About: I have always loved animals and have taken care of one kind of animal or another for as long as I can remember. As a teen I volunteered at animal shelters, then as adult I became a foster for the Humane Society in Jacksonville Florida for years before moving to Birmingham last year. I miss having the opportunity to care for a variety of animals and getting to know them if only for a short while. I've taken care of very tiny newborns, sick, old, special needs and of course healthy animals. It would be my pleasure to welcome your fur babies with open arms into my home or yours. They will be treated like my own. If you are in the process of training, I will pick up where you left off with potty, leash training, etc. I can give baths and brushes if needed. I am a independent contractor and I make my own schedule. My work is very pet friendly so at the discretion of the parents, if they enjoy car rides, they can can either come with or I will stay home with them during their stay. I am very flexible. Whether my home or yours, I will follow your instructions / schedule down to the last detail. I always strive to provide a safe, loving, fun and learning environment that caters to your individual pet's needs.

About: I have many years of experience taking care of various types of animals. However, dogs are my favorite! I am currently a fourth year veterinary (DVM) student at WesternU. I have experience administering medications, subcutaneous fluids, and giving lots of love to pets in my care. I have open availability on both weekdays and weekends for drop-ins/walks, stay-ins and sometimes boarding. I am out of school this summer and happy to take care of your fur babies I have a 2 year old Golden retriever who is the sweetest girl ever and will keep your baby company. I go for moderate to long walks at the railroad park in the mornings and my house has a fenced in yard that is perfect for play time.

About: I have been taking care of my friends and families animals since I was a child. I currently have a 7 year old male Shiba Inu that I’ve raised from 9 weeks old. He’s very friendly, and potty trained. He gets tons of love all the time, along with our male 5 year old Staffordshire Pitbull Terrier named Skipper. I will be more than happy to take care of and play with your animals/babies. I keep the dogs on a close leash to me when walking. I would prefer a harness if they are not leash trained, to avoid tugging or pulling. I always keep a couple plastic bags handy for picking up poop when needed. I graduated in 2022 with a bachelors degree in Biochemistry from the University of North Florida. I am currently a full time veterinary technician at Avondale Animal Hospital and I am more than happy to help out. I keep my dogs on a daily schedule so I understand the need for routine. Currently just moved to the area and learning my way around, I’d be happy to fit you in. I prefer visits at the client’s home to ensure safety of the pet and to make sure they are not stressed from a new place.

About: I can't remember a time in my life I did not have my own pets. I have taken care of my own pets all of my life and am a lifelong animal caregiver. I have experience as a foster mom for an animal rescue as well and I enjoyed taking care of so many different babies and helping them find their forever homes. I have always had both cat and dog companions and have advocated and helped friends and family with their pets as well. I currently have a senior dog, a senior cat, who have both been with me for over 13 years, three cats who are two years old and a leopard gecko! About: I have taken care of dogs as well as other pets for as long as I can remember. From walking dogs, to feeding mice I have done it all. I have had lots of dogs at my house before because of family events or people we know that have asked our family to take care of their dogs for them while they're gone. I really can do it all when it comes to pets. I can handle big dogs too since I'd say I am a bigger and stronger dude. I am currently a student at UAB and don't have classes on a few days and am available as of now. The weekends work great for me to pet sit, walk, feed, or do any other tasks for people's dogs as well. I take care of pets with extreme care as if they were my own. I always make sure my pets at home are well fed, taken care of, and overall just happy! I have lots of experience with pets and like I have said above I can do it all!

About: I grew up with dogs my entire life till i moved to college when I was 18. After that, I worked at a doggie daycare where I worked with large groups of dogs, helped socialize reactive dogs, exercised overactive dogs, and looked after boarded dogs for long periods. I'm currently a full-time student and looking for a part-time job. I am free early in the morning before class and in the afternoon to give all your pups the attention they need and deserve. I can't board in my apartment, but I can dog-sit in the comfort of their home base. About: I would love to walk/ hike with your pet, care for it at your home, or drop in to let them out. I have always loved animals ever since I was little. My first job was a pet sitting service, I was frequently asked to watch neighbors dogs, cats, bunnies, fish, etc. My friends often rely on me to take care of their animals while out of town and I have experience with older dogs as well as puppies. My dog passed away earlier this year and I won't be ready for anther dog anytime soon, but I would love to share love with your animals. I work seasonally and am currently off for my winter season. I would love to spend time with your animals either at your home or on walks/hikes! I can not watch pets in my own home but in my client's home I make sure to follow their rules and ask the important questions up front. I make sure to not leave pets alone too long and to be there for feeding times and to keep them company at night.

About: I have owned two dogs, a cat, and a few fish back home in California. I have had experience with clipping nails, giving fluids, cleaning litter boxes, and the such. I am a medical student and have extra time throughout this semester! I have been missing having a pet of my own, so being able to take care of your precious animal would mean so much to me! I have an apartment of my own, there are several open green spaces that allow for dogs to play and use the restroom. I do not currently have any pets so any animal I board would have my full attention.
