About: I’ve had pet dogs since I was 7 years old. I also had a pet rabbit. I would help feed, bathe, and play with the dogs since I was little. I would love to walk dogs on the weekends, but I am open to walking after I get off work (after 4pm) to walk your dog! I provide safe, engaging dog walks tailored to each pup’s needs, ensuring exercise and enrichment. I’m dedicated to building trust and delivering the most excellent care.
“Sarah did such an amazing job! She cared for Louie and Benjie like they were her own. Eye drops, vitamins, and all. They adored her, and the daily photo updates made it clear! House was clean, boys were happy. Definitely rebooking!”

“Allison followed the dog and house sitting rules that I left for her and always checked with me when she was uncertain, which I liked. Great communication and left the house in great shape once she left.My dog seemed to enjoy her time with Allison, would definitely book again.”

“Margaret stayed and watched our dog Betty and our cat pickles over the weekend. She was fantastic! She sent updated and pictures all the time, I felt really good about leaving them with her. I will use Margaret again in the future!”

About: I have had dogs and cats all of my life and my dogs have all lived very long and healthy lives. I’ve adopted them and taken in strays, including one that was pregnant and then had 8 very healthy puppies which we cared for, weaned and found permanent homes for. Several of my dogs have lived very long senior lives (21!) and I can give medications and special diets. I’ve also transported many dogs, large and small, to the vet. I take my dogs to the dog parks on a regular basis and have taken them on long trips too. I am available to dog walk and also watch them in fenced-in yards for potty breaks and play. I produced several “Pet Care" series for HGTV, DIY Network and TNN, including dog care segments with Dr. Craig Prior, owner of Murphy Road Animal Hospital and a very popular and well-known Nashville veterinarian, who was also my personal vet for many years. I’m retired so I’m available all days and times. And I love taking photos and videos of pets and would be able to share updates for clients. I am currently retired and am available all days and times. I do volunteering on a regular basis but can adjust that schedule as needed. I also do freelance Marketing and Development including grant writing for nonprofits, on my own time schedule. I have a fenced-in back hyard for my own dogs but also take them on walks and to the dog park. So I would be able to walk dogs as needed. I also know about safety in a home, including keeping food, liquids, cleaners and materials away from pets. My own Beagle can get ninto things easily so I always put things up. My dogs do not use crates but I know how to crate dogs too.
“Amber R. does a fantastic job with our big ole "beast"! He is super energetic & a big, strong guy & Amber handles him great. He loves her! She has walked him throughout the day many times when we have been away, but this time she stayed all night at our home. She is trustworthy & great with our little man. After being gone, we arrived home to NOT find him sneaking off to our bed that night (as usual), but sneaking off to the guest room, to lay in the bed where Amber had slept. I think he missed her about as much as he missed US!!”

About: I have cared for pets all my life! From dogs and cats to guinea pigs, rats, and fish, I am comfortable in many different situations! I have cared for elderly dogs as well as kittens. I can administer medications and I have experience caring for kittens post fixing. I can handle many different temperments and can adjust my approach based off the fur babies personalities and needs. I am willing to work with you and my schedule is flexible! I work full time but am available for potty breaks during my lunch each day and will always prioritize being home for the pets I watch especially during overnights. I am very consistent about meal times, snack times, potty breaks, and changing litter boxes (or other various cages/tanks). I am always mindful about how much time I am away from the pets, making sure my time is primarily spent with them (if overnight). I am athletic and happy to do extensive walking with dogs! I also make sure to follow pet parents' schedules and ask any questions as they come up. As a pet parent myself, I always want the fur babies to be comfortable and at ease with me as much as possible.
“Ally was my first experience with using a Rover dog sitter and I was so pleased by her professionalism. I hired her kind of last minute and she still made time to meet me and my dog beforehand since that was important to me. While I was always she gave me updates everyday which included photos which ofcourse made me miss my puppy 🥹 but It was so evident that he was in good hands. When I got back home my house was exactly the way I left it and I appreciate that a lot. I will definitely being asking Ally to house sit my dog again if she’ll have me.”

