“Dannie was beyond exceptional. They made me and my dog feel well taken care of. It was my first time leaving Penny alone for the weekend and she may have had more fun with Dannie than she does with me. Will 💯 book with them again! Thank you Dannie!”

“Margaret was easy to communicate with. Our dog is very nervous and she treated him great to calm his nerves. Sent pictures and messages to reassure all was well.”

“Teresa was great! I came home to happy dogs and no messes. She sent pictures throughout the day and the babies seemed happy. I would be so happy to have her watch my girls again :)”

“Loved having Scout dogsit my pup while I was away for a work trip! Great communication, lots of photos, and it was clear my dog was very well taken care of. Highly recommend!”

“Lexi was amazing! Ozzy is very particular about who watches her but she gave Lexi no problems at all! She gave me updates and photos of Ozzy throughout the days which I very much appreciate as someone who doesn’t like to leave their dog behind and misses her very much. Lexi was also able to work with me last minute as I had a previous sitter fall through very last minute. I would recommend Lexi to anyone who needs a sitter!”

“Cealey was so incredibly sweet, we were in town for two days, and she responded very quickly to come and take care of our two cats in our hotel room. It’s our first time traveling with our cats and she was able to get them out of their shell. I definitely recommend hiring her to take care of your fur babies! Thank you Cealey!”

“Niki was awesome. She was great watching our fur babies while we were away. She was great at keeping us updated & sending pics. We have already booked Niki to help with our girls for our next trip.”
“I would leave 3 stars but maybe I should've been more clear about my expectations. I assumed "house sitting" meant stay at my house and spend time with my dog as I would if I were there. In this case it seemed more like several drop-ins and an overnight that started around 11pm. I have a porch security camera that showed the sitter coming in for an hour or 2 then leaving for many hours. My dog spent more time in his crate than out. Again, I didn't voice my expectation so I would just encourage others to have a very in depth conversation beforehand. Lesson learned.”

“Cameron was the first over night sitter I’ve gotten for my kitten, Ziggy. It couldn’t have been any better!! She was kind, communicative, sent photo updates and made me feel at ease. I also came home to a pristine house after a weekend of travel and that was so lovely!! I couldn’t recommend her enough.”

“Heather was amazing!!! Our dogs were so well cared for and so loved on while we were gone. She also took the time to care for the stray community cats that pop by and made sure they were fed and loved as well. She made us feel so comfortable and checked in with pictures and updates throughout our trip! Absolutely would recommend!!”

“Angela was wonderful with our dog. She provided updates multiple times a day and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend her and will be rebooking with her for a future trip.”

“Jericho was great with my two pups! They were so worn out when I get home after spending a weekend with her. She was great at communicating. Will definitely use her again.”

“I’ve used Rover more than 20 times over the years, and Rose was by far the best sitter we’ve ever had! She went above and beyond to ensure we knew our pups were in great hands, keeping us updated and handling every detail with care. She not only met all of our requests but exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommend!”

“Melissa was a wonderful dog sitter! She took the best care of my girls and treated them like her own. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and communicative sitter. She also took great care of my home.”

“Elyssa was the BEST! She took such good care of our pup, spent tons of time playing with him and taking him on long walks, and even watched him/spent the night with him on her birthday!! She was a great communicator and sent awesome updates and photos. I highly recommend Elyssa for any petsitting needs!”

“Mason was fantastic! He was wonderful with our pets and super communicative and helpful while he watched them and our house during a big winter storm. We would absolutely book him again!”

“Hannah was kind and very thorough! My dog immediately took to her and thanks to texts and pictures I was confident my pet was happy and cared for while I was away. It's clear she knows her stuff and has a passion for what she does. I will be using her again!”

About: I have cared for pets all my life! From dogs and cats to guinea pigs, rats, and fish, I am comfortable in many different situations! I have cared for elderly dogs as well as kittens. I can administer medications and I have experience caring for kittens post fixing. I can handle many different temperments and can adjust my approach based off the fur babies personalities and needs. I am willing to work with you and my schedule is flexible! I work full time but am available for potty breaks during my lunch each day and will always prioritize being home for the pets I watch especially during overnights. I am very consistent about meal times, snack times, potty breaks, and changing litter boxes (or other various cages/tanks). I am always mindful about how much time I am away from the pets, making sure my time is primarily spent with them (if overnight). I am athletic and happy to do extensive walking with dogs! I also make sure to follow pet parents' schedules and ask any questions as they come up. As a pet parent myself, I always want the fur babies to be comfortable and at ease with me as much as possible.
“Erin was so great in taking care of our pups and home! Care instructions were followed exactly as written, she sent plenty of updates and communicated in a timely manner, and took great care of our home. Would recommend her to a friend and hope to have her back in the future!”

McFerrin Park pet parents share their Rover experiences
Leah is always great with our dog! He is getting older and requiring more medications and she just takes it in stride and cares for him so well without hesitation. I feel so much peace when she cares for Jack! I never worry if Leah is with him. We are thankful for her and do not know what we would do without her.

Katie did exceptional job with our dog Sunny! She was very responsive and sent plenty of pictures and updates! She was on time, helped Sunny stay in routine and took her on some great walks. Katie stayed overnight at our house with Sunny while we were out of town. I cannot recommend her enough!

Becca was phenomenal. Our dog needed vet care while we were away and Becca did an excellent job communicating to us what was going on, taking him to the vet, and caring for him afterwards. She had wonderful suggestions on how to get him to eat and drink and made sure he was comfortable. We were very impressed with how caring, thoughtful, and dedicated she was to our pup. Looking forward to having Becca back to watch our dog again.
