so I’ll be home 2/5 days of the work week. I usually work from home on Tuesday and Thursday. I’m overall flexible with scheduling. I have a fenced patio, and my townhouse is on the corner so we have plenty of immediate space. I also have a fur baby to keep yours company.
About: I’ve worked with companion dogs, sport dogs, and service animals for most of my life. I‘m especially experienced with raising puppies. I’m currently raising my fourth, Pancake, a beautiful German Shepherd, whom I’ve raised since she was 8 weeks old. I’ve personally crate-trained, housebroken, and potty-trained Pancake. I’ve also taught her reliable leash manners and basic commands (sit, down, heel, place, recall, leave it, stay). Additionally, I’ve exposed her to a wide variety of social environments, and as a result, she gets along well with everyone. With that said, I know how much time and dedication it takes to raise our canine family members. I’d love to help care for your companion in any way I can! I work my main job at home. Since I make my own schedule, I can accommodate a wide range of scheduling needs. Please don’t hesitate to discuss with me any scheduling details! A pet’s safety and well-being are my top priorities. I give every pet under my care my undivided attention: I’m always assessing a pet’s emotions, behaviors, and environments to ensure everyone remains safe and happy!
“Jacquelyn is wonderful with George! He ran to her immediately when we did a meet and greet, and I appreciate the pictures and report card she sends with every walk! Her services have been super helpful while we have an irregular work/office schedule, and I know our pup is in great hands!”

About: I grew up surrounded by dogs, including a boxer, French bulldog, and English bulldog, and I currently share my home with a cat. Over the years I’ve cared for both dogs and cats of all sizes—sometimes up to three dogs or four cats at once. My experience includes puppies, kittens, senior pets, and pets with special needs. I’m comfortable with all aspects of daily care, from feeding and walks to playtime, grooming, and administering medication (including injections). I also have experience with crate training and leash manners, and I enjoy taking pets on long walks to keep them happy and active. My care style is calm and gentle, with a focus on building trust and making pets feel safe. As a responsible and organized grad student, I take pride in being reliable and treating every pet as if they were my own. I am currently a full time graduate student and only have classes in the evening so my schedule is very flexible! The rest of my time is spent studying, which I am able to do from anywhere. I have experience with rescues, senior animals, and animals with special needs. Whatever your pet's typical routine entails, I will make sure to stick to it! I know it can be distressing for pets to not have their parents home so my goal is to make sure they feel safe and comfortable until you come back!
About: Hi! I’m Malia—the human behind Woof & Meow Haven, and a full-time pet sitter who genuinely loves what I do. If you’re looking for someone who treats your pet like a little family member (not just a booking), you’re in the right place. One of my favorite reviews sums it up best: “Malia treats our dog like her own. We never worry when he’s with her.” That kind of trust is everything to me—and it’s why many of my clients come back again and again. New to Rover? You can get $20 off your first booking with me by using my referral link or code: https://www.rover.com/sit/maliar67503. It's Rover’s way of welcoming you—and mine too 🤍 A Little About My Pet Care Style: I’ve been caring for dogs and cats for several years and have built a consistent, loyal clientele here in Houston—especially around the Houston Medical Center area. I work from home, which means your pet gets near-constant supervision, companionship, and one-on-one attention, not long hours alone. I typically care for no more than 2 pets at a time, so everyone gets the attention they deserve. My days usually include: • Walks tailored to your dog’s energy level • Couch cuddles and lap time (for my Velcro pups) • Play sessions, enrichment, and calm downtime • Lots of affection, reassurance, and routine Meet a Few of the Regulars 💕: • Bondi, the Australian Shepherd, whose favorite thing in the world is walk time—and who jumps straight into the air when he sees the leash come out. • Ceresha, my little Miss Princess, who firmly believes she belongs on my lap at all times. • Happy, who lives up to her name every single day. • Austin, my sweet senior gentleman who prefers a slower pace and extra TLC. These repeat clients are a big reason I love this work so much—and a great example of the trust families place in me. My Home & What You Can Expect: • Completely smoke-free home • Calm, structured, loving environment • Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays • Plenty of photos and updates so you’re never guessing how your pet is doing I also share my home with my cat, Lullaby Marie, who is calm, dog-friendly, and used to having visiting pups around. She has nail caps for safety and keeps to herself when she wants quiet time. Your pet’s health and safety matter deeply to me. For that reason: • A meet-and-greet is required before booking • Vaccination records and flea prevention are required • I carefully assess temperament and compatibility to keep everyone comfortable
Medical dog parents share their Rover experiences
Bailee was great! My dog seemed to warm up to her relatively quickly and she was very on top of everything, made sure that she communicated with me, and I felt much more comfortable at work with her taking care of my fur child! We would love to have her back & you should feel comfortable booking with her! 😎

I have a 6 week old and it’s hard for me to get her and my dog out right now. Thankfully Tatianna was able to walk my dog today. My dog really enjoyed the walk came back tired but also very excited ! The dog park was a bit wet and muddy so she went the extra mile and took my dog around the front. Would definitely book again!!!

Sarah was heaven-sent this last week while my husband was in the hospital, and I was unable to do our daily walks. Thank you Sarah- Happy Holidays and see you in 2026!

Sarah K. walked my dogs and did an outstanding job. From the start she was warm and professional, asking all the right questions and noting the small details that matter. During the visit she was super communicative and shared plenty of photos, which was so reassuring. She also went above and beyond by making sure the pups didn’t overdo their intake of water after the session. I felt completely comfortable trusting her with my dogs, and I’d happily book her again. Thank you a million!

This was the first time I left my dog Bella with someone outside my home, and I couldn't be happier with how it went. From the start, the sitter was kind, attentive, and professional. She took the time to get to know Bella, respected her routines, and kept me updated with photos and messages throughout the stay. Bella returned home calm, happy, and, without a doubt, very well cared for. It was clear she'd been in a safe and loving environment. Emma made the experience natural and stress-free. I highly recommend her and will definitely book with her again in the future. Thank you so much for taking such good care of Bella! 🐶❤️

Lucie has been walking my dog Copper for the past few months and she is excellent! She is always on time and sends detailed texts/photos/updates. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for someone to love and care for their pets for them when they’re away from home! Thanks Lucie!!!
