About: I'm a dog Mom to two golden retrievers and I have experience with puppies as we've raised 2 litters so far! I can handle anything from puppies to geriatric dogs. I work from home so your pet will be given attention all day everyday! I am able to work around the animals schedule to fit their needs. We have a huge fenced in yard full of toys and ready for play time! They are given their own kennel, food and water bowls, blanket and daily treats! For home visits, I'll provide the owner updates along with pictures of their fur babies!

“Kathe was absolutely wonderful while caring for my cats this past week she came every day and even added extra morning visits on two occasions which I really appreciated. She made sure they were well fed, had fresh water, and kept their litter robot clean and running perfectly. Their food, water and bathroom areas were spotless. She provided daily updates with notes and multiple pictures which gave me so much reassurance while I was away. She also took the time to do a complementary meet and greet beforehand, which made me feel even more comfortable. Most importantly, my cats loved her. About: I am such an animal lover, and I like to think they love me too;) I have owned dogs my whole life and recently adopted a cat, Willow! I’m excited to meet and care for your pets:) I am a student at MTSU currently home for the summer, and I’m working part time at the moment. This means that I am available often! I am very attentive of my animals (currently one dog and one cat). I feed them on a consistent schedule and let the dog out every two-three hours. I also provide them with lots of attention, whether they would prefer to be in my skin (my dog) or relax in the same area without touch (my cat). I can be very adaptive to any animals’ needs!

I work as a veterinary assistant, so I have hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats in a medical setting and know how important it is to provide safe, attentive, and compassionate care. I do work a full time job, M-F but am available to let the dogs out on my lunch break; provide walks or physical activity before and after. On the weekends I’m typically a home body! I have a fenced in area for puppies to run around in behind my house; I personally take my dog in the fenced area multiple times throughout the day to ensure enough exercise.. I have indoor cameras to ensure safety while I am at work. Dogs are allowed in all parts of the house and furniture! Safety and comfort are my main priority for the fur babies and their parents!

About: I’ve always had dogs and taken care of my families pets while they are gone. I currently work with the autistic population and love being a caregiver. I currently work 30 hours per week with large chunks of time available to love and care for pets. I’m also in a good location work wise for drop ins to visit your pet. I have a huge fenced in yard myself and could have overnights at my house. Still deciding if I wanna do that with my 2 dogs (whom are very sweet).

About: I grew up with dogs and a cat, and often took neighborhood pet sitting jobs. I also worked with small animals on a local farm for several years, and currently live in a house with two dogs, who I help care for when their owners are away. Over the past six years or so, I’ve done pet and house sitting for various clients, and it’s been a fantastic experience! I look forward to meeting your pets and helping give you the time away you deserve! I work local to Chattanooga as a freelance editor and artist, so I’m able to work from anywhere! My schedule is flexible most days, so please don’t hesitate to reach out. I have plenty of experience caring for big dogs, small dogs, and cats, and am counting down the days until I’m able to have one of my own. Sadly, I’m not in a position to bring any pets home to my current residence, but that means I have lots of extra attention I can give to your pets while you’re away! About: I used to volunteer at a local animal shelter. I took a course on animal handling, how to decrease frustration, anxiety and stress (FAS) for animals in the shelter, body language, how emotional health impacts an animal’s physical health, etc. I have a certificate in keeping a shelter Fear Free. My family and friends have relied on me in the past to dogsit their fur-babies. I have a large extended family with pets of all kinds, from German Shepard’s, Labradors and Cocker Spaniels, to mixed breeds and Tabby cats. Five of them are shelter rescues and one chihuahua-dashscund. For all of the animals I have taken care of, I came to their home so that the animals remained comfortable. I love all of my fur-babies, and I’m thankful that my family trusts me enough to take care of them while they’re away on vacation. Important Note: If you’re wanting to do more “meet and greets” after the first one in order for your pet to get more comfortable around me, I will be charging the same price as it would be for a drop-in (about $15 depending on the pet care). Another Important Note: I can give oral medication by putting it into their food. I can not, however, give it to the pet straight. My work schedule varies every week. However, I usually work from either 8:30 AM or 10 AM to 4 PM. I wouldn’t mind discussing the details in-person. My living situation does not allow me to petsit in my own home, however, I am able to petsit in my clients’ homes. When it comes to animals, I am very responsible. I take my job as a pet-sitter very seriously. I am able to give them any medications if needed at certain days and times, walk them, feed them, etc.

I am very patient and I love to see all of the amazing things dogs are capable of! I routinely take my puppy to parks on the weekends or go for walks around the neighborhood. I live in a house with a fenced yard! My living space is clean, and free of clutter perfect for a puppy that is mischievous. I also have an abundance of chewing toys as well as lots of tug of war toys and stuffed animals!
