She went out of her way to come to our house for a meet-and-greet and then came back another time to go over procedures, feeding, etc. It’s very hard to leave your home and pups in the care of a stranger, but Kristi put us at ease right away and didn’t feel like a stranger at all. About: I am very intuitive to what animals needs are. I’m patient and pets safety is my top priority! Comforting animals is a blessing that I can’t get enough of! My hours are a bit flexible but I am mainly have a lot of free time on Mondays & Fridays from 2-7. Saturdays and Sundays I am completely available. First off, I always read the directions multiple times. Make sure their food and leashes are easy to find. Then I always check the backyard before letting a dog out. I want to be sure there are no gaps in the fences or any other large wildlife they may want to chase. If in case of emergency, I would love to know what veterinary practice is used and emergency contacts if I’m not able to make direct contact.

“Diana stayed overnight with our two dogs for two nights. She stayed inour home, Both dogs were happy and content when we arrived home. She gave us several photos and updates throughout the two days. This included text and pictures. We are very happy with the care the dogs received. She walked and cuddled them and allowed them to sleep with her. Most importantly she asked questions when unsure. Thank-you, Diana.”

“Jason was communicative and worked hard to get our shy/skittish dog to warm up to him. By the end of the weekend both Nova and Frankie were big fans. He also left the apartment very tidy, dishes clean and garbage taken out. Very classy. I would highly recommend.”

About: I have been around animals my whole life. My range of experience goes from new born puppies and up. I have been dog sitting for my neighbor and some family friends for about 2 years now. I work 2 overnights a week at my job Sunday night and Tuesday night but would still be able to help out at night before going in and in the morning after I get out. I can make any accommodations for any of your animals needs whether that’s needing to only go out on a leash or following specific training plans.

“Riley was very good and I would recommend him to annyone and use him again! I texted him daily to check on the pups and he always responded back! Very nice and I’m a nervous dog mom so he was great!”

About: I have helped take care of the pets in my family since I was little! I love the distinct personalities and quirks that different animals have. Spending time with animals is good for the soul and I would love to help take care of them in my free time! I am currently working part time, and need to be in Oswego on Wednesdays and Fridays until 4. I particularly enjoy going for walks on these days to move after a drive. I am free the rest of the week and available on weekends! I follow the directions given to me for petcare, and make sure animals get plenty of attention and play time while their owners are gone while being respectful to their space.

About: I've been taking care of animals since 7th grade. My family had their own dog and I used to care for animals around the neighborhood including cats and other animals. I take care of my former co workers dogs and my dad's dog. I'm a very active person, so I love to play outside and go for walks. I work as a teaching assistant full time and school gets out at 2:15 so I have plenty of time in the afternoon most days and could always take time off if needed for a long weekend. Plus school breaks I have plenty of time. I live in an apartment that has small dog parks outside. I'm very comfortable with letting dogs out in fenced in areas and taking them on leash for walks.

About: While growing up, there were always 6 dogs in the house ranging from chow chows to a small morkie. With my friends and family, I’m the first one on-call to watch their furry friends. I’ve taken care of a Great Pyrenees puppy all the way to a 15 yr old chihuahua. I’m open to overnight pet sitting or even a simple walk :) I typically work Tuesday through Saturday during the day. So I’d be available for morning walks, morning and afternoon potty breaks, or even overnight stays! Sundays and Mondays I have open availability! Since every dog is different, I try to gauge the typical day based on the information provided. If your pup is very social and loves to explore, I’ll bring them on a scenic walk. If you have couch potato, that’s no problem at all!

About: have extensive experience in pet care, having had many pets over the years. My journey includes rescuing, fostering, and rehoming animals, which has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of animal behavior and care needs. Throughout my experience, I've worked alongside trainers, learning valuable skills to help animals thrive. I pride myself on my patience, compassion, and unwavering love for animals, which I believe are essential qualities for providing the best care possible. My hands-on experience with a variety of pets has given me the ability to assess individual needs and provide the right support to ensure their health, happiness, and well-being. While I work full-time in an office Monday through Friday, my love and commitment to animals are a central part of my daily routine. I make sure to devote my evenings and weekends to providing the care and attention that animals deserve. My special bond with animals allows me to connect with them on a deeper level, ensuring they receive the emotional and physical support they need. I understand how important pets are to their owners, and I treat each pet with the utmost care, creating a safe, loving environment where they can thrive. Whether it’s through walks, playtime, or simply being present, I appreciate the opportunity to spend my free time helping animals feel loved and secure. I have years of experience offering in-home pet care, which allows me to create a safe and comfortable environment for each pet in the comfort of their own home. As someone who lives downtown, I’m well-positioned to serve professionals who need reliable care for their pets while they’re away. Although I’m unable to care for animals in my own space, I pride myself on being a trusted, dependable option for those in need.

About: No dog deserves the kennel! Why settle for the pound when they can spend a night in a home with an owner-on-loan; either in your house on in a house that has raised two other pets from puppyhood to old age? Admittedly, there are stairs and hardwood floors in my house, but I have bought several carpets for my old dog to move around on and can lay them down for your dog’s convenience. We also have a big backyard that your dog will love to run around in (and no predators, unless you count woodchucks and geese) and a long leash that can go all the way to the end of the property line. I love dogs and after a day with me, your furry friend will mistake me for his mother. I’m most busy Wednesdays-Thursdays, so I marked them out on the calendar, but if petsitting is required for several days, that is easy to accommodate! I also don’t mind waking up every few hours to take a dog out—I have not quite reached the age where sleep is important. I won’t allow your dog to roam around outside unleashed (sorry, but I don’t want to lose them!), but when they’re outside, I’ll make sure they have the freedom to run around to their heart’s content. Additionally, I’m willing to walk them in any weather they’ll put up with and even let them sleep on the couch/spare bed, if they’re not too dirty.
