About: I have been taking care of my friends and families animals since I was a child. I currently have a 7 year old male Shiba Inu that I’ve raised from 9 weeks old. He’s very friendly, and potty trained. He gets tons of love all the time, along with our male 5 year old Staffordshire Pitbull Terrier named Skipper. I will be more than happy to take care of and play with your animals/babies. I keep the dogs on a close leash to me when walking. I would prefer a harness if they are not leash trained, to avoid tugging or pulling. I always keep a couple plastic bags handy for picking up poop when needed. I graduated in 2022 with a bachelors degree in Biochemistry from the University of North Florida. I am currently a full time veterinary technician at Avondale Animal Hospital and I am more than happy to help out. I keep my dogs on a daily schedule so I understand the need for routine. Currently just moved to the area and learning my way around, I’d be happy to fit you in. I prefer visits at the client’s home to ensure safety of the pet and to make sure they are not stressed from a new place.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs for over 7 years for some of my family, friends, and neighbors. I have tons of experience with pets of all sizes, ages, and energy levels. I’m a very active college student and athlete, so I love the opportunity to take long walks, playing fetch, and making sure pets get the attention and exercise they deserve. I’m currently a college student on summer break a more than flexible schedule, which allows me to dedicate quality time to pet care throughout the week. I’m more than willing able to do walks, drop-in visits, or overnight care. I can accommodate morning, afternoon, and evening visits depending on your needs and will always make sure your pet receives plenty of attention and care. I will follow all instructions regarding feeding schedules, medications, exercise, and household routines to the letter, treating the pets as if they were my own. I strive to always maintain a clean and safe environment especially during walks and outdoor activities. I understand that every pet has a unique personality and comfort level, so I never rush the time to build that trust crucial to a healthy relationship.

About: I can't remember a time in my life I did not have my own pets. I have taken care of my own pets all of my life and am a lifelong animal caregiver. I have experience as a foster mom for an animal rescue as well and I enjoyed taking care of so many different babies and helping them find their forever homes. I have always had both cat and dog companions and have advocated and helped friends and family with their pets as well. I currently have a senior dog, a senior cat, who have both been with me for over 13 years, three cats who are two years old and a leopard gecko! About: I have always loved animals and have taken care of one kind of animal or another for as long as I can remember. As a teen I volunteered at animal shelters, then as adult I became a foster for the Humane Society in Jacksonville Florida for years before moving to Birmingham last year. I miss having the opportunity to care for a variety of animals and getting to know them if only for a short while. I've taken care of very tiny newborns, sick, old, special needs and of course healthy animals. It would be my pleasure to welcome your fur babies with open arms into my home or yours. They will be treated like my own. If you are in the process of training, I will pick up where you left off with potty, leash training, etc. I can give baths and brushes if needed. I am a independent contractor and I make my own schedule. My work is very pet friendly so at the discretion of the parents, if they enjoy car rides, they can can either come with or I will stay home with them during their stay. I am very flexible. Whether my home or yours, I will follow your instructions / schedule down to the last detail. I always strive to provide a safe, loving, fun and learning environment that caters to your individual pet's needs.

About: I would love to walk/ hike with your pet, care for it at your home, or drop in to let them out. I have always loved animals ever since I was little. My first job was a pet sitting service, I was frequently asked to watch neighbors dogs, cats, bunnies, fish, etc. My friends often rely on me to take care of their animals while out of town and I have experience with older dogs as well as puppies. My dog passed away earlier this year and I won't be ready for anther dog anytime soon, but I would love to share love with your animals. I work seasonally and am currently off for my winter season. I would love to spend time with your animals either at your home or on walks/hikes! I can not watch pets in my own home but in my client's home I make sure to follow their rules and ask the important questions up front. I make sure to not leave pets alone too long and to be there for feeding times and to keep them company at night.

About: I have owned two dogs, a cat, and a few fish back home in California. I have had experience with clipping nails, giving fluids, cleaning litter boxes, and the such. I am a medical student and have extra time throughout this semester! I have been missing having a pet of my own, so being able to take care of your precious animal would mean so much to me! I have an apartment of my own, there are several open green spaces that allow for dogs to play and use the restroom. I do not currently have any pets so any animal I board would have my full attention.
