Trina has been amazing with Nugget who is NOT a fan of walking. She has been resourceful to ensure he gets the most out of his walks. She is on time, communicative and provides a thorough report after each walk.

Morgan took great care of my dog Jag. His communication with me was fantastic, he took photos, provided me with updates, and looked after him very well. Morgan was good enough to stop by to do a meet and greet with my dog to make sure that they got along before watching him, which I very much appreciated. I highly recommend Morgan!!

About: I've owned dogs and cats most of my life and I love all types of animals! I currently have a German Shepherd, with alot of energy and a cat who matches that energy, so high energy pets are no problem! I can handle all types of dogs both large and small, young and senior, and enjoy walking them. I'm experienced at delivering medication if needed and I'm happy to feed, walk, play with and care for your animals. My time is flexible during the weekdays and I can be available on most weekends if needed. My goal is to help your animal feel at ease by providing the same loving care you would for them. I've been recently laid off so this has given me more time with my dog Calla. She is walked every day for approximately 3 miles. She loves playing with sticks and toys and also her little brother Jinx the American short haired cat. With this available extra time it gives me flexible hours for house visits and walking throughout the week and some weekends. Both my wife and I care for both of our pets daily which includes walking and playing with them. I am also capable of feeding your pet and administering medications if needed.

English is amazing! She took good care of my senior dog Rex. She was patient and kind and kept me posted the whole entire time. She is reliable and always on time. Which was crucial with Rex having mobility issues and needing to go to the bathroom more often. I will book her again.❤️

Let me know their feeding and activity schedule and your instructions for keeping their area clean and tidy.

About: What sets me apart is my ability to care for both the pet and the person who loves them. With over 15 years of experience in veterinary medicine, animal hospitals, dog daycare, professional dog walking, pet sitting, and behavior-focused training, I bring both medical awareness and behavioral understanding to every visit. I specialize in caring for puppies, senior pets, and dogs with anxious, reactive, or sensitive personalities. Whether I’m reinforcing good manners during a walk, caring for a senior pet with medications or mobility needs, or helping a puppy build confidence and healthy routines, my approach is always calm, patient, and personalized. I believe every pet deserves to feel safe, respected, and understood. I take the time to learn your pet’s routine, personality, and individual needs so they can feel comfortable while you’re away. My goal is to provide reliable, compassionate care that gives both you and your pet complete peace of mind. Pet care isn’t just part of my routine—it’s my career and my passion. My days are centered around caring for animals through dog walking, private training sessions, pet sitting, and supporting pet owners with guidance and education. Whether I’m working with a new puppy, helping a reactive dog build confidence, or caring for a senior pet, every day is focused on improving the lives of pets and the people who love them. Outside of client appointments, I spend time creating educational content for Saturday Paw Club, researching pet products, staying current on animal health and behavior, and sharing practical tips with my online community. Because I’m consistently working hands-on with dogs of different breeds, ages, and personalities, I naturally incorporate the products I trust into my everyday routine and confidently recommend them to my clients. When I care for your pet in your home, I move with intention and respect. Allowing your pet to approach me at their own pace especially if they’re shy or anxious. Dog walks are structured and never rushed. I guide with quiet confidence, addressing leash pulling or overstimulation so your dog feels secure and understood. For cats, I respect their space. If they want playtime, we engage gently. If they prefer distance, I honor that. Litter areas are cleaned, food and water refreshed, and their environment left neat. Your pet isn’t just being watched. They’re being understood.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

  • 89% of walkers can help with special care needs
  • 95% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 96% can help with daily exercise

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
