One of my favorite experiences was caring for a small farm (dogs, cats, horses, and chickens!) in Kentucky. I love taking dogs on walks around town & to explore the river! I don't work during the day, so I can accommodate feedings, med delivery, walks, and playtime all day long! I try to structure my day around the client's schedule, so that the animals don't experience a disruption in their normal routine. I love doing overnight sits for pets in the environment they are most comfortable in — their own home. I find it easy to adapt to a pet’s schedule and routine and I love exploring new places around town via walks!

In your home, we stick to all your guidelines and expectations, making sure everything stays secure and exactly as we found it. At our house, we ask that pups are potty trained since we have carpet upstairs, but don’t worry, I work from home, so your dog can enjoy frequent trips to our fenced backyard for playtime, potty breaks, or fresh-air fun. About: I’ve taken care of cats and dogs growing up and have worked with a variety of ages from puppies to elderly. I have 2 years of experience volunteering as a veterinary shadow intern and have confidence to providing for the needs of cats and dogs of all personalities. As a recent college graduate I have flexibility and time to reliably work as needed to provide care for pets. My schedule allows me to prioritize their routines, whether it’s daily visits or last minute bookings. I prefer to adapt approach to pets according to their needs, whether it’s calm and non confronting to shy cats or running with younger dogs. I also like to continue their routines that they are comfortable with. For owners, I keep regular updates as wanted to keep peace of mind.

About: I've never not had animals in my life! I spent my early years on a working farm and have always had a way with animals. Dogs love me (cats, too!) and I them ❤️ I have many years of experience in the veterinary field and know what to do in emergencies. I am currently working part time and my schedule is flexible. I do work away from home for 5-8 hours a day, split shift. I have dogs amd cats but can keep them separate, if necessary. My dogs are dog friendly, although my beagle mix is very bossy (typical!) Dogs will be in the house with my dogs, but they can be separated, if needed. I can crate, if the parents supply the crate. Dogs will be leash walked in the wide front yard but we can also go across the street to the dog park, too!

About: I have owned and taken care of dogs, cats, and other pets for many years now. I thoroughly enjoy their company, and they seem to enjoy mine as well. I am very energetic and love spending time outside. As a carer for dogs, I believe strongly that they should get a ton of out door exercise. If you choose me as a care provider, you can be assured that they will be very active during their time with me, and location and temperament permitting, will have plenty of fresh air and green space to enjoy. In addition to loving on pets professionally, I work remotely from home as a grant writer. I make my own schedule, and can easily make time to get some fresh air. I live very close to Forest Hill Park, and spend lots of time there and the Buttermilk trail with and without dogs to walk. If you live elsewhere, I'll be exploring the green spaces near you with your dogs, and treating your personal space like the guest I am.

I have experience in staying alert around other dogs and either making sure they will get along before approaching or crossing the street.