“Emily is a sweet girl, with good communication and punctuality which is very important for us. Very easy to talk to. We felt secure knowing our babies were in good hands. Did everything she was instructed to do. We left and came with our place clean. Nothing negative to say overall very positive. Thank u again Emily from the 3 of us (:”

“This was our second time asking Emma to take care of our buddy while we were away for a wedding. She is just the BEST! She's so flexible and understanding (and tolerant!) of my requests while we're away. Bodhi seemed to be wonderfully cared for when we returned, and Emma always leaves the house as she found it. We're excited to book her again. Highly recommend!”

“Melanie took such good care of my dog and cat! She was so understanding my dog's anxiety and made sure he got play time in the yard when he didn't want to take a walk. She was also great with communication and photos. Highly recommend!”

“Alexandra was great with watching our dog! He can be very stubborn and she was patient with him as he warmed up to her, and seems like they had a great time together. Alexandra was very communicative and sent great updates and photos. Will book again!”

“Grace is super sweet and did a great job with my dog! She kept in touch and sent pictures and updates! She took my pup on his daily walks and played ball with him in the yard, which he loves to do! Thank you for caring for Finn!”

“Breanna was Fantastic!!! We went on a one week vacation, and she sent us pictures daily of our small Chihuahua, and updates on not only how he was a joy to keep for us but how he was enjoying her being there. The photos that she sent really put us at ease because this was the first trip without him with us!!! I would proudly recommend her with a great review, and to my fellow fur owners?”

“Carolyn was fantastic and the best petsitter I’ve ever had! For reference, she stayed overnight and I have two active older dogs and a senior cat. Communication was great throughout my trip. She’s a true animal lover and my pack loved her. Another plus is that my house was very clean upon returning. I look forward to having her sit again in the future!”

“Chris showed our dog man a very nice time while we went away, and left our home cleaner than we left it ! We will definitely be sniffing the streets for his servicing the next time we have to leave town.”

Madalina was fantastic and really helped me relax and enjoy my time away knowing Buddy was well cared for. She came over before the job to meet us and our dog. Then she was on time, very communicative throughout her stay with our dog (including lots of sweet photos! We will definitely use her again!

Annie (Stephanie) was absolutely wonderful! We got daily updates and pictures of our dogs, she kept open communication, and our dogs absolutely loved her. She even was able to extend one more night (on very last minute) when our flight got cancelled. Your pets will be in great hands!!!

Kaitlyn took such fantastic care of my pup. I received multiple daily updates with photos and came home to a happy and healthy little dude. Kaitlyn was also so accommodating with some last minute travel changes. Cannot recommend her highly enough! Would give 10 stars if that was an option.

Ryan was amazing for his first time watching my frenchie Kodak! I had to travel for work and Kodak was feeling under the weather and he paid extra attention to make sure he was okay and even walked down to the local pet store to grab food to help him feel better! He stayed in contact with me the entire time and even sent me some pictures and a video of them chilling! I definitely recommend Ryan all day everyday!
Mallika did an incredible job watching our two pups while we were away for the weekend. She was on time, kept us updated without being asked, made it a priority to be home and present with our pups, was clearly loved by them, and we’ve already booked her for our next trip. Oh and she left our home perfectly clean and even asked if she could take care of the bedding in our guest room where she stayed. Mallika is an absolute gem!

Cassandra was absolutely amazing. She watched our dog, Charlie, for about 10 days while we were on vacation and was incredibly communicative, responsible, and trustworthy. She was so patient with Charlie, who isn’t the easiest dog to watch, and it gave us peace of mind while we were away that he was in such good hands. We couldn’t recommend her enough!

Allison followed the dog and house sitting rules that I left for her and always checked with me when she was uncertain, which I liked. Great communication and left the house in great shape once she left.My dog seemed to enjoy her time with Allison, would definitely book again.
