Emmy's Place for Love and Play!
I started 25 years ago dog sitting for dogs in their own homes. When I got dogs of my own and a home where I could keep visiting dogs, I decided to start a doggie day care. I have several regulars but unfortunately some have moved away. I have dogs of all ages, young wild ones to seniors. My own dogs are 1 1/2 and 15 I have a lot of experience with dogs on medications and some experience with special needs dogs. We take each dog in like family. Our daycare and overnights all get walks every day. It's all I know really, dogs dogs dogs!

Emily took wonderful care of my fur baby, Sugar, while we were visiting Nashville. She has a large fenced yard where the dogs can play, and I appreciated the extra safety measures she took. Emily put Sugar’s collar on in addition to her harness in case she somehow got loose, which showed me she was thinking ahead and treating Sugar like one of her own. Before I left, Emily carefully introduced Sugar to the other dogs and made sure everyone got along and that Sugar was comfortable. That gave me tremendous peace of mind. I felt completely comfortable leaving my girl in her care, and it was obvious Sugar was well loved and well cared for while we were away. I would happily trust Emily with Sugar again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and conscientious pet sitter.

She was so amazing and give us constant updates on hoochu and she gave us her dog’s toys that hoochu likes
Emily sent lots of updates and was attentive to poppy and making sure she had a good time!
Emily is absolutely wonderful. Very caring and takes caring of my two Australian Shepherds very seriously serious. My two girls absolutely adore her. She even taught me about a few things I didn’t know about my girls. Sent me pictures regularly of my babies!! Emily kept them calm during the two storms that came through while my girls were with her. Emily will be my first choice anytime I need to board the girls or need a sitter.
Emily helped save my trip home for the holidays due to a last-minute cancellation of my original reservation. I could tell both of my dogs were very comfortable around Emily and her doggies from the onset. I was very happy with the care she took of my pups, in particular my 17 year old senior dog. Our communication was great throughout the whole process. I can't thank her enough and would book with her again, as well as recommend her to other pet owners!

I am home all day every day. My partner runs all of my errands so all of my time is freed up to spend with the dogs.

I have a fenced in yard and a house made for dogs. Blankets cover every surface so the dogs can hang out wherever they want!

A typical day here starts with walks. I have a partner who does many dog walks every day. Then those who haven't eaten breakfast will be given breakfast. Time after breakfast is spent playing. We do "tricks for treats" in the early afternoon. More play time, then down time. We have a period later in the afternoon where everyone goes down for a nap. After they are rested we have play time until pick up. If spending the night, we do another round of walks before dinner. We are very routine around here!
