“Carolyn was wonderful. She kept us updated constantly over what she and Harper were doing. She sent pictures, etc. I'm so thankful that we were able to schedule her last minute and we will definitely be using her again.”

About: I’ve loved and cared for animals since age 5, from fish to horses, and have officially 7 years of trusted experience caring for family pets. As a teacher on summer break, I have a flexible schedule and plenty of availability for drop-ins, walks, and quality time with your pets until school starts. As a cat mom of three, I provide a safe, loving, and trustworthy environment where pets feel comfortable, cared for, and secure while you’re away.
About: My first word was kitty. Not kidding! Since my very first word, animals of all kinds have always been a huge part of my life. I have either owned or cared for dogs, cats, rabbits, Guinea pigs, fish, birds, frogs, horses, goats, and…well, the list goes on. Not matter what four legged (or more or less legged!) friend you need care for, I’m your girl. I have experience caring for all ages (bottle-fed to seniors) all sizes, and many, many different needs. I am experienced in providing wound care and other medical needs, and I am comfortable with animals of all temperaments. My years of experience has taught one thing: ALL animals are unique, and each needs to be cared for individually. I look forward to learning the unique needs of your pet and caring for them accordingly! My work is freelance and gig based, so I often have large stretches of time open and my day to day routine is very flexible. I typically try to book Housesitting stays about a month in advance, but if I am available, I am happy to book last minute! Call it a cruel twist of fate, but my landlord doesn’t allow pets. So, I have TONS of love to share with yours! While I won’t be bringing any of your furry friends home with me, I am always willing to come to them and provide care in the space they are most familiar with and comfortable in. You pet has a routine, and it’s my goal to help make sure that routine is carried out whether you’re at work or out of the country. I prioritize your instructions while caring for your pet and their environment, and make sure to keep open communication with you so you can feel at ease while away.
“Amber is the absolute best person to watch your puppies!! She truly loves and cares for your babies as if they’re her own!! She was always very communicative about everything that goes on with the puppies ! Our Dixie girl ended up having her puppies when we were away and amber stepped in and made sure everything was good with the puppies even when Dixie was being not so friendly. She truly made sure everything went well so we could be worry free on our vacation”

“Very good dog sitter. Did really good with our big dogs. Very communicative and really cares about them. Very trust worthy. We did not have to worry about her during our time away from home.”

I am a stay at home dog mom so I have plenty of time to care for other peoples fur babies and give them the best care and love. If your pet stays in my home they will get lots of walks and lots of play time. I have a nice neighborhood for walking.

I am currently not working so I can drop in to care for your pets 1-2 times a day. I always stay and give them pets/love because they miss their parents. We live in Ringgold (NE side) on 2 acres with a 6 foot privacy fence in the back yard. We currently have two Labs: Copper Ray, Abigale DeLaney “Abbie” and two cats Cassie Marie (Bobtail), and Oliver Patrick “Ollie” (Part Maine Coon) They all love laying on the couch together while inside. About: Although I don’t have any training experience with animals, I’m very experienced in loving them! We as people don’t deserve these amazing animals but I believe in trying to give them what they do deserve! I’m a teacher wanting to get a fur baby of my own! I’m hesitant because of my day to day life but i’d love to give cuddles, affection and attention to your babies especially now that it’s summer! I currently have the sweetest 3 year old silver lab! In addition, growing up i’ve always been around animals. I want your baby to feel safe and comfortable so i’m open to anything I can do to achieve that! No rules or “weird” quirks will bother me! My fur baby at home has plenty of those:)

“Austin did a great job with our boys (cats). He went out of his way to look for them to be sure they were ok. We will definitely want to use Austin again knowing how well he cared for them”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking.
