“Arin was awesome. This was our first time leaving Penny with a Rover. Arin was punctual and took care of Penny as discussed. Arin was very communicative and provided great photos of her visits with Penny. Penny seemed happy and content upon our return home. I will definitely use Arin again.”

“Lisa was Fantastic! I was in need of a last minute sitter for my high-energy dog, Tilly, and Lisa came over ahead of time to meet her and see where everything is at. She sent updates throughout and I never once worried whether Tilly was in amazing hands. I could not recommend someone more to take care of your dog.”

“After the meet & greet took place, I knew Amanda would be the perfect person to care for my dogs. She’s reliable, compassionate, attentive, and patient with dogs that have special quirks and needs. I highly recommend Amanda as a resource for your animal needs!”

“This was our first time using Rover and we are so glad we found Jeffrey. He took such great care of our diabetic cat so we could rest easy on vacation.”

About: For most of my life, I have owned, loved, boarded, fostered, and/or cared for a broad range of animals, including dogs (small and large), cats (domesticated and feral), hamsters, rabbits, chickens, fish, one gerbil, one parrot, and a handful of reptiles. (I've also spent some time on farms learning husbandry.) From this comes experience with the full cycle of life with companion animals - birth, adolescence, training, advancements, setbacks, accidents, illness, aging, and loss. I'm no stranger to providing extra potty breaks for puppies (our interests are mutually aligned) or with giving daily medications. For the first time in many years, my home is without a pet of my own - let me dote on yours when you can't. I'm a retired(ish) attorney and veteran now working from home with plenty of time and attention to give to your fur babies. Regular walks and exercise are an important part of our routine. My property is ~ 2 acres, large portions of which are fenced but couldn't be properly described as secured. Your dog's temperament will determine whether it can roam / play / fetch unleashed, but in no event will dogs be outside unattended. Inside, I try to make my home as welcoming and comforting for your pets as I would hope would be done for mine - animals are allowed on the furniture and are invited to sleep where they please, unless you instruct otherwise.

“Kristen was wonderful! She took great care of our kitty while we were out of the country for about 2 weeks. We will definitely connect with her for any future needs as well.”

“Alexis went above and beyond on the tasks requested and even stayed extra time with my cats which was very kind of her! She was punctual and responsible and my cats warmed up to her immediately. I was able to have peace of mind during my trip. I would definitely rebook with Alexis and recommend her to anyone looking for pet care.”

“Great Experience, Cassie made it very easy with her availability and we had good peace of mind while we were away. Our cats are not particularly difficult, but it was good to know someone was checking up on them!”

“Giselle was great! She sent multiple pictures with each check in and was specific in the care she provided. Thanks so much for your help with Squid!”

“Kyla did great with my dog during drop in.”

“Alexander was awesome! My silly, hyper pup warmed up to him well and he made sure my big oy was taken care of without any deviations from our routine. I will be planning on booking Alexander soon!”

“Tess was a great cat sitter for our two boys. She was able to give one of our cats pills at each visit. Very happy with the level of care she gave our pets. Highly recommended!!”

About: I have my own two, special needs creatures. I have over a year of experience with injection medication and several years with mobility issues. You can trust me to take care of your babies. I am available for weekend drop in visits and holidays. I do work M-F, 9-5. I am here for your evenings that you can’t get home during the week and weekends. I will be very respectful of your home. Having two of my own I am unable to bring your pets into my home but keeping them in their own safe space and respecting boundaries is very important.

“Kiera was great with my cats! I was nervous to leave them alone for the first time to go on vacation but as soon as she came over to meet them, I knew they'd be in good hands. My orange cat loves everyone but my black cat is very shy and doesn't let everyone pet him, and he immediately took to her. She sent tons of cute pictures of them when she went in to feed them and truly treated them like they were her own. Next time I travel I'm definitely reaching out to her again!”

“Kay stepped up when my usual cat sitter cancelled before the Christmas break and really put all of my worries at ease. She is a phenomenally attuned cat sitter and so communicative for any needs she had. Thank you, Kay! Couldn’t have enjoyed my vacation away without you!”

“Anna was excellent in the care of my pups. She was attentive and affectionate towards them. Anna kept me informed about the dogs and took pictures.”

About: I have volunteer experience with animal shelters, especially in dog walking. I've also spent years caring for the dogs and cats of my friends and neighbors. I am a teacher, so I have lots of time in the afternoons, evenings and weekends to care for your pets! I also have several long breaks around holidays where my schedule is more flexible to take care of your pets while your travel! I am flexible and can care for your pet in whatever way you need. I will respect your home in the same way I expect people to respect mine when someone comes to care for my pets.

“Being away from my furbabies is always stressful. Nicole was able to ease my stress with her excellent care of my 3 furbabies. One super senior on lots of meds and the other two prior feral makes them not the easiest to care for. Nicole did great with walking, feeding and any special needs that occurred. I will use Nicole again should I need to travel without my furbabies.”

About: I've cared for pets throughout my entire life. My family has adopted and raised pets of all varieties - I love them all! I love learning about pets' personalities, and their individual needs and wants! I have such a passion for working with animals, they are all so unique and show such a pure form of love. I work M-F, 8am-4pm, so my schedule is limited to a lot of evenings and weekends. I would love to help out in any way I can! I am experienced with many types of pet care, as I have petsit for friends and family frequently! I am adaptable and follow any and all directions carefully.

About: I've been around animals since I was 14. I love taking care of animals and being around furry friends. I can't wait to meet your furry friends! Doing Rover for you, and my enjoyment! Moving out of my parent's house was hard, they have 8 cats. I'm in an apartment and don't have the space for a furry friend just yet. Rover helps me meet furry friends! I work full time Monday - Friday, so I am free all weekend almost every weekend. I have no pets now, so your pet will get my full attention! If your house has no fence, I'd feel more comfortable with a leash at all times. Even if your furry friend is trained to not run away. I am totally fine cleaning up any mess made! My family has 8 cats!
