About: I’ve grown up around dogs for most of my life and already occasionally pet sit for friends and family. I used to work as a caretaker at a doggy daycare, and decided to continue pet care alongside my new job as it became such a fulfilling part of my life. I'm experienced with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and I'm experienced with a variety of other animals such as cats, fish, lizards, turtles, birds, and hermit crabs. My current work schedule follows the standard Mon-Fri 8-5, with most of my weekends and evenings open. Because of this, I'd be most suited for pets that are used to this schedule already. Otherwise, I try my best to stick to their current schedule for things like feeding and walks. I always feel comfortable meeting the parent(s) and pet before the booking. I can take care of all basic tasks and am very adaptable, patient, and reliable. I do my best to learn about each pet's little mannerisms and quirks so I can accommodate them the best I can while keeping them and your home safe. I want to make sure both you and your pet end up happy! I always ask that I'm given the pet's vet and an emergency contact as well, just in case.

About: Hi! I am a former cat dad for nearly 15 years and grew up with a dog, cat, and a guinea pig. Unfortunately, I lost my fur baby the year before the pandemic and still miss her dearly. Now I am looking to help care for pets in the Richmond area while I am between jobs. I have been on the client side of the experience having asked friends to watch my cat as I traveled quite frequently in the latter part of her life (2012-2019) so I understand the specific needs of pet owners. For example, my cat had a kidney condition, which required an oral medication and a specific diet for the last four years of her life. I would like to care for standard pets rather than the exotic kind. I am between jobs at the moment but I do workout Monday through Friday downtown. I am open and flexible and happy to adjust my gym routine as needed based on client needs. I always approach new pets/animals with a gentle and friendly demeanor and express this in a soft, soothing tone of voice to convey my friendliness.

About: A self-proclaimed "cat lady" and lover of animals who's spent years caring for furry family members as well as the lovely homes of their people. (I take great pet pics, too!) It began in the 2000's aughts when I lived at my aunt and uncles home in Maryland, when I took care of their Golden, three cats, and home while they were (often) away. I extended my support to other family/friends. I've also administered meds for pets, including senior pets, and helped pets with bad backs ensure they stay healthy by not jumping, etc. In the real world, I am a communications pro and vocalist who appreciates cool people and cool art. Pets are a gift in life! I am super flexible to adapt to anyone's schedules and routines, seven days per week, morning, afternoon, or evening. My own pet is cared for throughout the day, every day. With my own cat, she eats five times per day (small portions of wet and dry), I play with her, clean her litter box, and attempt to snuggle with her every day. For those with dogs, I basically adhere to their routine. If they can/want to go for longer or more walks, I can support that!
