“I only have great things to say about Linda! She has been incredibly helpful and has gone above and beyond. She is incredibly flexible, has come to walk my dogs at various hours of the day (late evenings sometimes too, which has been great!), and has been available on short notice as well. I have 3 dogs, of which, two have health issues. One has had recent ortho surgery and requires a lot of assistance/medication. The other has heart/blood pressure issues and requires medication/supervision as well. The third does not have health issues, but has behavioral issues and is very stand offish. Despite this, Linda has not only taken great care of them, but the dogs love her! She has also brought in my trash cans, my mail, and picks up dirty dog food bowls to soak in the sink while I am away. She always keeps me updated with detailed messages and photos. She is gentle and great with the animals. I trust her 100% and that is saying a lot as I am VERY particular when it comes to my babies!”

I love dogs of all shapes and sizes, and have lots of experience with big dogs (my family had a Chesapeake Bay Retriever). I was a secondary caregiver for a future guide dog puppy while in college and helped with obedience classes for my friend’s Great Dane, so I also have a good amount of experience with young dogs. I am friendly, responsible, and timely. I am very active and would love to walk your dog as long as you want, but I also love just hanging out and playing around the house too for less-active dogs. About: I've been a dog owner for over 20 years and was a foster parent for a San Diego based rescue group for over 3. I currently volunteer as a dog walker at a local Southern Maryland rescue and also foster with them as well. Our family has cared for, trained and assisted with the adoption of many different breeds from small to large and all ages, puppies less than 12 weeks included. In addition we puppy raise and train service dogs for a non-profit organization based out of NY. Pets bring so much love and joy to our lives and deserve the best care when we are away. I work remotely and am home during the day. This allows me flexibility to care my own fur-children and yours from either my home or yours. I have a large fenced yard, friendly pups, a dog room and plenty of crates. We often crate and rotate to make sure our pups get enough one on one and would do the same for yours.

Professionally, I've had four total years taking care of different animals, which includes supervising dogs as well as helping various animals such as cats, guinea pigs, and other animals get adopted. I have had general experience feeding, walking, bathing, nail trimming, and over all playing with and supervising dogs. I also have had experience taking care of elderly and disabled animals, which includes but is not limited to a 19 year old cat with arthritis and kidney disease. I have experience giving animals oral medications at the correct times and have been consistently. As of right now, I am offering house sitting, drop-ins and dog walking. As of right now, all seven days of the week are generally free for me and I am home most of the time. However, there may be some days where I'm not available, such as certain holidays or family events. If something happens where I can't take care of your animal(s) (such as an emergency), I'll try to let you know ahead of time. I'll always keep your animals supervised regardless of whatever service I'm doing at the time. If your animal takes medications, I'll administer them at the correct times.
