About: Animal loving CNA, here to care for your furry loved one. Animals have always been apart of my life in both big & small ways. Being able to care for other pets, is just an extension of me caring for my own. My goal is to make your pet(s) as comfortable, loved, and cared for as if you had never left. MY BACKGROUND: At an early age while growing up on five acres in the country, I was often taking care of a variety of animals, including our dogs and many barn cats. I was a bit of a cat Momma, often times assisting with extra care like bottle feeding or treating illnesses as they came. Eventually I started taking care of our neighbors animals when they were away. Throughout childhood I had several special cats that became my indoor pets & my first adopted dog at the age of 13. After high school I worked at a stable. My ‘Cat Whisper’ abilities came in handy while here- tending to the cats & ensuring the kittens grew up & had a chance to be healthy, loved barn cats. As a young adult, I cared for my two indoor cats & my Boxer puppy - a dream come true. ADDITIONALLY: I have almost 10 years of experience as a CNA and have completed 1 year of nursing school. You can feel confident knowing that your pet is in capable hands. I’m currently working from home & homeschool my daughter, allowing my weekdays to be flexible. I’m also home most weekends. I’m available for house sitting, drop-in care, walks, and extended care. About: I am 37 and have worked professionally with dogs for 10 years during my 20s. I began working in a boarding and daycare facility when I was 18. Since that time I have worked for other kennels as I have moved. I received my training certification in 2010 from Animal Behavior College and volunteered extensively at a shelter in Kansas City. I have volunteered with numerous rescue groups providing training and foster homes along with many boarding facilities. I love pet sitting and getting the opportunity to make a animals happy while their parents are away- all the rewards of being the fun aunt :) Experience with pets who have medications/diabetes/special needs. HOUSE SITTING: I work from home, with appointments throughout the day so your pets won't be left alone for long. I am flexible fitting into your pets routines, watering plants, and any other up-keeps that need done while you are away. A majority of the time I work from home while having occasional appointments out of the home. This gives me plenty of flexibility to ensure that your pet gets 1:1 time and gets outside when needed. I like to follow my clients routines so their pet can predict as much as possible. My experience has given me a little bit of the super power to predict the future, which leads to me to taking extra safety steps “just in case”

About: We are a family of four that wants to get a dog some day when our children are a bit older. We have two daughters aged 9 and 5. We love to do dog sitting so we can still enjoy a dog in our home. I am a high school teacher and my wife stays home 3 out of 5 days/week with our two young daughters. My wife grew up with Labradors and I grew up with Maltese and Terriers. We cannot wait to have our own dog again. Will your dog be the one to convince us of what type of dog we want for our family? We look forward to meeting you and treating your dog like they are part of our family! Because we do not currently have a dog and only take one dog at a time, your dog will be very well cared for and receive tons of attention and affection! **once in awhile, we may have two bookings that overlap slightly depending on pick-up/drop-off times, but if that happens we will communicate that with you! My wife is home Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays with our daughters. On Mondays and Tuesdays, we are gone from 8:30-4:00. If that is too long of a period for your dog to go without a potty break please let us know! I am a teacher at Memorial highschool (just 5 mins from our home) and can easily come home during my lunch break for a quick dog walk! We have a fenced in yard for your dog to explore. Otherwise, we will let your dog roam anywhere in the house! If needed, we have baby gates and are able to section off parts of our home.

About: I’ve worked/volunteered at the Humane Society for two years. I’ve watched friends dogs since I was 12 years old. Love to take dogs on walks, to the dog parks and just spend time with them. I have 2 dogs already at home so I can only watch your pets at your house. I currently work full time so pretty much work around my full time job. I’m more available in the afternoons, there are some days that i can do mornings. I treat them like my own with all the tender love and care they need. I have a fenced in backyard that the dogs love to play in.

About: I'm an animal lover who has years of experience with dogs, cats, and rabbits! I educate myself on animal behavior and find that it really helps me be able to meet their needs. Not afraid to administer medication or go the extra mile for whatever a loved pet needs. I'm available every single day of the week - morning, midday, and evenings. I sometimes take an hour or so of classes in the evening which are extremely easy to work around, I'm very flexible and typically don't travel for holidays. I'm completely ready to adhere to any standards that clients have in their home. I am very communicative and will reach out if instructions need clarification.

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats since I was 7. I currently have 2 dogs at home and 4 cats. Both of my dogs are larger dogs, so I have a lot of experience with larger dogs. My first dog was a shih tzu, so I also have that small dog experience. When I got him he was a puppy and I had to train him. Now he is 10 and living his best life. My two dogs at home were puppies when we got them too. Now one of them is getting older so I have the experience with older dogs too. I am currently a full time student online to become a vet tech. I would be able to dog-sit, give walks and have playdates typically whenever. My classes change per semester so it would depend but as of right now, later afternoon and evenings are available. I also work full time, 4 days per week. Two of the days I work second shift 3p-12am. The other days are 7a-4p. I would be able to accept certain things on those days but they will have to be time specific. Once every other week I volunteer at PetSmart to socialize with the kittens and clean them up a bit. Takes no longer than 2 hours. I am a vet assistant at VCA Emergency so I am well rounded on patient care and medications. In my client's home, I would definitely take them out on a schedule to make sure they don't have any accidents in the house. If they are puppies, I would work on training them in free time and playing with them to get their energy out. With all animals I would take on walks, time varying depending on the weather. Making sure to clean up any messes that are made and prioritizing the time I spend with the animal (s).

About: My love for animals started as a child going to dog shows and pet sitting for friends. I love watching shows like Caesar Milan and PitBulls and Parolees. Over the years, I have owned multiple cats with varying personalities and temperaments, petsat, and walked all sizes of dogs from chihuahuas to Irish wolfhounds. Also, I have worked with aggressive or easily overexcited breeds. If your pet is like this, just let me know and I will do my best to care for them. I decided to become a professional on Rover because I am passionate about animals and enjoy every minute with them. It also provides me with the flexible hours I need to care for my young daughters. I look forward to meeting you and your pet(s)! I am currently a full time mom, but have plenty of time to play with, walk, and care for your fur babies while my girls are in school. I am available after 8:30 am for drop ins or walks. For boarding I am able to keep overnight. I have a large, fenced yard for dogs to run, play, and do their business. I can keep pets separated upstairs and downstairs if needed. I am very respectful of other's personal property if you need me to care for your pets in your own home.
