After years of working with and understanding him, we have developed a protocol for him to give to friends, that if they follow, we can all but guarantee that Zuko will love them. Is the protocol super extra? Yes, but who isn't extra for their baby? Kyle was extremely understanding and followed every instruction we gave him to a T (which is more than we can say for many of our friends). He was also not afraid to ask questions and clarification which we greatly appreciated. He was patient, kind, nonjudgmental, and was very happy and excited to get to know Zuko. We're excited to start working with him and could not recommend him enough.”
