About: My first word was kitty. Not kidding! Since my very first word, animals of all kinds have always been a huge part of my life. I have either owned or cared for dogs, cats, rabbits, Guinea pigs, fish, birds, frogs, horses, goats, and…well, the list goes on. Not matter what four legged (or more or less legged!) friend you need care for, I’m your girl. I have experience caring for all ages (bottle-fed to seniors) all sizes, and many, many different needs. I am experienced in providing wound care and other medical needs, and I am comfortable with animals of all temperaments. My years of experience has taught one thing: ALL animals are unique, and each needs to be cared for individually. I look forward to learning the unique needs of your pet and caring for them accordingly! My work is freelance and gig based, so I often have large stretches of time open and my day to day routine is very flexible. I typically try to book Housesitting stays about a month in advance, but if I am available, I am happy to book last minute! Call it a cruel twist of fate, but my landlord doesn’t allow pets. So, I have TONS of love to share with yours! While I won’t be bringing any of your furry friends home with me, I am always willing to come to them and provide care in the space they are most familiar with and comfortable in. You pet has a routine, and it’s my goal to help make sure that routine is carried out whether you’re at work or out of the country. I prioritize your instructions while caring for your pet and their environment, and make sure to keep open communication with you so you can feel at ease while away.

About: I've been around pets my whole life. When I was little, we had a mini labradoodle named Roxy and a cat named Snickers. I remember watching Cesar Millan and training Roxy to sit and to heel while walking. As I got older, we got more cats that ended up having kittens, and at one point we had 12 cats! Now, when I'm home from college, I help take care of two golden retrievers and a poodle that we have, as well as cats and chickens. I have a big heart for animals. I enjoy petting them, playing fetch with them, making sure they sleep well at night and feel loved. It would be an honor to meet you and take care of your pets! For the summer I'm currently studying for the MCAT which I take end of August. Because of that, my schedule is pretty free, and I don't have any job or school responsibilities to pull me away from giving pets the best care possible. I'm available to hang out with your pets while I'm studying, and make sure they have everything they need. Our poodle at home is getting old and has Cushing's disease, which makes her bones quite fragile. As such, I would prefer to watch your pets at your house. I'm happy to walk or play fetch with dogs, pet your animals, feed them and make sure they have water, and whatever else you do to keep them happy.

About: I grew up with dogs and a cat, and often took neighborhood pet sitting jobs. I also worked with small animals on a local farm for several years, and currently live in a house with two dogs, who I help care for when their owners are away. Over the past six years or so, I’ve done pet and house sitting for various clients, and it’s been a fantastic experience! I look forward to meeting your pets and helping give you the time away you deserve! I work local to Chattanooga as a freelance editor and artist, so I’m able to work from anywhere! My schedule is flexible most days, so please don’t hesitate to reach out. I have plenty of experience caring for big dogs, small dogs, and cats, and am counting down the days until I’m able to have one of my own. Sadly, I’m not in a position to bring any pets home to my current residence, but that means I have lots of extra attention I can give to your pets while you’re away! About: I've always had a connection with animals. I know how to give medications as needed. I've always been asked to pet sit since I was 10. I used to own my pet sitting business but life happened and COVID happened so I had to go back to work full-time. I have been wanting to pick back up pet sitting because it made me happy. I, now, do side gigs and am free most of the time. I do have my own animals so I'd like to be able to have some time with them if I stay at your place. I will follow whatever instructions you leave me. Plus, help them feel loved while you're away. There will be no worry because they will be in good care.

About: I used to volunteer at a local animal shelter. I took a course on animal handling, how to decrease frustration, anxiety and stress (FAS) for animals in the shelter, body language, how emotional health impacts an animal’s physical health, etc. I have a certificate in keeping a shelter Fear Free. My family and friends have relied on me in the past to dogsit their fur-babies. I have a large extended family with pets of all kinds, from German Shepard’s, Labradors and Cocker Spaniels, to mixed breeds and Tabby cats. Five of them are shelter rescues and one chihuahua-dashscund. For all of the animals I have taken care of, I came to their home so that the animals remained comfortable. I love all of my fur-babies, and I’m thankful that my family trusts me enough to take care of them while they’re away on vacation. Important Note: If you’re wanting to do more “meet and greets” after the first one in order for your pet to get more comfortable around me, I will be charging the same price as it would be for a drop-in (about $15 depending on the pet care). Another Important Note: I can give oral medication by putting it into their food. I can not, however, give it to the pet straight. My work schedule varies every week. However, I usually work from either 8:30 AM or 10 AM to 4 PM. I wouldn’t mind discussing the details in-person. My living situation does not allow me to petsit in my own home, however, I am able to petsit in my clients’ homes. When it comes to animals, I am very responsible. I take my job as a pet-sitter very seriously. I am able to give them any medications if needed at certain days and times, walk them, feed them, etc.
