About: I have been taking care of my friends and families animals since I was a child. I currently have a 7 year old male Shiba Inu that I’ve raised from 9 weeks old. He’s very friendly, and potty trained. He gets tons of love all the time, along with our male 5 year old Staffordshire Pitbull Terrier named Skipper. I will be more than happy to take care of and play with your animals/babies. I keep the dogs on a close leash to me when walking. I would prefer a harness if they are not leash trained, to avoid tugging or pulling. I always keep a couple plastic bags handy for picking up poop when needed. I graduated in 2022 with a bachelors degree in Biochemistry from the University of North Florida. I am currently a full time veterinary technician at Avondale Animal Hospital and I am more than happy to help out. I keep my dogs on a daily schedule so I understand the need for routine. Currently just moved to the area and learning my way around, I’d be happy to fit you in. I prefer visits at the client’s home to ensure safety of the pet and to make sure they are not stressed from a new place.

About: I can't remember a time in my life I did not have my own pets. I have taken care of my own pets all of my life and am a lifelong animal caregiver. I have experience as a foster mom for an animal rescue as well and I enjoyed taking care of so many different babies and helping them find their forever homes. I have always had both cat and dog companions and have advocated and helped friends and family with their pets as well. I currently have a senior dog, a senior cat, who have both been with me for over 13 years, three cats who are two years old and a leopard gecko! About: First off, I love dogs! The relationship we share with them is unbreakable. I’ve always had dogs in my life, ever since I was a little girl. I have experienced dogs ranging from toy poodles to roitweilers. I have gained knowledge on the diffeeent personalities of dogs and not one is the same, which makes dogs so interesting. My personality, nevertheless, is kind. I enjoy making people’s day and helping others out through volunteering. I am currently a student at the University of South Alabama and majoring in accounting. With this being my major it is clear I like a challenge. It allows for no dull moments and to keep me very well organized with my day-to-day life. I am dedicated to strive and succeed in life.

About: Hi my name is Lorin and I'm the proud owner of my boy Erebus who's a 5 year old lab mix and Grim my 7 month old kitten. Erebus and I love going on nice hikes and playing in the water. If house sitting I do like to bring Erebus with me for consecutive nights. I've had dogs all my life and used to frequently volunteer at my neighbors old vet clinic. I am extreme animal lover and advocate. I will love and take care of your babies as if they were my own. If you have a pup with special needs I have experience dealing with several illnesses and disabilities that way your baby gets all the special care they may require. I work 7-4 Monday- Friday but on my lunch I can come walk or take care of your pets. Prefer to not do early morning walks as I have to be at work so early. I always take my time to let new pets get used to me especially when I’m in their space. I always want them to feel safe and comforted while their parents are away.

“Evie did an outstanding job with our needy puppy. He has a liver issue (pending diagnosis) and it’s hard to get him to eat. Evie did her very best, and sent frequent updates and videos. It was hard being away from our boys, but we had a close family member get married in another city. And when our plane developed a mechanical issue mid air, and we got diverted and very delayed, Evie was able to stay several hours longer to help us. We appreciate all she did for us!”

About: I've had animals since I was ten. I have lots of friends who work high-travel jobs, so I have years of experience taking care of their pets while they are away. I love animals and I love giving their humans the peace of mind that their best friend is safe while they are away. I'm currently working part time, so I have a lot of flexibility when it comes to scheduling. I work M/W afternoons and Sunday mornings, but otherwise I'm available during the morning, afternoon, and evening. I sometimes substitute teach as well, so more notice is always better in terms of scheduling your pet's care. I cannot keep animals in my home at this time, but I am happy to maintain a clean, happy, and healthy environment for your pet in your home. I work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and sometimes holidays, so my availability varies from week to week. I plan my Rover bookings around my schedule to make sure each pet receives the time and attention they need. My boyfriend, Josh, and I also work as a team when caring for pets in our home, and he's usually available to help with feeding, potty breaks, playtime, and companionship while I'm at work. Since I know my work schedule in advance, I'm always happy to discuss your pet's routine and make sure we're a good fit before booking. In my home, pets are treated like part of the family and have access to a fully fenced yard for safe outdoor time and potty breaks. Josh and I supervise the pets in our care and make sure they have plenty of attention, playtime, and time to relax based on their individual needs. For drop-in visits and walks, I prioritize your pet's safety and comfort while respecting your home. I'll follow your instructions for feeding, medications, walks, and any other care they may need, while making sure your home is secure when I leave. I know how important it is to feel comfortable with the person caring for your pets, so I value clear communication and am always happy to provide updates and photos while you're away. My goal is for both you and your pet to feel comfortable and confident throughout their time in my care.
