“Frank always enjoys his stay here, always very happy and very tired from his fun day. I do appreciate the updates, pictures and videos. Highly recommended!”

“Kristen and her family have been an amazing asset in raising our puppy, Ace. She and the entire family is very loving, patient and kind with our pup. He loves being with her family and her dogs. Her dogs love hanging with him and they are patient and playful with my active pup. He comes home and takes a long nap after his day of play. She has a huge fenced yard that the dogs loves to run and play. My dog started with Kristen in October of 2020 and he goes frequently. We take him weekly for daycare and he stays when we are out of town. Kristen sends updates and pictures. He always looks happy and comfortable. I love his excitement about going. The moment we turn on their street he is up and at the window jumping with excitement. I have to hold his leash securely bc each time I open the car door he takes off quickly to her front door. Our hearts and minds are at ease when our baby is with Kristen and her family.”

“This was the first time for Penelope in daycare. Denita was very patient with Penelope and warmed up nicely. Penelope will be going to camp in a couple weeks with Denita and I think will be great. 👍👍”

About: I am a certified R+ dog trainer and I own & operate Liberty Acres Dog Lodge, LLC. I have 12 large rooms and 3 large yards in a building located 200 ft from our residence on our farm. I am insured and a certified fear free boarding option. I am able to accommodate dog selective dogs because I have appropriate ways to separate dogs and never force interactions. Someone is on site 24/7 and only hold 12 dogs max so I can ensure they receive ample play time everyday. This kennel is my business and only job so I am fully dedicated to it. The entire kennel building is surrounded by 6 ft fences and all yards are fenced as well. Property has cameras and a fire/ security system on the building.

About: Hi, I’m Alora! I’m a lifelong animal lover with experience caring for dogs, cats, birds, ferrets, rabbits, goats, pigs and chickens! I’m certified in Cat & Dog First Aid (Red Cross) and have cared for senior pets, those with special needs, and energetic puppies. I’m a stay-at-home mom to two boys (Bond & Sawyer) and two sweet pups (Baloo & Akela). Your pet will be treated like family—with love, attention, and snuggles. Our backyard is partially fenced (soon fully enclosed!), and I offer safe, supervised outdoor time or walks around our quiet neighborhood. Whether it’s a drop-in, walk, or boarding stay, I’ll keep you updated with photos and notes every step of the way! I’m home full-time with my two young boys, so I’m able to give plenty of love and attention to every pet I care for. From morning potty breaks and walks to evening snuggles, your pup is part of our daily routine. We go on neighborhood walks, enjoy playtime, and keep you updated with photos along the way. Your pet will feel like part of the family while you’re away! 🐾 In my home: Pets are part of the family! I provide lots of love, playtime, walks, and regular potty breaks. I keep their routines as close to home as possible. In my client’s home: I follow all care instructions carefully—feeding, walks, medications, and plenty of attention—so your pet feels safe and comfortable while you’re away.

“Linlin took great care of our puppy! He came back so tired and just wanted to sleep. She was very responsive and we know our little guy was well taken care of and played non stop with her! Would definitely recommend her!!”

About: I’be been around dogs and cats my whole life, and I’ve owned both as an adult for over a decade. I understand how much pets mean to us—they’re family—and I care for every animal like they’re my own. Whether it’s playtime, belly rubs, or just making them feel safe and comfy, I’ve got it covered. I can read animal body language, handle anxious or shy pets with patience, and I am comfortable giving oral medications if needed. I am currently on summer break and have so much flexibility. I do have a child that is also on summer break and will be joining me on any walks or in home visits :) he is great with animals and is very gentle. My back yard is fenced, I have two VERY friendly dogs that would love some company if you’re looking for boarding. There is also a cat so would PREFER cat friendly but I can always find a work around for that if needed. I can also easily crate your animal if requested.

About: I am a stay at home mom. Our beloved dog cocoa passed away after 13 years with us. We have four children (9,7,5,3) they love helping me care for dogs we watch. They mostly help with giving lots of love and hugs. We have been helping folks through Rover for over a year and enjoy having many repeat dog watching requests. I am a stay at home and homeschooling mom. Your pet would have many loving arms to be loved with. Our family loves caring for pets. We plan on owning a pet of our own in the future. I have a fenced-in large yard to accommodate for outdoor time and close to dog park for walking. I feel comfortable around larger dogs and know how to make them feel comfortable.

“Our Corgi just LOVES staying and playing with Elaina! She can't wait to get into the house when we arrive to drop her off. Elaina is so flexible and understanding when we need to book on short notice or drop-off/pick-up outside of the booked times. Hannah comes home exhausted (good thing!) and we feel very comfortable leaving her in Elaina's care! Already re-booked twice and will be booking again in the near future!!”

“Meghan and her daughter provided extraordinary care for our mini-goldendoodle Gracie. She loved her time at Meghan's home with fenced-in yard and enjoyed her playtime with their dog Mack. We loved their personal touch and have already booked upcoming stays.”

About: H! I am an RN who works from home with a very flexible schedule. I’m a single mom to two teenage girls. They will be helping me out at times with the animals in our home, but they have been fully responsible for their own pets (from hamsters to their own cat and dogs). We all absolutely love animals and have cared for dogs from tiny (2 pounds as adults) Chihuahuas to Malinois to almost 300 pound Mastiffs. I’ve taken in and found homes for nearly 100 dogs and cats over the years and I am taking classes to become a professional dog trainer. I love my job as an RN but animas are my other passion. Our animals are not owned by us, they are our family. We are their guardians. When you come to our home, you will know animals live here. That is not because of the smell (we keep our home very clean), but because everything is set up for their unique needs. I specialize in tiny dogs as we have 6 chihuahuas from 2 pounds to about 5 pounds… then our big guy who is 10 pounds. 😜 I am very in tune to our dogs and have made it my mission to create the most enriching life possible for them. Our home is set up for tiny dog safety. We are careful and aware at all times of where they are. And we know how to meet their unique needs. Although my own dogs are tiny, I have had plenty of bigger dog experience in the past. I care for several of my friends’ dogs (Doberman, Malinois, Corgi, Boxer, Great Pyrenees, Mastiff, etc.) when they are out of town. I prefer to take in smaller dogs simply because our home is not large enough to accommodate a large dog well, although I may make an win a case by case basis. We do also have a cat and I feed the neighborhood strays, but my cat experience is less extensive. When you bring your pet to us, they will be treated like family. They will be a part of our day to day lives. They will sit with us on the couch (if you are okay with this) during movie nights, go on walks with us every morning and evening (and more as needed), they will go in car rides if they like them and you approve, and more. I’m available 24/7/365 as I work from home. I am a nurse with many years of experience working with several types of animals. Regular potty breaks and lots of snuggles will be available around the clock. I have a good sized back yard and your pet is welcome inside or out according to preference. I live in a neighborhood with safe walking areas for daily and more stimulating exercise. I enjoy trail running and there are many nearby trails for dogs with higher energy. I work from home and have several dogs of my own so your fury family member won’t be lonely.

Liana M.
“Liana is the only person in Cleveland that I recommend as a traditional dog boarding facility. I am a Pro +R dog trainer for 16 years and Liana is my only choice of sitter in Bradley County. Liana only takes 12 dogs at a time has fully enclosed play yards with no possibility for escape. Liana is certified fear free which means she does not use any shaker cans, spray bottles, bags of coins, or aversive techniques to manage your dogs within her daycare. I mean who wants their dogs to be further stressed when they are not with you? Liana also does not do forced play groups and can handle a variety of dogs needs.”
