“Margaret provided a safe and very quiet space for our anxious pup, Rio, while we explored Nashville on our cross country trip. We travel a lot, and Rio has been in a lot of Rover homes. Margaret’s setup was one of the better ones we’ve visited, and she had a good rapport with Rio. He slept for much of the day, which he doesn’t always do at Rover. That means he felt safe, secure, and at peace. We will book again the next time we’re in Nashville!”

About: I’ve been dog sitting for family since I was 13 years old, and as a dog person, I’m committed to caring for their needs. All little guys welcome! I’m a self-employed small business owner. While I’m working at home, I can take care of your baby all day long. My parents are also at home, so you’re dog will never be alone or unsupervised. Any day of the week can become a fun time! When I have a guest (your dog) staying with me, I’ll have times scheduled for when they need to eat, potty, play and sleep in. Everyone’s time in the house is respected. If you’re dog needs any special accommodations or routines, please let me know. I will be sure to respect your dog’s needs because I treat every dog like family! I have a large fenced in yard and one playful and friendly boy dog at home that can keep your dog company. All playdates will be supervised.

About: I’ve had over ten years of dog experience and love dogs! I have experience with senior dog care and can give medication to your dog throughout the day if needed. I work from home and have a fenced in patio that has turf on it. I can walk the dog multiple times a day and give it all the love and play time they need! I only use leashes when I walk your dog I don’t believe in not using a leash. I have a patio that is fenced in and I treat your dog like I would treat my own dog. My apartment is a very loving, welcoming environment.

About: Growing up, I was surrounded with pets and dogs of all breeds. I love all dogs and am currently raising my own Aussie Doodle who loves to have puppy friends around! Being a Dog Mom isn’t easy by any means, but I fully potty and house trained my pup Mocha. I work full time from home so I’m available all day to take care of any pet that stays with us. I also love being active, my own pup and I love to go on walks around the neighborhood & at centennial park! I work full time from home & I’m always available to tend to a pup’s needs. I can take pups for a walk in the morning + evening (avoiding the hot TN sun as much as possible!) as we live very close to Belmont & Centennial Park, with lots of space for pups to roam and explore! I have plenty of space for dogs to run and play around my house. Fair warning, our house does have a lot of stairs which may be more difficult on an older pup’s joints! For high energy and excited puppies, the stairs are great to get some exercise in if it’s too hot to go outside! I also always have lick mats or mental enrichment games on hand to keep a pup engaged throughout the day.

I grew up with two dogs of my own, one big and one small, one old and one young so I have experience in both fields. They no longer live with me as I moved away to Nashville. If you're looking for dog boarding I live right near Centennial park and love taking walks with your dog around there. It's great exercise and healthy to be outside for them.

Emily put Sugar’s collar on in addition to her harness in case she somehow got loose, which showed me she was thinking ahead and treating Sugar like one of her own. Before I left, Emily carefully introduced Sugar to the other dogs and made sure everyone got along and that Sugar was comfortable. That gave me tremendous peace of mind. I felt completely comfortable leaving my girl in her care, and it was obvious Sugar was well loved and well cared for while we were away. I would happily trust Emily with Sugar again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and conscientious pet sitter.”
