About: I’ve grown up around dogs for most of my life and already occasionally pet sit for friends and family. I used to work as a caretaker at a doggy daycare, and decided to continue pet care alongside my new job as it became such a fulfilling part of my life. I'm experienced with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and I'm experienced with a variety of other animals such as cats, fish, lizards, turtles, birds, and hermit crabs. My current work schedule follows the standard Mon-Fri 7-3:30, with most of my weekends and evenings open. Because of this, I'd be most suited for pets that are used to this schedule already. Otherwise, I try my best to stick to their current schedule for things like feeding and walks. I always feel comfortable meeting the parent(s) and pet before the booking. I can take care of all basic tasks and am very adaptable, patient, and reliable. I do my best to learn about each pet's little mannerisms and quirks so I can accommodate them the best I can while keeping them and your home safe. I want to make sure both you and your pet end up happy! I always ask that I'm given the pet's vet and an emergency contact as well, just in case.

About: I've had my dog 15+ years and fostered dogs for many years before that. My dog Snork and I take 3 walks a day and comes with me to work each day. I love my little guy! Since Snork is a senior dog and he can't walk as far as he used to, I'm looking for more opportunities to walk and enjoy dogs! I currently work a 9-5 job so I'm able to care for your pet after 5:30pm on weekdays or anytime on weekends. I would consider some mornings on a short term basis. I would prefer to care for your pet from your home; however, in some cases, I can care for a pet in my home. I have a fenced in backyard and live near a wooded walking path.

About: I work full time as a Registered Nurse, but I have a love for all animals and would love to hang with your fur babies on my days off. I have years of experience taking care of all animals, I grew up around dogs, cats, birds, horses, frogs, and snakes . We have an aussie named Blue that we love so much and I would love to help you out with your furry friends. I can provide references as needed but can assure you your babies will be in good hands. We can also work on training as needed, make trips to the dog park, or just walk around the block! My pup is really playful so we could also have play dates if you feel comfortable with that.

About: I am new to Richmond and looking to explore with my pup, Rubens. He has a lot of energy and loves to play with other dogs. I am comfortable with dogs of all breeds, ages, and energy levels. Would love for my dog to have a play mate during the day. Using Rover to keep a routine and explore Richmond while I look for a full time position. I am currently new to Richmond and in between jobs. I walk my dog anywhere from 5-12x a day from 15-75 minutes (depending on weather, need to get out of the house, etc.). My job right now is to enjoy the outdoors with my dog and yours! Rubens and I welcome all other dogs as family! I live in a first floor apt with a small fenced backyard (only for small dogs). There is a hallway that runs from the front door to the back yard area, which is where Rubens likes to do zoomies or be a watch guard dog for the doors. As far as behaviors, Rubens is allowed on my furniture and has a small basket of toys that he shares. Treats are only during training and water is down at all times. We are pretty flexible, but can also set rules per your request to stay on your schedule/routine.

About: I am very available in the summertime (I am a teacher), and I am available on day on Saturdays and Sundays. During the week, I am able to travel to your pet in the morning and evening (before and after work). On weekends and on school breaks I am very flexible. I currently am a teacher, so I am available morning and evening on weekdays, and I am available all day on weekends. I am also available all the time in the summer. I am very willing to come take care of your pets at your house. I am very welcoming to all behaviors and I will follow all expectations perfectly, as well as take care of your animal with as much love as you would!

Because my roommate is allergic to dogs, I’m unable to provide pet-care services in my own home. However, I’m happy to care for pets in their own home, where they can remain comfortable in a familiar environment. Sadly, my senior pup, Ruth, recently passed away at around 13 years old. I miss her presence and am hoping to fill my extra time with caring for other people’s pets. I am familiar with pet medication administration and senior pet care. I look forward to meeting your fur babies! I am a lawyer with my own business, so I do not work a traditional 9 to 5 and have a flexible schedule. This allows me to provide pet care during the week and on weekends! I am responsible and detail-oriented. Since I have these traits, I will always pay strict attention to your instructions for your pet and be respectful of your home.

I love getting outside for walks and tend to walk 10k steps daily, so if you have an active dog, I’m your girl! I don’t currently have pets of my own, so I love getting to spend quality time with yours! My ultimate goal is for you to feel confident that your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. I work from home from 9am - 5pm, so I’ll be very available during the week.
