“Very good dog sitter. Did really good with our big dogs. Very communicative and really cares about them. Very trust worthy. We did not have to worry about her during our time away from home.”

About: Growing up my mom and I always fostered dogs. I’ve grown up with experience walking and taking care of dogs! I have helped with special needs dogs, pregnant dogs, hyper, and senior dogs. I currently have two dogs, and still foster dogs to this day! I am attending online school and I have plenty of time to come walk your doggies! I have a part time flexible job as well! I take my time making sure all walking equipment is on properly and make sure they get the attention they need!! I pay a lot of attention to detail and schedules for your dogs.
About: I have taken care of dogs and cats since I was 12 years old. I have more experience with dogs but I love cats too. I have pet sitted for family and friends and consider pets to be part of the family. I will treat yours as my own. I work full time and I am currently a student as well. I am available on the weekends any time and weekday afternoons after 5pm. I have a dauchsund mix who is currently the only child. She attends daycare and although she is shy she gets along great with other dogs. We just bought our first home and do not have a fenced in yard yet. I do not feel comfortable having any pets over for pet sitting until I have a fully fenced in yard but I am happy to house sit or walk your fur baby whenever you need me.
“Abigail was reliable and accommodated my cat’s sporadic schedule. She spent additional time socializing with him, resulting in his being much less sour toward us when we got home. Highly recommend!”

About: I am an outdoorsy, Pre-PT student in undergrad. I love pets and house sitting, the extra cash really helps with school! My family has raised several puppies and has 8 dogs, so I’m very comfortable with all ages and sizes and it brings me a lot of joy to have some pets to look after every once and a while! Reach out and I’d love to coordinate with ya. :) I am a Pre-PT college student in her senior year! Looking to make some extra cash doing something I love. I am free most evenings and don’t mind an early morning. I have worked with dogs for quite a while in a variety of different housing situations. I have experience with anything from a fenced-in yard to an invisible fence. I am happy to administer medicine to dogs and follow through on any feeding schedule or preferences. I love to play with, walk, and interact with dogs and am able to establish boundaries with them confidently.
About: I’ve worked with dogs in a professional capacity for over a decade, including managing structured environments where consistency and temperament mattered. That experience shapes how I approach in-home care today: calm, observant, and steady. I adapt well to each home’s environment. Every household has its own rhythm, and I focus on maintaining that rhythm rather than disrupting it. I respect property, keep to designated shared spaces, and treat each home responsibly while I’m there. With animals, I prioritize patience and regulation. Dogs often mirror calm, consistent energy, and I remain relaxed and steady in my interactions. Whether maintaining feeding schedules, reinforcing expectations, or adjusting to unexpected wake-ups, I approach care with composure. I value clear expectations so I can maintain healthy boundaries and provide dependable, consistent care throughout your time away. Pet care fits naturally into my week. I maintain a consistent daily routine with flexible hours, and afternoons and evenings are open most days. Feeding, walks, and check-ins happen at reliable times so pets stay comfortable and owners know what to expect. I approach every home and animal with calm professionalism and respect. I’m attentive to boundaries, cleanliness, and consistency — whether I’m providing a single visit or longer in-home care. I don’t currently have pets of my own, which allows me to focus fully on the animals in my care. My priority is reliability: safe handling, clear communication, and a steady, grounded presence.
“Darcie was great with our dogs. I loved the daily pictures during her visits. They not only allowed me to see my babies while I was away but assured me they were being taken care of. We will definitely be using Darcie again in the future.”

“Austin did a great job with our boys (cats). He went out of his way to look for them to be sure they were ok. We will definitely want to use Austin again knowing how well he cared for them”

“I have 2 kitties, one being special needs with balance and mobility issues, and is also on medication daily. He requires a little extra care, so I am also concerned when using a new sitter. Nadine was phenominal!!! She asked all the right questions, during the meet and greet and was friendly with the kitties. You can definitely tell she genuinely loves animals. She sent lots of pictures, and sent me a visit report when the visit was done. I will definitely be using her again! Thank you for taking such good care of my sweet boys!”

“Elizabeth was wonderful! She sent photos every visit, and was very kind and understanding when I accidentally sent her on a wild goose chase to a wrong apartment on the other side of town. Will definitely hire her again! She was great with both of our kitties, and even cleaned the apartment a bit for us.”

About: Hi! I’m Taylor - a dependable, animal-loving sitter with years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities. While I’m newer to Rover as a platform, I’ve spent years caring for pets for friends, family, and referrals, and I come with strong personal references and repeat clients outside the app. I understand that every pet is different. Some need high energy playtime and long walks, while others just want a calm, comforting presence and a good cuddle. I’m patient, attentive, and great at reading animal behavior, which helps me adapt my care style to your pet’s needs. I’m especially experienced with: • Dogs with separation anxiety • Puppies and senior dogs • Administering basic medications • Maintaining routines and schedules • High-energy breeds that need structured activity I treat every pet as if they’re my own - with love, safety, and respect always coming first. I’ll keep you updated with photos, videos, and check-ins so you can relax knowing your pet is happy and well cared for while you’re away! I work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (EST). I’m available for early morning, evening, and weekend care, and I’m happy to coordinate drop-ins, walks, and sitting around your pet’s routine. For weekday bookings, I do best with: • Morning visits before work • Evening visits after 5 PM • Overnight care with morning & evening routines • Weekend stays and extended care I’m communicative and reliable, and I’ll always be upfront about availability so there are no surprises. Whether I’m caring for your pet in my home or yours, my goal is always the same: keep your pet safe, comfortable, and stress-free while maintaining their normal routine. In Your Home I follow your instructions closely so your pet can stay in a familiar environment. I stick to their usual feeding schedule, walks, playtime, and bedtime routine. I also keep your home tidy, respect your space, and provide regular updates with photos and messages so you know your pet is doing well. This option is especially great for pets with separation anxiety, seniors, or pets who prefer their own space. In My Home Pets in my home are treated like part of the family. I provide a calm, loving environment with plenty of attention, walks, playtime, and rest. I’m mindful of routines, feeding instructions, and any special needs. A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
